The home was just as the pictures and better. Nice outdoor patio and good beds. The kitchen was well equipped. It was a fun stay.

Family had plenty of room and the house was as advertised. We really enjoyed our time and look forward to staying here again in the future.

We where in Durango for a wedding. This home was very spacious. Kitchen is very well stocked with pots, pans, plates, utensils, etc. We did not want for anything and we did have cooking to do for the wedding breakfast. The one issue that we had was taking care of immediately. Property management was very friendly and easy to work with. I would highly recommend the home for your stay in Durango.

We recently rented this place for me/my partner and our bridal party to stay at for our elopement in Durango. The house was the perfect size with plenty of space for all of us. It was super clean and Janet was awesome to communicate with.

We loved our stay at this beautiful home. It was stocked the way I would stock my own vacation home. Everything you could need in the kitchen. Comfortable beds, relaxing spaces, fluffy towels. Loved the bookshelf full of tempting reads. Wish I’d had more time to sit on the deck and enjoy one of them. Perfect location if you are visiting Fort Lewis.

I have stayed here twice and plan on coming back.

This property was amazing!! Very close to downtown and the ski hill, while still being in a peaceful neighborhood. We had the best time!

Rental was a professionally handled with a quick initial reply. Confirmation was a smooth process with essential information relayed in a timely matter. This was probably the most upscale rental I have rented. Pet friendly with a large garage. Great location; simple check-out instructions.

Beautiful property property , fulfilled our needs. We were 3 couples in Durango for a motorcycle rally and property was minutes from downtown , which was perfect for us . We had plenty of room for our 3 motorcycles in the garage. The gas grill on the back patio was a plus for us as we grilled steaks nightly. We will definitely be back. overall a great experience. House was great. Not able to park my trailer at the house had to rent a spot for 6 days. Some of the neighbors are not very friendly.

This house is as advertised. In great shape and well maintained! We enjoyed our week visit and loved the location of the home. Would definitely stay again if vacationing in Durango!

Our stay at the property was AWESOME! The accommodations were beautiful, comfortable! We played golf at Hillcrest Golf Course right across from where we stayed. Short ride to the Ft Lewis for our granddaughter's graduation and close to town. We had a very enjoyable visit.

We were in Durango visiting granddaughter who attends Fort Lewis College. Everything in the house was in great condition, clean and nicely decorated. If seemed like anything we needed was in a cabinet. Very spacious.

Perfect for us. The living area has plenty of room for your whole group to gather.Location was great too! It was in a quiet neighborhood right off a golf course, and yet close to town. We enjoyed the house very much. Our only complaint was that we couldn't get Netflix to work on a couple of the TVs. We tried logging in to our own account, but it still wouldn't work. We called Netflix and they said it was a hardware issue with the TV. But we never called Janet, so it doesn't affect our rating. We would highly recommend this house when you visit Durango!

Everything was perfect. Beautiful home that was super clean, very comfortable and had absolutely everything we needed.

Nice, clean, spacious property. Well maintained and convenient location. Beds were comfortable and the ability to park in a garage during the winter was a nice perk. In a cul de sac which meant no traffic either. Easy instructions for arrival and departure.

Very accommodating host. House had everything we needed and more. Enjoyed the multiple gas fire places.
