My friends and I stayed in September of 2024 when our alma mater App State played Clemson! The house was so nice and spacious. It was a wonderful weekend. 10/10 recommend staying with Frank!

Excellent lake house for a family of ten, 5 adults and 5 children ages 2-9. The house is comfortable, cozy, clean with an awesome setting…trees, deck, dock and beautiful emerald cove for swimming. Our 4th summer at this wonderful Lake Keowee house!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Frank was very quick to answer my questions beforehand, and upon arrival. The house was clean and comfortable, and exactly as described. The kitchen had everything needed and then some to prepare a large (20+ family dinner). We hope to stay again on our next family trip to Lake Keowe.

This was our third trip to Lake Keowee, and our time at Emerald Cove is our favorite by far. The home is tucked away in a beautiful, shaded lot on a quite cove that is perfect for soaking, floating and swimming. Our family of 7 so enjoyed the dock and space by the water, often there chatting, reading and napping in the grass. The dock is also super friendly for boat users, we rented a pontoon from High Falls Boat Rentals (highly recommend) and spent days exploring the lake. The house is very well-appointed and comfortable with more than enough space for everyone. The kitchen is well-stocked with high-quality appliances and cookware that easily satisfied the professional chef of the family. We used the new, large Weber grill just about every night. Communication with the Elmores was perfect throughout the booking process and leading up to our vacation, very professional. While we're the type of family that prefers to try a different VRBO for every vacation, we're first going to check if Emerald Cove is available for our next visit to Lake Keowee. A big thank you to the Elmores for their hospitality!

My husband, mother and two adult children spent the weekend for a Clemson graduation. The interior had plenty of space to gather and sleep. An extremely well stocked kitchen made meal prep a breeze. The backyard was beautiful and the deck had a lot of seating. I highly recommend this home!

Great stay! Our son received his Clemson ring, and we needed a home away from home for the weekend. This place did not disappoint. My family and I were able to relax, enjoy the view, and make precious memories.

Highly recommend this house! Exactly as advertised. We shared this house with some friends for the Clemson game. We took our boat and were able to enjoy the lake. The children loved the playroom with pool table. Would definitely stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Emerald Cove! We came from Upstate NY and brought our boat. I had lots of questions before booking and before our trip. Frank was quick to respond and very helpful. The house is as well stocked as advertised - it is a place we would love to call home! There are several thoughtful touches that make it very easy to to stay in this house. Most rental homes are equipped with the cheapest stuff. But not so with this house - the high end grill, kitchen, furniture, finished basement, etc. It's just a pleasant experience. We spent quite a bit of time exploring the area, which is close to the Smokey Mountains, Greenville, and Seneca / Clemson. We also spent a lot of time on the lake. The lake is beautiful and the water is warm. We normally boat on a busy, choppy lake and found our time on Lake Keowee relaxing and enjoyable. Our young kids enjoyed our visit and loved jumping off the dock and into the warm lake water. I was glad to have a covered dock for our stay!

We had 7 adults and two children ages 3 & 8. The house was perfect. Even with the rain, there was enough to do with the pool table and the large dining room for playing games and cards. The kitchen has everything you need!! It’s so nice to use the on site canoe and kayaks! The owner is very responsive…almost immediate! We will be back if we vacation in This area again. Can’t say enough nice things about this Property.

A group of long time friends stayed at this home for New Years weekend. It’s a wonderful property. Very comfortable and well appointed. Nicely renovated home with everything you can possibly need. Beautiful lake. Our weather was rainy but we still enjoyed the pool table and watching movies and sports. It’s exactly as described and the owners are very easy to work with. We will definitely go back.

Very clean and comfortable house. Very well stocked. Lake is beautiful; although, we didn’t get a chance to use the lake due to the time of year and being busy with the Clemson football game/tailgating. Downstairs pool room was also very nice, but we ran out of time to use the pool table. Beds were comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. Only about a 25 minute drive to Clemson’s Memorial Stadium.

Three generations of Our family came down to celebrate Thanksgiving together on Lake Keowee. The house was absolutely perfect.

