The Dream Big was wonderful for our family of 37. We had 30 sleeping at the house. Of our 30, 12 were under 12 years old. The arrangement of the house gave us room without feeling crowded. It was amazing, noise level was good, pool was excellent, beds were comfortable for all! Would highly recommend for large groups. 5 stars

We had a great time at Dream Big. The house is well stocked in the kitchen, pool area and beach supplies. One suggestion is to have kitchen and bathroom fixtures repaired!

With 12 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms we had plenty of room and never felt too crowded. Only a short walk to the beach and the private pool was a big plus for our family. I was sad to leave!

We had 20 adults and 3 children. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom. The walk to the beach was short and there were plenty of beach items to use like chairs, umbrellas and wagons. The pool was nice and the area surrounding it had plenty of tables and chairs for all. The elevator was nice to have especially after a grocery store run. The house could use some ice maker was broken as well as a dishwasher. Tubs in several bathrooms had loose hardware as well as the faucet in one of the kitchens. We spent much more time outside than inside. It's a great house for large groups!

We had such a great stay at Dream Big House! Beautiful and clean house. Came with a softball team and the girls loved hanging by the heated pool and in the big open living spaces too. Kitchens were well stocked with everything we needed to cook with while there. A/C was out on one side of the house when we arrived and issue was fixed and handled very quickly. Easy to get in touch with those in charge. We will definitely be returning!

So much space for my husband’s side of the family to bond with my side of the family for an incredible vacation together. The 2 full kitchens made it easy to prepare meals....and multiple dishwashers certainly helped! The kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool! The elevator made transporting luggage/groceries so easy! LOVED LOVED LOVED our stay!!

The pool was great, house was clean and there were tons of beach stuff available for use. The location was amazing and parking was not as big of an issue as we thought it would be. We were told 10 cars could fit but if you park back to back you can get way more. The kitchen was stocked with more than you need including serving dishes and bbq items. The only extra thing i would bring is a laundry bag for those staying on the second floor. There is no washer/ dryer on this floor so you need to go up or down. All and all a truly amazing and memorable experience.

The kitchens were well stocked with dishes and pots and pans. We loved the pool and it was just a short walk to the beach. There was plenty of parking. The beds were comfortable and the water pressure was good. We had two small issues while we were there and both were taken care of quickly and efficiently. I am definitely keeping this one on my list for the future.

Great Family vacation that included a total of 16 participants, three of which were eight or under. Great and easy beach access. Beautiful well kept pool. House included an elevator which was great for unloading and loading. Great open area for gathering and eating. All rooms had balconies with either bay or ocean views. Very close to entertainment and restaurant venues. Only two minor opportunities... improve the drainage for 3rd floor bathrooms...sinks are a little slow and it's probably time to upgrade the outdoor furniture (love those Adirondack chairs hint, hint).

The house is HUGE and it took some time to get acclimated to the layout. It was very easy to get lost and our kids had a great time playing hide and seek throughout the house! The elevator came in very handy with our room on the top floor and I was relieved to not have to lug my luggage up the many, many stairs. The double kitchens and the common space was awesome and perfect for our group! We really appreciated that the kitchens were stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals, etc. We also really enjoyed the perks of ice machines and several dishwashers so we could spend less time in the kitchen and more time at the beach! Not only were the bedrooms decorated beautifully with a different theme for each, they were also quiet when needing a break from noisy kids and when it was time to sleep. Having a private bath for each room and a washer/dryer in each wing was wonderful as well. The pool area is a great space too and it seemed like a pool this size, with the option to heat, is rare amongst the houses. Overall, it was a great experience and I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a place to stay with a large group. The beach is literally across the street and easy to get to. You do have to drive a bit to get to restaurants and stores but it was not an issue. The area was quiet while we were there even with spring breakers all around. I should also add that property management was great before our trip answering the many questions we had and also while we were there, checking in and making sure all was going okay. All in all, it was a fun time in Gulf Shores and we loved the Dream Big!

We stayed at Dream Big in 2018, and we were thrilled to be back again in 2021. Tracy was amazing! She had everything spotless when we got there. We had some issues with roaches in the kitchens, which is the only real complaint from any of us. We got to experience HUGE winds, which put the poolside chairs IN the pool; along with a large quantity of the sand piles next door for the construction of their inground pool..... so we didn't get use of the pool the last three days..... but we sure used the heck out of it the rest of the time! Wish we could have stayed a few more weeks!! Dream Big is AWESOME!!

WANTED TO CHECK IN AN HOUR EARLY. WOULD NOT DO IT. COULD NOT GET THE TV TO WORK AND HAD NO INSTRUCTIONS. SENT A HANDY MAN WHO DID NOT WANT TO BE THERE AND SPENT ABOUT 2 MIN AND LEFT. WE COULD NOT GET THE TV’S TO WORK IN ANY OF THE OTHER BEDROOMS. WE WANTED TO HAVE A WALKTHROUGH WHEN WE CHECKED OUT TO VERIFY THERE WAS NO DAMAGE AND COULD NOT DO THAT UNLESS WE PUT UP A REDICULOUSLU LARGE DEPOSIT. OUR BIGGEST COMPLAINT IS DEMANDING THAT WE WASH AND DRY OUR TOWELS, THAT HAS NEVER BEEN EQUESTED AT ANY OTHER RENTAL AND WE FELT TOTALLY OUT OF LINE CONSIDERING HOW MUCH WE PAID FOR THE RENTAL, ESPEICALLY THE $600+ CLEANING FEE. ON A MORE POSITIVE NOTE, WE DID FEEL THE HOUSE WAS VERY WELL EQUIPPED, CLEAN AND SPACIOUS FOR OUR LARGE GROUP.
