Great home and great, quiet location. We loved the pool and the hot tub!

We fully enjoyed our stay, especially the screened porch and the pool. Love the East beach location and time with family.

This is our 3rd time staying in this house for Spring Break. We love the area and the hot tub is amazing. On cold/ rainy days, we don't go to the beach we just get in the hot tub and hang out around the house.

Beautiful, inside and out. Everything as advertised and no unexpected challenges. Ideal location and even though we were warned about of a lot of construction on nearby streets, there was no negative impact to our experience. We loved it.

We had a wonderful visit to St. Simons! The house was great and Debi was responsive. Great location and neighborhood. There was a large house under construction directly behind the house that was very loud the first day. Debi called the construction company for us and made sure they stopped the rest of the week. That allowed us to be able to enjoy using the pool and porch. We would return to this house once the construction behind us was done.

The location to the beach was perfect! We rented a golf cart for the week which was great for the trips to the beach as well as dinner and shopping. The pool and jacuzzi were great to have for the kids after days at the beach. The bedroom and bathroom set up worked great for our family. The kitchen could use a little organization and additional room for pantry items when you’re there for a week with kids but the fridge and freezer was awesome. We also loved the screened in porch! We played cards, ate out there and just hung out. The kids asked us on the way out the door if we could rent this same house again next year … that speaks volumes !

Excellent location as it was close enough to the beach to walk or a short drive if we wanted to bring more stuff. The house was clean and well stocked with towels, kitchen utensils/pans, and plenty of seating for two families. The two master bedrooms were great to have and the screened in porch was used very frequently for meals and relaxing. Definitely looking forward to a future stay here.

One of our favorite rentals. Six adults and four kids, ranging in age from 4 to 12, and we had plenty of room. The kitchen was the best stocked of any place we’ve rented. We like to cook and we had everything we needed. The location is perfect and the pool and hot tub were the best. I don’t have one complaint. This is our third trip to St Simons because we love it! When we return we will definitely rent this wonderful home again.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was a great location with plenty of space. It was so nice to be able to walk or ride a bike to the beach. The porch was also a great place to relax in the afternoons.

Grandparents, parents, teens and young children all enjoyed this house. The pool, hot tub, easy walk to the beach, screened porch, many board games and multiple separate sleeping spaces all contributed to our enjoyment.

We had a lovely week on St Simons Island. This house is in a great location for walking and biking everywhere. East Beach is ideal for relaxing and soaking up sun. The house itself was very clean... property manager thoughtfully left out Clorox wipes and hand sanitizer for our use. The pool on this property is fabulous. Sunny in the morning and shaded in the afternoon. We really enjoyed our stay.
