Everything was wonderful! The cabin was just as described, communication with the owner was excellent!! My family had a great time & would definitely rent from again!

Absolutely loved staying here! The property is quite close to downtown Gatlinburg, but up in the mountains enough that you don't have noise or traffic around you. The property is wonderful. The views from the two back porches are amazing--you don't get mountain valleys but you do get some mountains tops and amazing sunrises. Watching the sunrise from the hot tub is a must do. We had a slight plumbing issue while we were there, which was 100% beyond the hosts control, but when we notified her she replied back instantly and worked hard to get a plumber out ASAP. She stayed in contact with us while trying to find a plumber after 7pm on a Friday night when she was notified, until after the plumber left the following morning. I couldn't have asked for a better host response and reaction to an unexpected and unavoidable issue. I am absolutely looking forward to coming back one year in the spring so we can see the bears!

This cabin was amazing, and the owners were WONDERFUL. It is located very close to the Parkway. We got several food deliveries with no problem. Be ready for several steep inclines headed to it. They gave a few people in our group a little anxiety, because they're so steep and sharp. Theater Room doesn't work well for watching tv/movies. The speakers go in and out. The owners were wonderful with communicating and helping with any issue we had. Definitely recommend.

My family of 4 adults and 2 kids really enjoyed our stay. Saw some black bears walk by, sat in the hot tub to relax and later watched some movies to top off the day in the big movie room. Short distance to Ober Gatlinburg, which we visited. Parked in their parking lot at the top of the mountain and then rode the tram down which dropped us in the heart of Gatlinburg.

This was the perfect location to gather with family and friends. There are countless things to do in the area including hiking in Great Smoky Mountains National park and a myriad of family friendly activities in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The house was very clean and comfortable. There were a few minor maintenance things to be addressed, but they did not interfere with the overall positive experience.

We stayed with our entire family (12) it was wonderful. The kids loved the hot tub and theater room. Within 30min of unpacking our cars a bear came right up to the house and front door! It was such a fun experience for us all.

We loved the seeing the bears everyday. The location wAs perfect for our family. From playing games to just relaxing & enjoying family time.

Nice clean and comfortable cabin for our 3 adults and 2 teens. Convenient to Gatlinburg Parkway. Saw several bears. Plenty of kitchen supplies, blankets and towels. Updated appliances. Nice theatre and game rooms and hot tub. Did not use the entrance patio area.

Our experience was really nice for spring break. Comfortable beds. Clean. Location to Gatlinburg was perfect! Hot tub needs attention with cleanliness. Air hockey game didn’t work but we enjoyed the pool table more. Theatre room was very enjoyable. Very nice!

We stayed here to celebrate my husbands 40th birthday. In total we had 4 couples. There was plenty of space for us all to congregate. There was plenty to do at the cabin to keep everyone entertained and happy. We would definitely come back 😊

We came as a family for our family Christmas and it was wonderful! The cabin was Beautiful and well furnished. The ober going over at night lit up was absolutely beautiful! Our only regret was not seeing any bears as they were hybernating I'm sure. We had a couple bumps in the road with our cabin upon arrival due to previous snow storm but Jan was GREAT as helping out with making sure our trip was a success. She and Mike are great owners and email you back promptly with any issues. I'll just have to say she went above and beyond and we would stay in another one of their cabins any day! Their cabins are beautiful! We enjoyed our stay and the kids had a wonderful Christmas!
