I would happily stay here again. The online description and pictures were on spot. The staff was really good. The butler, OJ, was our point person at the property and he did an amazing job. Chef Joe did a very good job, was very kind and met our needs for a combination of Jamaican and American foods. Nell was a great housekeeper and very welcoming. Gregory was the groundskeeper and kept things perfect outside and in when needed. The pool was perfect, Beach was great and outdoor seating was comfortable. Minor challenges were the bugs were bad occasionally outside (which they cannot help), there is a hot tub but it isn’t functional and the hot water didn’t work great in the showers all the time. However, these are minor overall and I would 100% go back to the home. Gizelle is a great host and her son, Jason, helped out as well and was very kind.

We enjoyed our stay at Sandpebbles! It was very hot but enjoyed the outdoor living space and pool and were very appreciative of the air conditioned bedrooms. Local fishing village was very interesting but thought the price of the food was very hefty. Enjoyed Chef Joes cooking.

Our family is from South Carolina and this was our first experience staying at a private residence in Jamaica. The trip was excellent! I can't say enough about the entire staff at the house. Joe, Kemar, Del, Gregory and OJ all made the trip that much more special. If you're looking for a private vacation that's like having your own all inclusive, this is a safe bet for sure. Jason has the right connections and does a great job of handling the logistics if we wanted to travel somewhere. Kemar couldn't be a better driver and tour guide. Joe is a terrific chef and shared much about the local food and some history behind Jamaican fare. We left the week's menu in his hands and he never disappointed! OJ did a great job always having the table prepared and coffee made. We literally didn't have to drive anywhere, prepare a meal or wash a dish the entire week. They did all the heavy lifting which we greatly appreciated. It may be difficult at first getting used to having people around the home while you're on vacation, but it's no different than staying in a resort. Last, Gizelle was a wonderful host and took the time to stop by and say hello to ensure we had settled in ok. The home had everything we needed and was well cared for. Incredible villa vacation. The staff and house were both outstanding. Incredible homemade Jamaican meals every day, with a private pool and a beach literally right outside the door. This place had everything one could ask for in a beach vacation. Central location for all activities between Montego Bay and Ocho Rios, on a private beach in a gated community. Already looking forward to returning.

We had nine family members stay at Sandpebbles for two weeks for a special Birthday celebration. The location, quiet secure private beach, the Villa, a rustic spacious property with excellent pool and gardens on the beach, and the friendliness and professional staff really made it an exceptional place to stay. Chef Joe created some fantastic meals for us and is very talented. Housekeeper Carolyn kept the place clean and tidy, Gregory looked after the facilities very well and helped in many other activities and AJ the butler looked after us extremely well, always smart and helpful in so many ways with a friendly smile all times of the day. Kemar was a very safe and reliable driver which was important with our infants on board. It appears we were the first British group to stay there and we found dealing with Gizelle and Jason her son extremely easy. They assisted in making many arrangements and trip recommendations. Can thoroughly recommend Sandpebbles it's everything you want for a great vacation - and then some!

Our family of 10 recently had the pleasure of staying at Sandpebbles Villa in Jamaica and I must say, it was an incredible experience. The villa itself was comfortable and cozy, and the outdoor space was ideal with lots of shaded areas, a well maintained tropical garden and just steps away from the ocean. One of the highlights of our stay was having a private chef and butler, who were both exceptional in their roles. Chef Joe prepared delicious meals every day, using fresh and local ingredients to create authentic Jamaican cuisine that we savored with each bite. And that carrot cake!! We wiped the pan clean. We want that recipe! The butler OJ was equally impressive, always attentive and courteous, ensuring that our every need was met with a friendly smile. The groundskeeper, Gregory worked hard, doing a lot more than maintaining the grounds, including setting up a massive bonfire on our last night. And Carolyn, the housekeeper, was very friendly always greeting us cheerfully in the morning. In addition to the exceptional service, Gizelle’s son, Jason, was incredibly responsive and accommodating. Any questions or requests we had were promptly answered, making our stay even more enjoyable and stress-free. He also arranged our trips to Dunn’s River Falls and Luminous Lagoon, which we highly recommend. Our driver Kemar was lovely. Overall, I cannot recommend Sandpebbles Villa highly enough. A truly unforgettable vacation.

