Great location

Park Shore has wonderful condos in the center of Naples which is a convenient location along with the ambiance of the Park Shore experience with the restaurant on the grounds, walking paths, swimming pool, and a nice tropical setting with the water falls along with just being there.

Centrally located

Thank you to Elliot for being an excellent host. We were very comfortable and loved our location. Elliot’s place had plenty of amenities with a great view of water where we enjoyed watching birds. We will definitely be coming back!

Loved the nearby pool and restaurant adjacent to the property. Peaceful quiet condo. Lots of room for up to two couples. Host was very responsive.

The amenities and restaurant on property are excellent. The condo is clean and comfortable and the host was attentive and easily accessible. It is a short drive to all the great areas in Naples.

This property was clean and it is in great location, close to restaurants and shopping. The unit could definitely use an upgrade. It felt like nothing had been improved since the 60's.

Nice condo in the Naples area with easy access and amenities. We enjoyed the pool area and the greenery within the grounds. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Elliot is a great host and communications were quick and easy. He is very honest and provided recommendations and information about the property. Would recommend this property to anyone thinking about the Naples area.

The unit was well stocked and clean. We enjoyed the pool and the on-site Resturant. The owner compensated us because the lanai was under construction. Only negate was the hot tub was closed. Over all a great location.

Great location near shopping and restaurants nearby and on site.

This property is clean and comfortable. The common pool area was clean with both sun and shade locations. Elliot, the host was prompt and helpful with his communications. The complex is doing some improvements which made our balcony off-limits for safety reasons. Elliot was up front before the booking with the limitation. Given his price we were happy to accept this limitation. When you have a pool in the courtyard and the beach minutes away, a balcony is not why you come to Naples in the Winter. Near shops and some exceptional restaurants. Overall, we would return to this complex and this unit again. I you are over the age of 50 you will like this complex. Maybe not if you are 25.

Location was great. Condo unit pretty clean but very dated. A facelift would make it a great VRBO. Loved the location. Ate a lot of great seafood.

We love the whole arrangement at Park Shore. Elliot provides a comfortable, clean unit at a fair price. He communicated well to ensure all is good.

This place did not disappoint!! Beautiful views, very clean, roomy condo and great location!! We had a great time and will definitely be back!! The host was great and cake to make sure everything went smooth. Highly recommend this condo.

This was on of our best stays we have had. This is a nice 2 bedroom 2 bath condo. It had a community pool work out center and V-Ball courts. After a few days after we booked the owner emailed saying they were going to be doing some construction around the area and said we could cancel the stay if we needed. We didn’t need to because they only were working during the week and we had things to do when they would be working on everything. Construction people kept everything cleaned up and if we didn’t see the trash bens we wouldn’t even know they were there. The owner called the house after our check in to see if everything was easy checking in (it was just as easy as a 5* hotel) also to see if everything in the house was clean and if we needed anything. Everything was great. Our stay was near every lots of shops, the ocean, and everything else we had planned. This was a great experience and if we are ever back in the area I would rent this again. Everything was perfect from start to finish.

Great location and just big enough for our small family. Close to all that Naples has to offer. Clean and well cared for. Elliot was very available and went above and beyond. Hope we can go again sometime soon.

When you pull up outside to check-in you may think from the pictures you saw online that you are at the wrong place. The exterior of the condo community does not communicate the peaceful environment contained within. Our two bedroom condo was clean and ready for us. The interior of Park Shore is delightful with water, wildlife, restaurant and pool. Attractive well maintained landscapes and waterfalls to walk amongst as you traverse the property. The restaurant Hogfish Harry's is awesome and is crowded every night. The pool backdrop and lighting is welcoming and calming. This is an older property but everything was well maintained and we would return. Our host checked in with us a few times to make sure we were happy with the accommodations. We would stay here again.

This is the second time we have stayed in one of this owner's condos. He is extremely attentive and easy to work with. He calls as soon as you check in to make sure you have everthing you need. Condo was very clean and it was just like it was pictured online.

We stayed shortly after the Hurricane and were very impressed with how well the Resort looked and functioned. The unit is clean and has everything you need for a wonderful stay and Elliot was very quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had.

Unfortunately no time to enjoy pool but used restaurant. Very good. Would be very happy to stay at property again. Many thanks

The host was very responsive to any requests if any. But pretty much everything was perfect. The house looks like the pictures. It was clean and nice. Also the grounds were nice. Great for pictures too. Not as close to the beach as you would think. It’s almost 2 miles not One mile. But other than that it was great. We enjoyed our stay.?

Just enough space for our family of four-glad to have two bathrooms and the full kitchen. So happy the property included beach towels, beach umbrella and chairs, volleyball and more to make our time at the beach and ocean so much better!!! The resort is very pretty and close to the beach, grocery stores and more.

We were very pleased with our stay at the Park Shore property. The host was quick to respond to messages and even texted with us. The property itself is lovely. The host has no control over this but it is a shame that the exterior paint is institutional grey. Because once you are in the unit itself and then the courtyard/pool area the color explodes. The entire inner area is lush with plants and trees, ducks, etc. there is a mote, pool, restaurant and bar, and a walking path. All the balconies are neat and well kept. Our unit was great. It was clear that our host put a lot of thought into preparing for guests. There were pool toys, beach chair, beach/pool towels and even a cooler and cold packs in the freezer. There was ample seating for the four of us to include a comfy couch. While the bathrooms were a little dated they were very clean and well kept. The kitchen had what we needed. Being able to cook a few meals kept us from having to eat out so much. The decor was also nice. It wasn’t a lot but the small touches made the unit feel unique vs staying at a hotel. The unit is located close to everything. The beach is just a few blocks away (driving distance) and there is a Publix grocery store walking distance. Within a mile is a Starbucks/McDonalds and more restaurants than you can count. A mall is also within 5-7 miles. We were there in July so the traffic was non-existent. Even in old town Naples it wasn’t very crowded.

Perfect location for us! It was clean with many amenities for our family to use. Loved sitting on the deck in the evenings. We enjoyed shelling, kayaking, and going to the beach (about 1.5 miles). The owner called us shortly after we checked in to make sure everything was ok! We will certainly be back.
