Perfect location. Close to many restaurants. We used the kayaks all weeks, fished from the backyard and enjoyed the pool and sunrises on the balcony

We had an awesome time. Unit was very clean, had everything we needed for 3 days and was close to some great resturants. We'd definatly rent again.

This has been our 3rd stay at this condo, we have been in 3 units now and just love the decor, layout, parking, access for the trailer and the boat slip! We are already booked for 2023 in July as well! Favorite Condo in Key Largo for sure!! See you soon!!

Great location, condo, pool, boatslip, trailer parking, grill, and plenty of parking for car or truck. Met one of the owners of building, very friendly. Host Jackie answered questions promptly prior to trip. When we arrived everything was as anticipated and described. We would come back.

Very clean and updated! Our family stayed and it was a quiet, relaxing getaway.

The location was close enough to the reefs to allow us some breaks during the day, and had enough restaurant and local resource we could walk to most anything we needed. The kitchen was well supplied and the washer/dryer were super helpful. We may book this one again soon!

This place was cute. Loved the balcony and it was nice to have a full kitchen. Nice furnishings and very clean. Bathrooms are extremely tiny with nowhere to put towels nor cosmetics. Air conditioning a bit unbalanced; freezing at kitchen table and hot in master. Owner was good about texting back and forth to answer questions and even sent over a handyman immediately to fix one problem which helped significantly. Checkout was a bit early (10 am) imo. Location was really nice for our personal experiences as we could walk to both a fishing excursion as well as a dolphin one. A word of advice to others-it is on the 3rd floor so you need to be aware! Easy locking process to get in and out.

The condo was in a great location. Super clean. Loved the kayaks and bikes. The boat slip was great and the ice maker on the premises was very convenient for our boat outings. We will definitely be back!

This was our second stay at this rental and we've loved both times! The location is perfect and so central to Key Largo. Lots of delicious, ocean-front restaurants nearby. Aside from all the great things this unit has to offer, another pro is the fact there is a boat slip in the back, so you're able to always have an eye on your boat. Rodriguez Key and Mosquito Bank (sandbars) are all within a 10min boat ride, which was FANTASTIC! Highly recommend this unit! Clean and spacious. Jackie responded very quickly to my questions and was a pleasure to rent from. Will stay here again (and again). Thanks Jackie!

We had a great time at this condo. Everything was clean and we really enjoyed the amenities on the property. The location was great as there is marinas and fisheries within walking distance. A park is just down the road and then several restaurants within minutes away. We enjoyed staying in for most meals as there was a gas grill available and cooking utensils in the home. A few things that might be helpful for the next renter: The condo is on the top floor so you will be carrying your luggage up 3 flights of stairs. We loved that it wasn't a huge property and we only saw one other small group on the property. We felt like we were there alone which was awesome and relaxing. The kids could swim or relax on the hammock while we were grilling dinner. One thing to note if you are big on cooking is that there was only only mixing bowl in the kitchen. I probably would have brought more disposable bowls or Tupperware bowls with me had I thought about it. There is two stand alone showers and no bath tub so that's just something to note for families with small kids. We made it work and it didn't make our trip worse bt any means but just noteworthy. We had a 9 year old, 6 year old, and 2 year old with us. The kids had a great time and they all shared a room. My husband and I slept great in the master bedroom. Overall we enjoyed this stay and would come again. Other notes about Key Largo: There is not many beaches in the Keys. We knew this ahead of time so we spent a weekend in Ft. Lauderdale before heading down to Key Largo. If your kids are set on the typical sand and ocean scene, there's a few options we experienced that I thought would be helpful to share. We made the hour drive down to Marathon to visit Sombrero Beach. It was a beautiful drive and a great beach. The beach wasn't huge but the kids got the sand they were hoping for and it was not crowded at all. Nice bathrooms and a playground also on site. In Key Largo, we went 5 minutes down the road to Cannon Beach in John Pennekamp State Park. It was a much smaller beach than it looked in pictures and the water wasn't as clear as I had imagine. But we still had a good time and enjoyed snorkeling. They also have snorkeling tours right out of the park that you can go on. We did not do that as we have young kids. There is amazing Key Lime Pie pops in the Circle K convenient stores throught the keys. It's a frozen slice of Key lime pie dipped in chocolate. Amazing

What a wonderful place to stay! The kids loved the bikes and kayaks and the pool was wonderful after a long day of exploring the keys! We will be back!

We enjoyed our stay and the conveniences of the location. There are fishing charters next door and the Key Largo Fisheries with all it has to offer. Also discovered you can the dolphins if you kayak across the street. The channel behind the place was full of tropical fish and it was fun to watch them.

Went down with five people on a short fishing trip location was great restaurants and bait located within walking distance. About a 7 minute boat ride to open water , House was cleanly and host was nice worth this stay for sure.

Having a pool for late evening swims was a great way to relax with the kids after a day of site seeing. The property was very clean, warm and welcoming, and easy to get in and out of.

Location is great, Master bedroom and balcony are perfect. parking was perfect, house was perfect minus no coffee filters, LOL! I left some for the next guest. I would come to this location again.

Seems a bit skimpy given the price of the place & every air B&b/vrbo/hotel I’ve ever stayed at has provided shampoo & conditioner.FYI: Although close to amenities no sidewalks to walk on & some very busy highways to cross to walk to places.

Great stay, The property was everything it was advertised to be!

We stayed here during our last days of our daughter’s senior trip. The property was beautiful and clean, the beds were super comfortable and it was in a great location. The hosts left information about a great place to eat nearby and there were kayaks available for us to use, unfortunately the kayaks had leaks due to misuse but were still useable for short excursions. Overall we enjoyed our stay here and would love to come back.

The place was very clean and had def been updated nicely!!! The bed was so comfortable and we had a great time with our friends who booked a different unit in the same property! Only bummer was that some of the kayaks had holes so we couldn't go out as a group. This is a great location located close to everything in Keylargo absolutely would book here again!

I’m glad we chose this unit for our recent weekend getaway. Upon arrival we noticed it was very clean, updated & decorated nicely. The location was convenient to bring our boat & had many restaurants within a few minute drive. There’s a good local spot 1 block over if you want a quick bite to eat & Publix was right down the street to stock up for our stay. We barely saw any other people & it was really relaxing. Guest bathroom had a very slow draining sink but it wasn’t that serious. We will be back for sure. .