Lake Keowee is absolutely awesome!!!! It is clean fresh water and huge! The house was absolutely great with 4 beautiful bedrooms and 3 baths. The kitchen is VERY well equipped and the backyard is simply awesome! The dock/boathouse is really great! We rented 4 waverunners for our stay and had the best time hoping on and off of them all day. The bottom room of the house is new and very cool with a sitting area and small pool table for fun. The deck is super nice to relax on and the swing by the lake is a great spot to relax. The fire pit is perfect for a small smores fire. We will surely be back!!!!

This home is just as it looks in the pictures...well better! The set up and design of home was perfect for everyone and accommodated our needs beyond expectations. The house was a great lay out for the entire family 4 adults and 4 kids. The cove was very quiet and nice to play and swim in. Geece loved visiting the fig tree on property. Walkway down to water was very nicely done and the furniture inside and out was perfect. Highly recommended staying here you won't regret it will definitely be back.

Family Vacation
This lake house was a perfect layout for our family. It was well equipped, very clean and the pool table was a hit! Frank was very responsive. The microwave wasn’t working and he brought us a new one the same day-5 STAR service! We would come again.

This home is a perfect fit for our growing family. The little ones love the dock and jumping constantly in the water. It is in a quiet cove, even though there have been homes built since our last stay, the location is perfect and tranquil. Highly recommend!

Another fun family week at Emerald Cove
Making memories enjoying Lake Keowee, boating on our rental pontoon boat, tubing, waterfall climbing and swimming off the dock and kayaking in a beautiful cove. Ate most of our meals on the deck after grilling. Kids loved cooking marshmallows over the bonfire and eating s’mores. Perfect house for a family of nine, 4 adults and 5 children ages 7 to 3 months.
House was well equipped, very clean and comfortable. Hope to return again for our 3rd visit.

Beautiful Lake Home
One of the most beautiful views we have ever experienced. This home has the most beautiful lake. A very well cared for and appointed house, a lovely deck to enjoy and a boat dock for fishing. The cove water was crystal clear. So clear you can see the fish swimming past. Very calm, quiet lake access. So much wild life to watch. Beds were very, very comfortable! Owner(s) were super friendly and responsive. Will definitely be coming back to stay here again.

Perfect weekend at this incredible property. The most well stocked home we’ve ever stayed at. Spotless home with an absolute beautiful yard. Can’t recommend this place enough. Amazing getaway for a family or group of friends
My family and I loved this location. We haven't been able to have a real family Christmas together in years. The house was big enough for us all . It was better then the pictures they showed. Kitchen was equipped with everything we need . We just had to buy groceries. lake was such a beautiful site to wake up too. The pool room had so many games to play and the 4th bedroom and bathroom was a great addition to it . The weather was great for our stay . So of course we went on the lake and enjoyed the Canoe and kayaks . Overall I would Definitely come again!!! Thank you for making our Christmas possible ❤️

Great Place For Family Outing!
First , the host (Frank) responds quickly to all inquiries & questions...could not ask for a better host! The unit was very clean and was perfect for our 3 families! Location was great right on the Lake and shopping & golf was within 30 minutes! Note there is no cable so suggest you have an account for streaming or bring your own digital antenna. We brought a $24 antenna from Walmart and it worked great. If not plenty of movies to watch already set up! Lake water looked very clean for swimmers & boaters, but other than the one that got away (no fish story) we struck out fishing! Definitely on our radar for next year!

We stayed 20 days on Lake Keowee. EVERYTHING was perfect: from the owners , location on lake Keowee , house was Excellent.. clean , quiet, everything we needed for cooking, grilling. Kayaks, canoe , dock for boat and fishing and firepit down by the lake. We Truly enjoyed the quiet cove snd the house was wonderful.. very quiet inside . Bedrooms very comfortable and 3 bathrooms. Played plenty of Pool .. pool table downstairs. Very convenient to Grocery,gas, High Falls Boat rental in Ellenburg rd .. rented pontoon boat fir great price. Plenty of restaurants nearby Frank the owner Very personable… We Truly enjoyed this House. We will Rent again in future. You Will love it. Very Clean.
