Lovely home just steps from bayside beach and walk. Great for our young grandchildren. Fireworks at Sea World viewed from living room each night. A real treat for the little ones. Nice backyard and large family room. Garage had lots of fun toys and bicycles.

Stayed here with two kids ages 6 and 8. The location and peacefulness of the property is incredible. Very clean house, close proximity to everything. incredible views and nice and quiet. Will def stay again!

A wonderful location! The "toys" in the garage were often used by us. It was easy to walk to the ocean side which was great beause there is NO parking there. You could tell that the proptery was decorated and landscaped by a professional. Very nice!

Enjoyed our time with family. Lots of room. Very happy there was parking for two cars. The yard was great for our grandkids and if inclined to use it, the garage was stocked with anything you should need. The walk to the bay was very easy for the kids. The home had a crib etc. Guest bed is old and creaks. Take everything you need in the kitchen. Lots of dishes, nothing else.

Great one story house close to Mission Bay. Lots of extras which was a plus. Beach chairs, bikes and games for all ages. Kitchen is well stocked and departure list was minimal. We would definitely look into booking again should we vacation in the area in the future. Everything we planned was very close and convenient. The SD Zoo, La Jolla, USS Midway, whale watching tour and of course, the bay and beach. Thanks for sharing your home.

Stayed for a week with family. House is 30 yards to Mission Bay and a sandy beach. Home is well appointed except for lack if wifi in the master bedroom. A problem I think will be solved in the future. Nice size property with lots if water toys, although is various degrees of condition. Had a great time and would rent it again.

This house is very comfortable inside and outside. Basically on the bay and only 3 blocks from the ocean beach. The house is nicely stocked including a garage full of bikes, surfboards etc. We will come again.

Everything was good with the property. The carpet in the family room is a bit worn out. Bathroom toiletries were sparse. Other than those 2 issues, the property is very close to mission beach.

This house was so wonderful to stay in. Plenty of space and sleeping options for our family of 5. The yard and toys in the garage were so appreciated on our times were just hung out at the house. Rental company does a great job with communication, stocking the house, and cleanliness.

Our family loved this house. It had everything we needed to allow us to relax and enjoy staying in or getting out along Mission Bay and Pacific/Mission Beach. The garage full of bikes, boards and beach stuff set this place over the top. Location was just perfect. Hoping to stay here again and again.

This is our second time staying here. It is our family, two adults, three kiddos. This house is so comfortable! They have everything you need! You are literally staying on the Bay! And the Ocean is across two streets. We walked to both everyday! All of the amenities is what make this house so wonderful for a family! The Boogie Boards, Life Jackets, wetsuits and every sand toy imaginable! The thing that puts it over the top for me, I know it's a small thing, but the outdoor shower... to be able to be at the beach all day, and then just line the kids up to shower without tracking all the sand and mess into the house. It's just so nice to have it! Make the right decision and book this house!

This house is absolutely adorable, cozy, well-appointed, fully-equipped and perfectly located. The main living room and outdoor courtyard area are perfect for gathering and letting toddlers run around while keeping them contained. Beds and sofas are very comfortable, and all the appliances work great! Could not ask for a better location. Only word caution is to be careful with little kids in the twin room - the nightstand drawers come out very easily and don’t catch so can land on little toes! Looking forward to staying again (and again!).

Plan to stay here again. Perfect location for enjoying the bay and the ocean. Plenty of room to spread out in the house. Comfortable beds. Our favorite thing was all the toys and bikes in the garage.

Everything was already here. Bikes, wet suits beach wagon, lots of beach toys, surfing toys, everything. We didn’t need to purchase anything additional. And everything was clean and in good order.
We are grandparents snd had our daughter and family with us. The home is set up with two distinct living areas. Was perfect for. Family time or getting a little work done.
The location was 3 houses from mission bay. So nice for walking back and forth with the children.
The Back yard privacy was surprising. Nice yard and completely private. And an outdoor private shower. How cool is that.
As you can tell, we had a wonderful time!!
