Good location with access to a pool and lagoon. Owners were great at responding and resolved a minor issue quickly and professionally. Bikes and kayaks were provided and we had fun using them.

Excellent accommodations and very smooth check in and communication process. Recommend!

Friends, we had the ultimate vacation to remember, creating sweet memories in this luxurious villa. Linens, beds, amenities and ambience were all that you would expect at a 5 star hotel. There was so much to do right there that we barely left the premises and saved money by doing so. While us older ones lounged poolside, the younger ones kayaked, rode the bikes and explored. Since there were 3 stories to the unit, my wife and I could turn in early while the teenagers laughed and played games until 3 AM. Thank you so much to our wonderful hosts!! This is the perfect unit for extended families or any group with a wide age range. We will be back!!!

Great value and location on neat lagoon with a floating dock and kayaks the kids loved.

Overall the property met our needs. Surprised that the 3rd bedroom has no door. Pictures didn’t show the front view of property. Stairs were steep. Kitchen was big and comfortable.

I would stay here again in a second except that the bathroom situation was not great. Two bedrooms on the upper floor but only one bathroom. Bathroom on second floor is directly off the kitchen and does not provide privacy.

Beautiful property, super kid friendly, incredibly clean neighborhood and condo. Security and staff friendly and very helpful. Great location, close to everything- 10/10 would definitely stay again, highly recommend. My little kids (1,6,8) had a blast

We so enjoyed the lagoon, swimming pools and ocean within walking distance. Our time together was absolutely relaxing and enjoyable.

Excellent communications with owners. Fabulous property- extremely clean. Great for families. Super location- local Publix, and restaurants. No need to travel all the way down the Keys to experience the best from the Florida Keys.

We had a very quick weekend getaway (didn’t know it was during mini lobster season so we were actually very lucky this awesome rental was actually available). I 100% would stay here again and recommend to anyone I know! The condo was very clean and inviting, close to marvelous restaurants, attractions, shops, etc. The kayaks and bikes provided were so fun! I’m a die hard runner and the property and surrounding neighborhoods were super safe for an early AM jog (sunrises over the ocean were mesmerizing). Kids loved having their own spaces at the condo. The fire pits and grills Oceanside and condo side were awesome as well. Our group always does a quick “friendcation” every summer and we have already decided if we can book this place going forward, we will!!! Super cool added bonus….ice cold AC as a relief from the hot Florida sun! Lol. Absolutely recommend this location! :)

Loved how close this property was to the restaurants, activities and shopping! It was comfortable and serene also the pool and lagoon entrance is only a short walk and we had fun! Highly recommend!

Perfect location, very clean and well kept.

Here on a scuba trip. Within a mile of the piers. The house was immaculate, plenty of towels, blankets, pillows, and all cooking amenities. Feeding the tropical fish in the lagoon was magical (only veggies & protein). Kayaks were available. Screened in balconies were lovely to read a book on, with a view of the lagoon.

Bait and Switch! The property advertised as a 3 bedroom property (we had three adults). About 1 week after I booked this place I was contacted by the manager saying that the downstairs bedroom was no longer available because it has been rented to someone else. I was then informed that there was a separate door to the upstairs 2 bedrooms and that my third guest could sleep on a foldout couch. I was told I could cancel my reservation at that point if I did not like the new arrangement. This was booked for memorial day weekend and I tried to find another 3 bedroom place somewhere else but everything I looked for was booked. So my 3 bedroom became a 2 bedroom. But wait it gets much worse! When I went there I was reading the email which told me the code how to get into the place. I got in but apparently I got into the people who had last minute rented the 3rd bedroom (the only one that was downstairs). When I walked into the slider I was looking for the stairs to go upstairs. Instead I found some other people's personal belongings on the floor. At that point a panicked feeling came across me because I realized I was in the wrong place and someone could construe my entry as illegal and take possible corrective action. (Shoot me with a gun, stab me, assault me, etc.) I immediately turned to go out the door I came in and was now trying to find some other private door that would lead me upstairs to the other two bedrooms. I did find a private door way at the rear of the property.

Beautiful 3 level condo with plenty of room to spread out. We were visiting for our daughter's Key Largo wedding, and accommodations could not have been nicer. Extremely clean and bright, with well appointed decor that made you feel both at home and still with an island vacation vibe. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us.

This property was definitely as listed. Traveling all the way from Wyoming, it was definitely a breathe of fresh air. The whole property was clean and easy walking distance to the ocean as well as easy driving distance to several fantastic restaurants.

The pictures in the listing exactly depict the condo. Everything was excellent. Great time. Would consider this place again for return stay. The listing does say “ocean view” which technically it doesn’t from the condo, but the complex has ocean view locations. . But that didn’t matter to us. Just trying to inform people that want that

This place was a beautiful condo in a very nice private condo complex with all of the amenities in the condo and in the complex. Stones throw from incredible restaurants, a few cute shops, and easy drive to a state park. There are 4 decks with great views (2 open, 2 screened. The middle level and lower level bathrooms are small (no counter space, small showers) but there are window ledges to place showering needs. Laundry is on the top floor bathroom. We really enjoyed our stay!!!

We liked riding bikes and walking to the jetty. Pools were old and fairly small. Our condo was updated and that was nice. Our stove did need repairs. Overall our rating would be fair.

We stayed for thanksgiving and it was great. We had all the space we needed and all the kitchen utensils!

The condo was in a gated community so that was nice. Not far from every thing we wanted. The condo has lots of amenities but needs some updates. I believe they were getting a new couch the day we checked out. I left a note for maintenance to fix the upstairs toilet as it kept running. Other than a few minor repairs the condo needed the place was very relaxing.

We had a good stay, the property was great. The photos were accurate and everything was clean. It was great to have 3 levels and lots of room. The only issue was a broken handrail on the stairs, which was a little worrisome for my elderly mother.