Let me start by saying my overall experience was amazing!! There was a group of 8 of us and the accommodations were very comfortable. The house was cleaned everyday, shout out to Dee! But let me get to the Chef !!!!!!!!!! Chef Jo, I just wanted to take him home with me!!!!! I was a little nervous at first bc I could not come up with a menu... I was told to let the Chef do his magic and let me tell you.... HE DID NOT DISAPPOINT!!!!! from the breakfast every morning to the oxtails for dinner!!!!!!! OMG , AMAZNG !!! ... last but no least OJ, my best buddy OJ!!! He made sure we were well taken care of the entire time... every question or concern , he had an answer. So friendly and polite, everyone loved him!!! We will definitely be back soon... also transportation was a breeze and that was one less thing we had to worry about.

We had an incredible stay at Sandpebbles! Chef Joe, OJ, Gregory and Dell became like family to us. Their attention to detail was very much appreciated. Chef Joe’s meals were incredible and he made food that even our pickiest eaters (the little ones- 3 and 4yr old) ate with much delight. The villa is as beautiful as advertised, and the yard is quite relaxing and scenic with the trees, pool and beach. Gregory kept the yard in perfect condition. OJ and the team even arranged a bonfire for us on the beach one night. As island natives, we were quite pleased with coming back home and truly feeling at home with authentic food, great people, and ease of access to other places on the island. We will be back for sure!

Our overall stay was amazing! Chef Joe, OJ, Dell and the groundskeeper were all amazing and we can’t thank them enough for making our family vacation the best one yet! This was our first time staying in a rental in a different country and the consensus is we would all do it again!

We had an amazing ladies vacation! The staff is wonderful! It was so nice to have meals and drinks prepared for us. We enjoyed the outings that we did too. Highly recommended!

We had such an amazing time staying at Sandpebbles! We had a party of six starting on New Year's Eve and the staff surprised us with a beautiful candle lit dinner on the beach followed by a magnificent bonfire on the beach. Every meal was delicious -- Chef Joe is very talented! Our butler, O.J., was super sweet and accommodating, and he always had the table set so nicely. The housekeeper, Dell, was very welcoming and did a great job keeping the house in order (beds made every day, etc.). The groundskeeper, Gregory, was also very nice and the grounds were gorgeous. Our driver, Kemar, was great and we thoroughly enjoyed the luminous lagoon and Dunn's River Falls. Such amazing experiences! Jason was also a great driver and helped us figure out what we wanted to do while we were there, giving us much needed advice to miss crowds, which we greatly appreciated. We enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boards, as well as the foosball on the porch. My mom had a fabulous massage on the porch while we all hiked up Dunn's River Falls too! The entire stay was glorious and the staff really made it extra special. I highly recommend this trip for anyone looking to fully relax and enjoy the beauty of Jamaica!

We spent six nights from Christmas until New Years Eve and had the most amazing stay. Loved the staff especially Chef Joe, OJ (butler) and the driver Kemar. They treated us like family and made sure we had a wonderful time. They were always available throughout the day to help us with any of our needs. The villa is in a gated community and we loved the quiet private beach. The kayaks and paddle boards were perfect to explore the area. We were contacted by and personally met the owners Gizelle and Jason and they were very welcoming and helpful in making sure we were able to explore outside the villa and to areas that were not overrun. I have visited Jamaica on several occasions and this was an amazing way to vacate, in a spacious, fully staffed and not overcrowded space. Only negative I would say, is that things get very quiet in the evening unless you venture out, if you are looking for nighttime activities. Highly recommend and will definitely return in the future.

