We could not of asked for any better location, communication, or amenities. Easy to book and communication was excellent with the home owner. The house has a large gated and fenced in yard which is wonderful with smaller kids. Also, helped us to feel safe while on vacation. We will definitely be visiting again in the future!

We really enjoyed our stay! We flew in, so it was really nice that the house had all the extras you need! We loved the large, private outside space also! Very close to the beach, all the shopping you need & several places to eat. Would definitely stay again if we plan another Daytona trip!

We truly enjoyed our stay!! The house and property were clean and well maintained. They had everything we needed to get straight to our vacation! It was a short walk to the beach and was close to shopping and restaurants. The property manager checked on us via text and even asked if we would like to stay a few days longer! If we wouldn't have all needed to be back to work, we would have tried to change our flight! Would stay here again and again!!

The property was very clean and had good sized bedrooms. It was very close to Daytona Beach and centrally located for our activities. It had a well stocked kitchen and there was a BBQ that could be accessed. The house was located in a quiet neighbourhood and had ample parking available. The owners were very friendly and approachable. In future we'll definitely check the availability of this property for our next trip to the Daytona area.

We have visited friends in Daytona and stayed in a hotel that was not ADA complaint and my Husband is in wheelchair. This home had a few small steps my Husband could manage and the house was beautiful, spacious and clean. The owner lives on the property and was kind and caring, even giving my daughter snacks. We can’t wait to stay again!!

Easy communication with the owners to get inside initially. The location is amazing especially when considering the price. The house itself is well maintained for an older property, furniture is a bit dated but not uncomfortable. Nothing was broken or not in working condition. Couch /beds were not the best ever, but not the worst by any means and at the price point perfectly fine. I slept well, showered well. TV takes a minute to figure out but I did not have a gen Z around to show me how either. The simple Christmas trees and lights were a nice surprise and the front porch furniture and tables are a great place to sit nad talk about the day.

This was my second time in the area but it was my first time renting this home. I love the location, it's an easy 2 minute walk to the beach. Walking distance for surrounding fast-food and restaurants. This home is the ideal home for a family like mine that has kids under 5 years. It's gated and has a whole backyard. They have boogie boards and beach chairs you can borrow along with sand castle building toys for kids. When we first arrived, the garbage disposal in the sink was not in working condition, however it didn't bother us until the dishwasher wouldn't work either because it drains through the garbage disposal and was leaking. My husband called the homeowner and she took care of it and sent someone to come fix it. All was a quick fix and we were all on our merry way. It definitely was a great experience. I would note that this home has 2 parts. The front section and the back. They are separated with each it's own kitchen bathrooms etc. When we arrived, one of the doors leading to the back section of the home was opened and therefore we thought that it was made available to us. To much of our surprise, it wasn't suppose to be opened, but the owner was kind and understanding. We will definitely rent again in the future.

We have stayed in several VRBOs over the past 20 years. This house was our favorite. Accommodations, location, and Florida sun can't be beat!

Short walk to beach. Very spacious house. Beach chairs and beach toys there. That was very nice. Nice big backyard for grilling and hanging out. Would stay again.

The place was a perfect place. Awesome place for spring break.

We were welcomed by a big spacious house. Rooms were big and spacious as well as the bathrooms. We were a big group of 9 that fit just fine. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. Grill was also very well equipped for all our needs. Ioan was very nice let us borrow anything we need even beach chairs. Well be returning soon. ❤Lilly

The house was exactly what we need for or group. It was clean an the area was great. Hope to rent it again for our annual visit to Daytona Beach.

Place was just as described

Place was clean and plenty of room for everyone to enjoy themselves.

Check-in was nerve wracking, 2 hours prior to arriving tried several times via text and phone calls to get the code for the house, no response. Contacted VRBO, they gave me a different number to call that wasn't listed on my paperwork. Got the code 5 minutes prior to arriving. Found several issues that we recorded; main kitchen sink leaked, shower head was cracked ( my husband temporarily fixed it), there was a burn on covering on picnic table. Contacted owner and reported what we found. House was very spacious, clean and location was great.

My review has 2 parts. Part 1: The property & our stay. We rented 7 days for a family of 10 (5 ad, 3 tn, 2 ch) Stay included July 4th. Pros: Location is close to the beach. The neighborhood is quiet. The house was clean. Cons: Hot water- bath #1 very little hot water, bath #2 tub/shower very little hot water, stand alone shower NO hot water. bath #3 adequate hot water. A/C- it was either hot or freezing, no in between. Sprinklers: went off daily at 7pm for an hour. We couldn't use the backyard. Wires/extension cords: there were wires &/or extension cords connecting rooms all over inside & outside. Electricity: there was a large section of the house that did not have electricity when we arrived. We called the home owner. We were able to get the electricity turned back on to most of the house. Bed #2 & bed #3 each had an electrical outlet that did not work. Our rate increased by $20/day over the price listed on VRBO. This may be common practice as our stay did include 7/4. This was not part of the listing. If you are looking for a place to sleep & shower & have a large group at an inexpensive price, this is the place for you. If you are looking to also enjoy the property that you are staying at, I would suggest you look elsewhere. Part 2: Issues after we left. We left the property at 3am trying to beat bad weather expected on our route home. The night before we left we cleaned the towels (except those used that evening for showers) & put them in the closets. We ran the dishwasher (we did forget to put the dishes up before we left). We swept the entire house. We picked up everything in the front & backyard. The owner called, 14 hours after we left, yelling at me. He said we trashed & damaged the house & broke things. He sent a picture of an electrical outlet cover that was on the floor. We told him it was broken when we arrived (it was). A picture of a part of a bedframe that was on the floor. He wouldn't tell us where it was broken. The bed had to be moved to see the piece.(still don't understand). While trying to get the AC to work, my husband was on the phone with the owner. He went to a vent in bed#4 to open it. It fell off the wall. The owner said to leave it on the desk. Yet he sent a picture of it as proof of damage. No pictures of trash anywhere (yet we are being charged). He is charging us $100 for damages. We are disputing the charges. This has not been a pleasant experience. I hope you have a better experience than we did.
