There are some things that are really great about this property, but unfortunately there were more that aren’t. I’ll start with the good. The property is in a great location. Within walking distance of both the bay side and ocean side beaches. It’s located close to the airport, restaurants, shops, downtown areas, and lots of other attractions. Now for the things that could use some attention. The property is older and would benefit from an update. The kitchen is not well stocked with everyday items that would be useful. The owners suite is large but has the washer and dryer in an awkward closet making it hard to access the appliances. There is a slider that leads out to a small patio which is how you get to the entrance of the 3rd bedroom. This bedroom has a bunk bed which is directly under the ceiling fan. No adult could sleep there without bumping their head. Most of the windows in this property do NOT open, so there is no airflow, making it very hard to cool off, since there is no air conditioning. The sliders do not have screens, again, limiting the airflow and making it impossible to use 3rd B/R. Now for the things that were unacceptable and should have been attended to before our arrival. The property was not cleaned well. We found a layer of sand/grit on the counter tops. Tub had a layer of sand and a used tissue was found on floor of bedroom. The dishwasher was full of dirty dishes and the rooftop deck was strewn with empty cans and chairs everywhere haphazardly.

Location is great next to channel, close to beach and bay. Morning coffee on the roof deck or a walk along Bayside Lane. I caught a glimpse of dolphins and sea lions in the channel in the morning. Property is eclectic. Third bedroom is through the master, but you must go outside and enter via a deck. Communication with property owner/manager was great.

Really enjoyed the condo. It was well supplied and the location was idea. Stacey and Andrew where great to work with and very helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Andrew was a great host, getting in and out was super easy. Place has an amazing rooftop. Just really an awesome spot for all things mission beach.

We liked the location and the layout. However the property needs some care and attention. The microwave was broken, half of the lights didn't work, the fridge had a lot of rust spots. The living room chairs need to be replaced. The rooms were as described.

Last minute reservation. All instructions and information well received. Cannot say enough of the location and proximity to beaches and water. Older unit but also priced accordingly. Clean and had everything we needed. One small issue came up but owner was quickly responsive and took care of it immediately. Thank you!