Truly a week in paradise for our family of 10. From the moment we arrived and were greeted so warmly by the staff, to the fabulous meals cooked by Chef Joe, who we told just to cook whatever he wanted! including a non traditional Thanksgivng dinner of steak and lobster. Frozen drinks daily (always including kids' versions), by the ever smiling, thoughtful OJ, who just made our stay so wonderful, (my two year old grandson was a huge fan of OJ!!). And the house kept spotless by sweet Dell. So many great things to say about our stay at Sandpebbles! Jason was such an amazing source for just about anything we wanted, (including a doctor visit for an ear infection), massages at the house, a Reggae Band, trips that were away from tourist groups. We didn't want to leave the beautiful villa, pool, island breezes and beach! the most relaxing week ever! We hope to go back one day!

We had a fantastic stay at Gizelle's property. The property was beautiful but the staff is really what made the trip amazing! All of Joe's meals were delicious but we especially enjoyed the special surf and turf dinner for the special birthday night. Gregory also built us a huge bonfire on that beach that night. It was just perfect! We really appreciated having OJ escorting us everywhere including the local beach that was beautiful. Dell was so sweet and kept the house looking great all day. Jason arranged a beach day for us, a bioluminescent bay trip and massages at the house - all were amazing! He also kept in touch to make sure everything was going well. Gizelle stopped over midway through the trip and we had a great conversation with her. She also gave us a tour or her beautiful property next door (also available to rent). We would highly recommend the property (and the property next door!).

We loved Sandpebbles ! It started with Kemar picking us up at the airport and continued throughout the vacation. The beautiful home is on the ocean Bengal Bay. Each bedroom had its own bathroom which makes it so nice for visitors. The pool was lovely and we really enjoyed it. The home was kept spotless by the always smiling and kind Del. Upon arrival we met OJ who was our butler and chef Joe. Both were fabulous. OJ made sure we had everything we needed and was so kind and friendly. Chef Joe met with us on our second day to go over the week’s menus. We wanted Jamaican food and we had the most delicious meals.. Joe was also happy to give recipes and welcomed us into the kitchen when we had any questions. Gregory, the groundskeeper was there every morning to keep the yard beautiful and answered any questions we had about the foliage. Kemar, the driver, took us wherever we wanted to go and stayed with us while we were out to keep an eye out for us. He was very kind and knowledgeable about the area. Jason was there to check in on us and arranged our outings and to see how we were getting along. The property manager Gizelle also checked to see if we were happy and needed anything. The entire staff made us feel so welcome. The water in the bay was fed by a nearby river, so at times it was not the crystal clear blue that is in the photos , but we still enjoyed walking on the beach. We would definitely stay again.

Want a beach and pool all to yourselves for the entire stay – come to Sandpebbles. It is perfect. The experience we had was simply phenomenal! The property is stunning and very peaceful. The setup of the villa is perfect and the attention to detail is evident, both inside and out. The Villa’s setting and landscape is so nice, that you wouldn’t want to leave it to go elsewhere ... especially if you are in Jamaica for some downtime, to relax and chill! What beats the property? The wonderful, amazing house staff! They make you feel like royalty! The entire staff welcomed us with warm arms and made every effort to anticipate our needs and make our stay comfortable. · Gizelle was an awesome host – very warm, welcoming, accommodating and communicative. She visited personally to make sure we were comfortable. · Chef Joe served us amazing food; we let him pick and prepare the meals and each one was delightful. Using local flavors and ingredients he provided us an amazing variety of delicious Jamaican meals. The desserts he came up with were simple yet phenomenal. · OJ, always smiling, is a gem of a human being. He made sure that we were always comfortable and got whatever we needed. He is tireless! · Dell, with a lovely smile, took great care of the house and kept the villa spotless. · Gregory ensured the yard was clean. · Kemar, an excellent driver, took us to the places we wanted to visit. TBH – Sandpebbles was everything and more than we could have hoped for; it exceeded all expectations. The home and setting right on the beach were amazing but the staff put it over the top. Gizelle and Team – Thank you for having us and treating us so well – rather spoiling us! We loved our stay and can't wait to return. Soon come – as they say in Jamaica … Yeah Maan !

