This condo was amazing!!! So charming and convenient. Well appointed and everything provided to have a wonderful stay. We had an amazing time. So close to airport and yet so quiet for sleeping. Would highly recommend. Absolutely beautiful place to spend a week in Sint Maarten. Thank you Andreas for such fantastic hospitality and for sharing your piece of paradise with my family. I've traveled a lot around the world but I have never met with such a care that we got from the host. We received all information prior our arrival and we got continuous support through our stay. The property is at a premium location, right in the middle of the beach. It's very clean and beautiful. Strongly recommended! Thank you Andreas for the stay, we felt like coming home to family!

Everting went super smooth and the check in process was super easy. Everything we needed to know was forwarded before our arrival. The condo was very clean, super modern, well stocked and furnished. It is situated in a prefect location with incredible views and easy access to grocery stores, restaurants and activities. We had cars, but you actually don’t need one if you just want to stay local. My experience was nothing short of amazing. The condo was beautiful. The view was amazing and the hosts were exceptional. Everything we needed was in the condo down to the paper plates. The location is perfect. I am a frequent visitor of the island and will stay here again.

Property & location was everything we had expected based on prior reviews. Condo was clean & well kept. Good location to beaches and restaurants. Owners were great. Very good communication and always went the extra mile when offering advice and making sure everything was to our satisfaction.

We couldn't have been more pleased with this accommodation. Wonderful space! Fully organized kitchen, everything one would need to cook a meal. Comfortable beds, clean sheets, very large rooms and great bathrooms with showers. Our favorite time of day was sitting on the large balcony in the evening with a glass of wine, watching the sun go down and the planes coming and going. It was surprising how the sounds of planes could not be heard once we were inside and they were not flying at night. A perfect place to relax and unwind. The owners were so helpful about any question and were always available by email, whats app, or text. Worth every penny- you won't be disappointed!

We had a great time!! The condo is exactly as described. Everything is 1st class, very comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen, big screen television, television in each room, comfortable couch, and a fantastic view from the patio. Watch the planes come and go and a beautiful view of the ocean. I couldn't ask for more. Owner responded to my questions promptly.

Our trip was easy easy easy. The Condo is approximately 4 to 5 blocks from airport ( you could walk but its not advised - No sidewalks). Grocery Store on ground level & beach across the street or a short 15 minute walk to Mullet Beach. We spent our days on Maho Beach because we loved watching the planes fly in and the Driftwood Beach Bar has excellent food and an Excellent Staff. ( Wonderful Vibe) For $25 US you get a 2 lounge chairs (with cushions) and umbrella and your 1st Bucket of beer is free. We ate so much of the food at the Driftwood ( and the Jamaican cook) is incredible. Everything on the Menu is Excellent and the Menu had many many choices. Oh! Sorry my mind drifted back to the lounge chairs and the blue waters..... BACK to the Condo. The condo has a great view and all the pictures posted are 100% accurate. Andrea's ( the owner) will Text and communicate with you, before your trip, during your trip and at the end of trip. Andrea's is super attentive and answers all texts, emails and calls within 1 hour or less. We were really impressed!!! I hope this helps anyone looking for a laid back trip that goes smoothly with no Drama.. We had a fantastic, relaxing week.

We had a lovely stay at this appartment. The owner was really easy going and he replied very fast. The appartment was in a good shape and the building where the appartment was located was nice as well, the pool offers some great views over the airport runway if you like planes.

An amazing stay, and the owners are fantastic! They were available at all times to answer our questions, and made our family trip memorable. We love the unit, it was clean and tidy, and the view was amazing.

We stayed a week and really enjoyed our stay. We are a family of 5 and felt it was the perfect location. Nicely decorated and with all the amenities we needed to make at least two meals a day. We love watching the planes! We could watch from our balcony or go to the lookout by the pool, walk to Maho Beach and restaurants, and go downstairs to the grocery store to pick up necessities. The kids brought a Nintendo Switch to connect to the tv when they weren’t relaxing by the pool, dodging waves at the beach, or exploring the island with our rental car. Andre and Lisa were attentive to all our needs and were available by text if we needed anything. If you have the opportunity to visit St Maarten I would highly recommend this beautiful unit!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo is very clean and comfortable. Location is so convenient to restaurants, beaches, airport, and stores. The pool was very nice. Everyone, from guests to staff, were very friendly and we felt very safe. The market in the building has everything you need. We will definitely be back.

This is a great place in Maho Bay. Great pool, close to the beach and an amazing view of planes coming in! Great owners, easy to communicate with. Very clean, great staff and close to restaurants/nightlife. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo. The owner was more than accommodating and very informative. The decor of the condo was perfect and made you feel right at home. The complex was still undergoing work after the hurricane but that wasn’t an issue. Anyone staying after the big grand reopening will be extremely pleased with the beautiful pool and grounds both of which the comfortable balcony overlooks. We would highly recommend staying in this awesome condo!

My daughter and I enjoyed this lovely unit for 10 days. The location is perfect. Close to airport and plenty of eateries and beach within walking distance. There’s a great grocery store in the building and the kitchen is fully equipped. We rented a car and could drive anywhere on the island within 20-25 minutes. Parking is under the building for $5 per day. Staff was friendly and Andreas was so helpful and responsive throughout the process. The unit itself was spacious and well equipped. The balcony is the perfect place for morning coffee or evening wine. We absolutely hope to return! Thank you for sharing your amazing piece of paradise.

I wish I could give it TEN stars!! Andre & Lisa were GREAT to work with. The condo is sweet! Walked in the door & the vacation began. It was clean, spacious and the view?.... We loved watching the planes from the balcony. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms stocked well. The kitchen easy to work in. (Convenient that the grocery store right downstairs). I would even like to give the blue chair in the living room a shout out..SOO comfortable! My adult children said they'd come back again in a heart beat, I agree. I almost hate to write this review, as the secret will be out & we might have to fight for dates in the future. Thanks again Lisa & Andre for letting us make great memories
