Property was nicely decorated and spacious. It had everything that we needed. The location was very Central to Purgatory activities and only about a half hour from bring up.

My family and I were super comfortable in this space. Beds were cozy, the kitchen was well equipped and it was very clean. The ski list was a 5 minute walk away.

The condo was very clean and in good condition. The location was amazing with just a short walk across the street to all of the amenities- ski school, restaurants, shops. Our only complaint was that it was a little strange having to deal with all of the codes when we first arrived and not having a key. But in the end it was convenient to pass the access around the family so they could come and go at will. Also, it would be quite beneficial to have a dresser in the master bedroom. While the washer and dryer were super helpful on a ski vacation, the dryer was squealing so loudly, we couldn't use it while at the condo. We would set it before we left every morning. Overall a great place to stay in Purgatory with amazing views off the balcony.

This condo was in a great location with a beautiful view of the mountain. We had a great time!

Wonderful condo. Clean, spacious, well supplied, great location. Only misdescription is that it is not ski in/ski out. Complex is beside the slope (which you can not access from the condo) so you have to walk up a flight of stairs, across the plaza to the main lift. This was not a problem for my family (all 18+). Overall, great property.

Location was perfect, views from the condo were incredible. Great weekend getaway. Highly recommend the addition of the pool and hot tub. Made for a great afternoon/evening after a full day!

Very well furnished and we couldn’t have been more comfortable. Really nice in every way and just loved the views out every window! It is steps away from all the resort offerings and parking was no issue and very close to our front door.

My family and I stayed here for 3 nights in early July. The condo is very comfortable and the views are incredible! The kitchen was well-equipped and we cooked a few times while there. The condo is very peaceful with comfortable beds and a lovely balcony. The master bathroom is awesome with double sinks, a huge soaking tub, and separate big shower. The only downside was that there was no A/C in the unit and it did get quite warm during the day. Overall, we loved this condo and would definitely stay here again!

Great condo! Stocked with everything we needed. Easy location to walk up 2 sets of steps to the Village Center and slopes. You can rent a locker in the village for equipment if you don’t want to carry back and forth from the condo. Fireplaces were amazing and heated up quickly! Property manager was easy to get in touch with and helpful for any questions I had.

Place was awesome. It is a much bigger condo on the inside than the pictures make it appear. Place was super clean, had everything we needed. Our party cooked every meal at the condo and had everything needed. Super convenient location. Walk across the small parking lot and up 34 stairs and you are at the village plaza and a short 100 yard walk to Lift #1 Purgatory Express. We will be back

We enjoyed our stay. It was perfect location walking distance to the lives it snowed the entire time we were there. Our family loves coming out to Purgatory resort. This unit was nice and spacious with all the amenities.

We arrive to find easy access from the 1st floor yet an elevated balcony with great views on the back patio. A bell cart was available to help carry luggage, everything you needed was there. The condo was beautifully decorated with comfortable beds, easily used TVs and instructions for other needed items. Walking distance to restraunt, toy store, rentals and most important the slopes.

We love this condo! The views are amazing! The ease to the village, ski lifts and area attractions are perfect. Very clean, child friendly, child proof, crock pot is a huge plus! Great amenities! We have stayed here twice and love it so much! We plan to return!

This condo was perfect for my family of four. It allowed us all to be on one floor and the girls had their own room to play in. The lay out was nice and open and the kitchen was fully stocked. It's just steps away from the resort and having garage parking was a great perk with the incoming snow. I would definitely stay in this property again.

This was my second stay at this unit. It is clean and well appointed with very comfortable furnishings.. The sleep experience was quite good with the exception of flat, lifeless pillows. The kitchen has good cookware and high end appliances. The view from the deck is fabulous, especially with the emergence of Fall colors in the distance.

Beautiful location!
Our family had a great stay at Peregrine Point in Purgatory Resort. The condo is super comfortable with beautiful views in each room.
The location was great for getting to the Durango/Silverton train as well as Mesa Verde National Park the day we checked out. We also enjoyed the alpine slide and mountain coaster at Purgatory. Hope to stay again!

This was our second time booking with Premier and we had an awesome experience. The condo was exactly as described. No surprises. Unit was well cared for and more importantly very clean. The questions we had during our stay were handled promptly and professionally. We will use Premier again on our next visit to Durango.

Durango Summer Vacation
The condo was great and the views were amazing! Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo! However, the bed in the main bedroom is terrible. It is way to soft and needs to be replaced.

Perfect getaway!
We loved our stay! Everything was exactly as described. The views are breathtaking and it was great to be able to take advantage of the amenities at the resort. Great hiking across the street and a playground for kiddos too.

Great ski week getaway
Traveled with my wife and two children (daughter 11, son 8) and loved our stay at Peregrine Point...condo was well appointed, convenient and a breeze to access. Will stay again.
