Beautiful views, only minutes walk to town or beach. Beach not so good with large surf breaking close to shore. Town filled with great varieties of foods. Come to BV San Pancho before it gets more developed and crowded

Our family and friends loved staying at Casa Sweetwater. The property is gorgeous. The staff was wonderful and very accommodating. It is a short walk to the lovely beach and quaint town. Highly recommend.

This was our 5th year visiting San Pancho and our 2nd stay back at Casa Sweetwater. The Casa is amazing with a huge pool and patio overlooking the ocean and surrounding jungle. Just far enough away from the town center to be very peaceful and quiet and only a 10-15 minute walk to the town square and beach. This is also our 5th year working with San Pancho Rentals and Allison and her entire staff are a delite to work with. We'll definately be back for #6 next year!

This property exceeds all expectations, from the view, to the decor, and the warmth and professionalism of the staff. The location also could not have been better, with a short walk to town, the golf course, polo grounds, and beach club. Fantastic!

The property is amazing, I loved the layout of the house. The views and proximity to the town and beach were great! The house staff was incredible, great welcome margaritas and guacamole on the beautiful terrace. The grounds keeper is always working and keeps everything so clean and inviting. I would highly recommend Villa Sweetwater to anyone....

We had a fabulous time staying at this beautiful Villa!! It is walking distance to shopping ,golf, restaurants and beach. The view is just amazing of the ocean and the beautiful landscape of the jungle. The sunsets are unbelievable. It felt like a piece of paradise. The staff Yeyo, Miguel and Theresa were very friendly and made our stay so seamless. They are just super great people. The Villa was VERY clean and fully stocked with all that you need for your stay. Patios have plenty of seating and very comfortable. We would definitely recommend this property to friends and family. We will return to enjoy the experience again. We had only positive experiences with restaurants and the town. Polo Club was a really great experience.

Everything just as described on the website. Very neat and clean property in a good location. We rented a 4 person golf cart and were very happy we had it. Although it was not far to walk into town, the weather was very humid and we were much more comfortable riding. Make sure to stop at Mega or Walmart for supplies. There are several "mini-supers" in San Pancho, but they have a very limited selection. Miguel came everyday except Sunday from 9:00 to 2:00 and was a wonderful help. He swept up the entire premises (quite a few leaves falling all the time) and generally made certain everything was in tip-top shape. San Pancho Rentals made our entire trip a pleasure. We will be scheduling another trip with them soon.
