We had an amazing trip and our whole family gave this condo a 5 out of 5! The condo was clean, nice and included high end finishes, including a built in ice maker in the Butlers pantry. The condo was within walking distance the Hangout, a small grocery/convenience store, an ice cream shop and lots of shopping! The only critques we had was that the mattresses were on the softer side and the WiFi wasn’t very strong.

The condo was super clean - parking was convenient and the location was great! Loved the easy access to the beach and the pool was perfect for kids of all ages. The company was really responsive and easy to work with and check in was seamless. Already planning a return trip next year!

We loved this unit! It was beautiful and the view was amazing! The unit was clean and so, so spacious! We had 5 adults and a 3-year old and we never felt cramped or closed in. The balcony was so large!. We loved this property and would consider it again!

Condo was beautiful and we enjoyed many hours on the balcony looking out on the Gulf. We were even entertained by dolphins playing in the ocean. Condo had everything we needed. Management was very responsive to a couple of problems we encountered. On our last day, we were enjoying a late lunch in the condo. After some time, we heard a voice in the distance that kept repeating. At first we thought it came from loud talking on the beach or another unit, but upon further checking, we found it was a warning in the stairwells directing people to evacuate the building. A fire alarm was pulled on the 23rd floor. We were on 14. Three in our party have some mobility issues, so it was very challenging for them to godown 14 flights of steps anxious as to the nature of the alarm and that we did not hear it for some time. There needs to be a better system in place for emergencies. There was no alarm in the condo unit and we were never notified of an emergency other than the warning in the stairwells. This was disturbing to us. Other than that one instance we were very happy with our stay. Thank you.

Nice balcony overlooking the pools and the beach. roomy for7 people to cook, and eat at the table and watch TV. sometimes tables don't have enough chairs to dinner or TV watching, but this one does. I didn't really feel like the reno was complete since there were no shelves in shower or hair dryers included. Also, not enough flatware to accomodate 2 meals for 7 people before washing dishes. Some beach chairs were included which we appreciated. I would recomment this condo.

It’s a very spacious place to stay and everything is in close walking/driving distance in the area. When we checked in the front desk staff did not tell us there was code for the fitness center or beach gates so we had to wait till the second day after the desk opens at 9am to get the codes. The dining room table is also a little unstable and could easily be flipped. Overall I would definitely stay at this property again.

I hate leaving bad reviews but it needs to be said. The property was filthy upon arrival. Dishes and utensils with crusted food. Beds with sand. The master bed and pillows were disgusting. There was an awful odor that took two days to air out. I spent the first day of vacation cleaning and doing dishes. The property itself is decent. Pool closes too early for vacationers. Sadly, we won’t be back. Overall bad experience.

Condo was gorgeous! We could not of asked for anything better. Our view from the balcony was spectacular. The pools were great. I would also like to say the property manager Mike was wonderful! We would definitely recommend the Phoenix Gulf Shores!

The condo was absolutely amazing! The view was incredible-we saw dolphins jumping and swimming several times! The rooms were spacious, the hall closet was awesome for storing beach gear and shoes. The condo was clean and well stocked with necessities. The pool was heated to a comfortable temp for kids (ages 5 and 8) and the hot tubs were great!! We loved how close we were to restaurants and activities! Highly recommend Flora-Bama, the GULF, and the go karts at The Track! The grocery store across the street was also very convenient! Wonderful experience all around!!

The condo was great! Plenty of room for 9 of us. We had a great time! The only thing that was concerning was the glass dining table. We never sat at the table because it was only secure by 2 posts. I understand the modern style but it is not safe.

It is very spacious, great view on balcony, elevators were fast, pools were amazing- the kids really enjoyed that they could touch (3ft in certain spots). The cleaning staff was always smiling when we saw them. The kitchen had 3 coffee pots which looked brand new, great silverware and loved that there was kids plates and cups. The only cons I have is: some of the ceiling lights didn’t work, there needs to be shades on windows in the 2 smaller bedrooms, we couldn’t figure out the Dishwasher, needs more skillets in unit. We will definitely be coming back to this unit.

We love the beach and the boys love seafood, so we enjoyed our stay. We were able to eat a few meals in too. The condo is spacious and allowed us plenty of space to fully unpack during our stay. We would return but we have to coordinate our busy schedules, but so worth it!

Property and unit were extremely nice. We got to the condo early and got to check in a few hours early at no charge. Perfect location and plenty of room for everyone. However, our A/C only worked for the first night while we were there and was told the Part would not be in until the day we were leaving so it made for an extremely uncomfortable stay all week. Both ice machines in the freezer and ice maker in the wet bar did not work the entire week and we had to bring our own bags of ice in the whole week. The pools are okay but slide was out of commission for half of the week and if it thunders within 15 miles they shut both indoor and outdoor pools down. They aren’t connected so i do not understand why the indoor pool closed every day. Money back or Some type of gift certificate to use on future vacations would go a long ways due to the A/C and appliance issues we had to deal with all week. Otherwise I would recommend staying here again.
