We have rented six different properties in Boyne City over the past 15 years and this is our new favorite! The property was clean and perfectly appointed with everything that we needed for the week. The hosts were quick to respond to any questions we had. The beds were all super comfortable and the view of Lake Charlevoix from the unit is stunning! Enjoyed watching the sunset each night from the porch or dock and our kids LOVED the pool and water trampoline. Last but definitely not least, the location is just a short walk from groceries, restaurants and shops. Highly recommend!

We have stayed here for a few years and we absolutely love this rental and location. The pool is clean and heated! The rental is clean, great location on the first floor and the owners are very polite. They responded to all of our emails and questions right away. The condo itself is very pleasant, everyone is friendly! If you have kids that like to fish this place is perfect for them. Tons of fish to catch and water is crystal clear. We traveled with a 2 year old and a 6 year old and we were able to toss them in a wagon and walk to the playground about 2 blocks away. Also walking distance to the weekend farmers market! This place really has everything you need for a long stay. Honestly the only thing that’s missing is a king bed but even that we were able to work with for our trips up there. We love this rental and can’t say enough good things about the Landings location.

My family was vacationing up north. We were planning on skiing at Boyne Mountain but were looking for somewhere else to stay other than at Boyne. It was my wife and I traveling with our kids that are 2 and 6. We found this great condo to stay at in Boyne City. It was perfect for what we needed. It was about a 10 minute drive to Boyne Moutain which was very easy. The condo was located withing a couple minutes drive of downtown Boyne City where there were lots of restaurants and also close to a grocery store. The condo was a perfect size for our family. The two bedrooms with a bunk bed in the kids room was very nice. There were also coloring books and crayons that our kids helped themselves to. I am sure that the condo would be great in the summer also since it is located right on Lake Charlevoix. We also loved that there was a fireplace. This was nice the cold weather. The hosts were very easy to get ahold of and there were no issues with them. They got us the code to enter the unit in plenty of time. The only problem was that the code to the garbage dumpster was not working when we were checking out. We will definitely look to come back and stay here again.

Brought our children up there for a short winter getaway. Place was just like described. Enjoyed our stay!

We drove in to spend the weekend skiing at Boyne Mountain. The condo is perfect after a long day of skiing. A 10 to 15 minute walk to coffee and restaurants in downtown Boyne City. We stayed in the winter, but would love to come back in the summer to see the condo views of the lake and pool. Great stay, thank you!

We rented this condo for a family ski weekend and it was great. Short commute to Boyne Mtn, right in Boyne City with plenty of restaurants/shops/etc, and perfectly sized and appointed condo for our stay. Very clean, well equipped kitchen and great view of the lake. Would happily return.

This property was as listed and provided everything my family needed for a comfortable stay. Boyne city is right down the road and it’s a quick drive to Boyne Mountain to enjoy all the activities there. Would definitely stay here again.

The alarm would go off at midnight every night. We thought we fixed on the 2nd night but no. I finally had to take the batteries out of it,The condo was nice and right on the water. We would stay there again.

Beautiful condo, very clean. The photos do not show how nice it is. Convenient location to restaurants. We were in town for a wedding, but it would be a great home base for a golf trip.

Nice property everything in unit was nice and comfortable. Only issue was the unit above was constantly active with people & dog. Trouble sleeping because of it. Walls/ceiling paper thin in this building.

We wanted a short get away in Petoskey area, and came across this property. Nicely located right on the lake, with access to marina and a pool. Close to all the local attractions- wineries, shopping, dining. Clean and cozy. Would recommend to anyone!
