This vacation property was perfect for our family. Lots of room, very clean, great pool and lanai, beautiful beach minutes away. The home is appointed with everything you need for an easy stay and includes beach chairs, bikes, pool toys and a cooler. The owners are very attentive and easy to communicate with. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return soon. Thank you!

This a great house in a great location with everything you will need, close to restaurants, shopping, groceries, etc. If you like the beach, you are just one block back. Beach club and owner's passes make for access to a quiet private pretty beach. The house has a fantastic pool under a screened lanai. We had a great time with family, a lot of laughs and I just hated to leave. I would definitely go back. You will love this neighborhood, so nice and secure. Such an understatement. The owners checked in by message to see if all was good, and replied right away to a question we had later. I realized later that we had info info in sort of an owners manual for the home that would have covered it. They were very conscientious and organized.. There are a lot of restaurants, groceries, and shopping nearby. When you are a few days from check-in, the owner will give you a super organized list of what is there. Surely you will need something irritatingly small at the most inopportune time, right? Nope. Trust me, you won't need anything. It all seems new. There are 4 new/newer bikes if you want to ride to the beach. Backpack style Tommy Bahama beach chairs and umbrellas. A remote so you can park in the garage if it is convenient. Many dishes, silverware, glasses, cookware, appliances. The master mattress is brand new and wonderful, but I think that may be true of all the beds. Very new canyon capacity Samsung Washer & Dryer. They have it covered. The house has 2 separate family rooms in case the adults need some space. The master/en suite is very quiet. The kitchen appears to have new appliances throughout, well-arranged with nice counter space. The cabinets were very cool, particularly the bottom ones that were easy access drawers. Lots of good restaurants. Hit 5th Avenue on Saturday night. Make reservations. Lots of shopping. Rent the place, and love it like it was yours, leave it a little nicer than you found it in some small way if possible. Come back fall or spring for all the golfing that appears to be nearby. I can't say enough good things. I finally caught myself rambling/repeating and want wrap up by wishing you as nice of a time as we had when you rent.

Lovely home with all of the amenities and more, located in the best location in Naples! Convenient to restaurants and shopping with private access to a beautiful beach. We definitely will return.

My family and I had a wonderful stay, from the moment we arrived everything in the Villa was well organized. The Villa has everything that you could possible need, from cooking meals to the abundance of beach chairs, umbrellas, & passes to the Park Shore Private beach. There are four bikes for riding around which made it even more worthwhile to stay in your Villa. Thank You again for providing so many extras that made for a great week.

This was our first trip to Naples as a family and we couldn't have been happier with the accommodations. The home is lovely and very well maintained. It was also well equipped with many items (shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, toilet paper) that we don't usually expect from a VRBO. Since we have little grandchildren, we were thrilled to have a standard crib and porto-crib as well as a high chair, beach wagon, bikes, beach toys, etc. It was a perfect family home just minutes from a beautiful beach. The owners were also kind enough to inform us about an Easter Egg Hunt at the beach park which was tons of fun for both children and adults. A fantastic stay! We couldn't recommend it more highly.