We did a great deal of research before making reservations at this property. All eight of us would not have stayed at this property had it been presented as what it is....it is a house in a very poor, poverty stricken part of Jamaica. This is NOT a villa! PROS: 1. All of the staff except the housekeeper were top notch. Chef Joe made some very tasty Jamaican meals. 2. O.J. the butler was the most amazing of the entire staff! He literally did everything and was ALWAYS there doing things when the remainder of the staff was long gone. CONS: 1. This is a house...it is NOT a villa. The house needs some serious updating and cleaning. When we arrived, the front door all the way through to the back veranda was open, extremely hot and besieged by flies and bugs. This entire part of the house was never cool and the flies were awful. 2. The kitchen area is extremely small and dirty. The cartons of supplies for meals was strewn on the floor and the counters. The meals are prepared in the kitchen with open windows and doors and there are flies and bugs everywhere while the food is being prepared. We were truly sick at seeing our food prepared with bugs and flies lighting constantly. 3. This is not a 5 bed, 5 bath property. One of the "bedrooms" has no closet and absolutely nowhere for the guests to even open their suitcase and put their clothes out. 4. The entire house needs a deep cleaning and updating. Our housekeeper Teresa was almost non-existent. Her daily routine was to do minimal straightening. She did NOTHING else but sit for hours on her phone..ususally on speaker. 5. The meals were served at the table on the veranda. We spent the entire trip keeping flies and bugs out of our meals. There was no thought to covering the food once it arrived from the kitchen. 6. There were some serious electrical issues in three of the bathrooms. The hair dryer in the master bath would never blow hot and while attempting to use, the lights flicked in the next door bedroom. At least one bathroom had no electrical outlet. When the coffee maker came on, the clock in one of the bedrooms went out. 7. The bay water was brown the entire week. This property is a house, NOT a villa. The lack of sanitation is concerning for those of us accustomed to basic cleanliness. The staff stays in the building next to the house and we saw their laundry hanging out everyday. The pool would not comfortably accomodate 10 people. Be aware that anything can look good on the internet!

We were thrilled as a family here celebrating our 20th anniversary! We were looking for something right on the beach with a pool, and this fit the bill perfectly. The good: The staff is amazing. A few things went wrong (pool filter, power outage) and they were very communicative about what was happening and how they were resolving it. (A new filter came in two days, and a generator was started right away to get AC and essentials running.) Ojay the butler is a gem of a human, and Kemar was an excellent driver, Theresa took great care of the house. The family loved Chef Joe and all the meals, and he took great care to personalize our trip and provided great variety with the Jamaican meals we wanted to try. The owner Gizelle provided great communication, and it is obvious that she loves her country and wants to highlight both the Beaty of the island and the beautiful people living there. We were treated like royalty and everyone is so kind. What to be aware of: -Jason coordinates activities and has tons of connections, lean on his expertise. Both he and Gizelle have great recommendations for area experiences. -There is a river that lets out into the bay that you can explore, but when it rains it pours into the bay turning it brown. The owners were understanding and arranged for us to visit a nearby beach with crystal clear water. -There is a large dock to left of property and if a ship is docked it takes up a lot of the view. We were able to kayak around it and grew used to it but got a view of the rest of the bay when it left -Wi-Fi can do a streaming movie (and they have a lot of cable channels) but doesn’t extend far outside or manage multiple devices super well. -It is 45 min (to an hour) from Montgomery Bay airport and Ocho Rios so plan accordingly (and driver Kemar takes great care at each stop -Neighborhood security and nearby staff made trip feel very safe Thanks for a wonderful stay!!

