The owner, Harry, was very pleasant to deal with. The location of the condo was perfect for us. Right on the beach with lots of activities. Parasailing, banana boat, jetski, golf near by. Lots of restaurants within 10 to 15 minute walk. If we come to Ixtapa again, we'll definitely stay here again.

El condominio está bien ubicado dentro de la zona hotelera y las instalaciones del Hotel El Tesoro están bien. El condominio cuenta con dos TV e internet, y en la cocina tiene utensilios suficientes y en buen estado. La comunicación con la señora Monica y Rita fue muy buena.

Tesoro is a very nice family oriented resort to stay on with the whole family or just as couples, I love the atmosphere and everyone there was very nice. The manager of the condo we rented she was very sweet and very professional…

Monica & Harry were great. Every time I email them about the rental they got right back to me. Very easy to work with. They gave us recommendations for a couple dinner places and breakfast places. We tried them and they were awesome. There was a bellboy that worked in the hotel who called himself Dennis the menace. He was awesome. The beds and furniture was a little hard for our liking though.

Property was nice but had to check out after one night of no sleep because of loud music and overcrowded with kids.

The location was great, with a huge beach area. The surf was quite strong, so the beautiful pool area was appreciated. Air conditioning hum from balcony is a bit annoying, but overall the condo was clean, and well kept and appointed≥

The owners were pretty easy to deal with though there was confusion about the dates booked until the day before I left. The unit was OK, likely over 20 years old and showing it's age. There were a few little problems; no hot water in the bathroom sink, the shower didn't drain properly, kitchen counter cracked, kitchen faucet was all wobbly and living room furniture was rock-hard. The toilet cracked during our stay but the owner had it replaced quickly. The Tesoro is a family oriented resort and the pool was always crowded and noisy. The hotel's beach area was also busy and loud with competing blue-tooth devices. I wouldn't recommend for couples. However the price was reasonable and overall value pretty good.

Un lugar muy acogedor, excelente en cuanto limpieza, orden , comunicación con la señora Mónica Herrera y en servicio la señora Rita....lo recomiendo al 100% porque la pasamos de lujo en todos los sentidos ....no dudaré en volver al mismo lugar....precio excelentísimo vale la pena ....el departamento es aún mejor que como en las fotos....muchas gracias por todo ...mi familia y yo quedamos muy satisfechos.

Everything was great except there was construction going on up stairs and it was loud from 9 am to 8 pm every day I was there

El condominio esta en perfectas condiciones, contiene todo lo que se publica y ofrece, sin descartar una vista al mar hermosa, excelente atención de la dueña y su administradora, toda la familia pudimos disfrutar de los servicios que ofrece el hotel, como su alberca, acceso a la playa y sus actividades deportivas, acuáticas y nocturnas. Excelente lugar. Lo recomiendo 100%. la estancia fue muy agradable y placentera para mi familia. Gracias Sra. Mónica.

Excelente atención, ubicación inmejorable, limpio, cómodo y muy seguro.

El departamento muy limpio y bien cuidado. Muy cómodo con suficiente espacio. El único problema es que el check-in hay que hacerlo por medio del hotel y generalmente hay una fila larga.

Great Condo with at a very good location. Harry and Monica are very responsive to look after your needs and concerns. Very clean and handy to have your own washer/ dryer. Beautiful beach to enjoy, although the water is a bit rough. Pool is very busy with young families. Hotel staff are all great and helpful with us english speaking folks. Lot's of good quality restaurants and bars close by. Ixtapa is very clean and safe. Would go again.

Nice little condo. Noisy though because of the next door hotel’s airconditioning being so close. The place is a bit worn though and the floors did not seem to get cleaned well. We used it to sleep only and took daily tours to other locations

An absolutely lovely, clean place. Great oceanview and very peaceful. Beds are very comfortable, shower pressure is great, and kitchen is well stocked. Monica and Harry are very timely with all inquires. A definite return to this condo for upcoming stays! Kari and Duane

The condo was perfect and exactly what we needed for a great family vacation. The location is excellent and beach is really amazing in this area. Harry and Monica were fabulous owners and very responsive. Thanks again!

Rita is great and Monica, the owner of the apartment are great at communicating and working with you. However, the staff at the resort have no bedside manners. The attitude of indifference from the bell boys, the front desk people, the security guards, the waiters is beyond unpleasant. I arrived at the resort, and the front desk person acted like it was my problem to resolve how to contact Rita. If the bell boy wouldn't of assisted, the front desk guy would just continue to see me suffer to get some form of contacting Monica and Rita. They ask you to carry around a bracelet for security reasons but it is only so they can discriminate against you for not actually being a paid customer of theirs. They won't give towels at the pool, and they will hound you for a 50 peso, horrible tasting burger because your not an all inclusive customer. Rita even admitted that after being there 20 years, the resort acts like they don't exist. Places like these need to go out of business. The culture will never change unless it hits them where it hurts, their pockets.

The condo was as described online. It was well equipped with dishes and utensils. ( missing a wine opener). Good maid service. She was there to greet us as well as to say goodbye. Great view of the ocean from the balcony. The condo is a great location - close to shops and restaurants. However the hotel itself was noisy; the pool crowded.

We stayed in this lovely unit for 3 days and it was wonderful. Very nicely appointed and the view from the balcony is spectacular. First time in Ixtapa and we will be going back for sure.

The condo is not fancy but great value and very practical with all you need.Impeccably clean and well stocked with cooking and kitchen equipment and our hosts Monica and Harry very good cummunicators