Everyone was nice. Property was clean. Relatively secluded. No crowds. Only minor issue was the large boat in nearby dock. Only a visual issue for pictures, it did not really affect enjoyment of the property. Host was able to arrange transportation easily including multiple trips. Chef was great. He made a large variety of Jamaican delicacies. Proximity to river made river tubing convenient. We had a beach and pool all to ourselves for the entire stay. Great for kids. I would definitely do it again.

This was our first trip to Jamaica and it was a wonderful experience. Our family of 10 thoroughly enjoy everything about this home. Being steps away from the beach as well as a beautiful pool made it hard to leave. There were plenty of things to do such as kayaking, corn hole, snorkeling, and more. The staff was wonderful and made this trip really special. Joe made us so many amazing meals and it was fun to taste some of the local dishes. OJ was always there to make sure we had whatever we needed and supplied us with some wonderful cocktails by the pool! Teresa kept the house spotless and also helped entertain our 2 year old grandaughter :) Gregory made us amazing bonfires and kept the yard clean every day. We did venture out on some off-site adventures, thanks to Jason and driver, Kemor. The Glistening Waters and Blu Hole trips were unforgettable and I highly recommend. We also enjoyed having lunch at a local fishing village which gave us a real sense of the people of Jamaica. All in all it was simply a wonderful experience. Thank you Gizelle and Jason for everything! You truly have a slice of paradise with this home. We hope to come back some day!

It has now been a full week since my family and I had the pleasure of staying at Sand Pebbles. We came to celebrate my mom’s birthday and all I can say, is that everyone in our party had a tremendous experience! We were truly spoiled every single day with Chef Joe’s amazing food, OJ making sure we were always comfortable and Theresa keeping the villa spotless. Gizelle was such a welcoming and accommodating host. She and her son Jason helped with logistics of excursions and airport transfers. With her recommendation, we went to Glistening Waters, the bioluminescence experience; a first for everyone in our party of 12. If you are looking for a true gem and time for rest and relaxation with some fun, book Sand Pebbles. We spent 7 days of fun in the sun and amazing hospitality. Sand Pebbles owes us nothing at all! We will be booking again! Thank you, Gizelle and team.

We stayed at Sandpebbles property for nine nights, and we had a great time. The staff, Joe our cook, OJ our butler and Teresa our housekeeper, became our friends in no time at all. Jason hooked up our divers and had some Jet skis brought to us for a fair fee. Gizelle is a lovely lady ready to help out in any way. Looks like were going back next year. We will most likely rent their SeaEsta property next door and make it a nine couple's adventure. Thank you, Gizelle and Jason. See you next year!

Can't say enough how impressed we were with these pleasant accommodations. The Villa exceeded our expectations in every way. The property was gorgeous, the attention to detail was evident both inside and out, and the staff made us feel like family. The transportation services made everything so convenient. However, because the Villa, it's setting and the landscaping was so nice...it was hard to leave the property to experience other parts of the island! Our diverse group ranged from 3 years old to 66. We enjoyed the Jamaican cuisine thoughtfully prepared by our chef to accommodate our dietary needs while expanding the palate of even the most picky eaters, including the children. In short the home cooked meals were amazingly satisfying and so well presented. Gizelle has put together a fine team. The entire staff welcomed us with warm arms and made every effort to anticipate our needs and make our stay comfortable. This was a special family reunion and one that will be cherished for years. It truly was a sad day when it was time to say Good Bye. Thank you for everything!

Beautiful property in a beautiful locale. Our kids (ages 11-20) loved the ocean kayaks, paddleboards and pool! The staff were amazing! Wonderful meals. Totally recommend!!

We traveled with our grown children to spend time together after a graduation. The property is stunning and very peaceful. The setup of the villa is perfect, everyone having their own spacious bedroom and bathroom. Our favorite part by far was the staff! We’ve been to Jamaica four times and the people are the reason we keep coming back. Every need we had was met even before we needed anything! :) The house was always clean, the meals were spectacular, and the property was always manicured. Having family style meals on the back veranda area was the highlight for me. This Mom enjoyed the break and pampering! The villa is the best option for families and friends to be together and relax. It’s much nicer than separate hotel rooms! Thank you for having us and treating us so well.

I visited Sandpebbles this last week for my Bachelorette party and it was amazing! Chef Joe put out some delicious meals with a beaming smile and pride in his eyes! His ackee and saltfish with fried bammy and curry crab with boiled dumplins were my favorites! He also prepared some tasty desserts for us. If you have never had Blue Mountain Coffee, request it with some condensed milk! BEST COFFEE EVER! He also makes a delicious Soursop Limeade! We couldn't get enough of it! Oliver, the butler, has the sweetest smile and never tired of us no matter how many times we called his name. He was always ready to help us and he was always within earshot, we never had to search for him. Sandra had kind eyes and a warm smile! Our beds were always made, towels replaced and rooms cleaned when we returned at the end of the day. We enjoyed every bit of our stay! I should also mention... the villa next door SeaEsta is also a Gizelle property and it is GORGEOUS as well! SeaEsta is more modern and updated whereas Sandpebbles has more of an island feel. We would easily stay at either! Wonderful villas and staff! The host was always just one call away once we arrived at the villa and she ensured our needs were always met. You will LOVE your stay if you stay here! I can't wait to return.

We were 2 families visiting from NYC. 4 adults and 4 teenagers. The stay at Sand Pebbles was PERFECT! Can not commend the staff and owners enough for making it such a wonderful experience. The house is exactly how it was advertised. So lovely! The staff.....Joe the chef....he is AMAZING!! We let him pick and prepare the meals and each one was delightful. He used local flavors and ingredients keeping all our dietary restrictions in mind. Oliver, the butler was so attentive and knew exactly when to make virgin pina coladas for the kids and organize the masseuse service for the adults. He is tireless! We kept telling him to take a break but he wouldn't stop taking care of us. Sandra, the housekeeper kept the place spotless and pleasured us with her lovely smile! We were so spoiled... Didn't want to leave the property. The rooms were comfortable. The property itself was stunning. The weather in March, couldn't have been better. Jason, Gizelle's son was so wonderful helping us plan our excursions and activities. He was so interesting to talk to as well. We very much enjoyed his company. Gizelle...."Boss Lady" well, we wanted her to hang out with us too! She runs an amazing crew...on a beautiful property! We could have chatted with her for ages! They also own the stunning property next door called "Siesta". To book both fully staffed homes for larger gatherings is a great option. And we will be doing that in the future... we will be back! We just had an amazing week at this property and had a great experience. The house, the beach, the staff…it was all amazing. We went to see the Glistening Waters…highly recommend. We rented jet skis which was fun too. Joe made us AMAZING food and Oliver took great care of us.

We had a great time at Sandpebbles! The house, pool, and beach are definitely amazing, but the staff is what makes this so special! You will not have to do anything while you are there but relax. Joe made us some of the best food I've eaten, while Oliver took care of the house, made drinks, checked on test, etc. Jason got us wonderful excursions books, and many more sweet people made this trip so wonderful! We all highly recommend Sandpebbles! Thank you Gizelle & Jason for sharing your home with us!

I had a group of 7 join me for my birthday and we had such an amazing time. Beach front meals everyday was my favorite part. So many memories were maid on this trip. The entire staff was very helpful. Looks just like the pictures. Will be back next time 10/10. The only thing I would clarify next time would be getting an estimate cost of transportation and groceries so you can be better prepared. .

My family and I celebrated my milestone birthday here and it could not have been more special. The property and site are as beautiful as pictured (if not more), but what really took the trip over the top was the warmth, dedication and friendliness of the staff. It was such a pleasure to be with Joe, Oliver, Lemana, Kemar and Davell and we are so grateful to Jason for all of his tips and assistance. We highly recommend this place and thank you again to everyone there.
