Very nice accommodation. Comfortable beds, good location (close to supermarket, little restaurants, etc). Would be nice to be given better explanation of how Beach Club system works plus more palapas needed for short-stay guests. If yo want to stay in a safe place with lots of other Canadians and Americans, great place to be.

The submit a review website was not working properly so I put 4 stars on everything even though I didn't know what the categories were. I couldn't submit review unless I fill that part out The location of this property is excellent. Very close to the pool, beach, beach food, restaurants, groceries, bank, Tuesday market etc. The unit itself has a nice view. It is a corner unit so view is more expansive. There is construction going on right beside so construction noise can get loud and irritating. Looks like this is going to be going on for some time as there were only about 3 workers there at any given time. Not the nicest view right now out that way. The unit itself is somewhat tired. Many tiles have chips/stains. Sinks are older, outside loungers are somewhat rusted. We didn't cook much so didn't need a lot of cookware but there were no dish towels. There were enough bath towels.face cloths. Furniture was not super comfortable but beds were comfortable enough. TV had Netflix capability which was appreciated. Washer and dryer are older. It took a long time to dry clothes. The place was relatively clean. Cleaners come once a week and they were good.

We have stayed twice at this property, in 2018 and 2022. The condo has an excellent location in tower 1 and has incredible views. We really enjoyed our stay again, there is ample room, well appointed kitchen and great patio. We only wished there was more comfortable furniture in the living room . A few updates could also be done in the bathrooms.

We normally stay in a studio, but this time around we had another couple join us. This 2 bedroom unit was EXACTLY what we had hoped for. Clean, quiet, perfect view, everything in working order.

Nice property on the best beach in the area in our opinion. The balcony is very nice and we loved we could keep the doors open and enjoy the breeze all night long. The kitchen is well stocked to cook at home. Pans were in good condition and sharp knives were sharp. The area is excellent for long walks or in my case long runs. Safe. Easy. Communication was very good and Covid testing was one block away. My only suggestion would be to provide coffee for arrivals and a second roll of toilet paper. Small things.

The condo is spacious and very nice, could use a bit of updating but we were very comfortable. The view is amazing with a very large wrap around deck. The only thing we didn’t like was some frustration with palapas. There is a small section that renters can use but you have to book the day before and the rules seemed to be different every day. And we couldn’t get a beach towel at all. If you were staying for at least two weeks you could join the beach club ( not cheap) and then you could have a towel. We just did without. We ate several times at the beach bar and it was pretty good. All in all it was a lovely holiday!

We enjoyed our stay in this corner unit condo. However, be aware that the Hard Rock Hotel is undergoing a major construction project next door very very close to this unit, There are many weddings on weekends at Hard Rock and they take place just outside the condo. All noise ceases at 11:00pm.

Nice condo but not for 2 couples. The 2nd bedroom is crowded with 2 double beds & sleeper sofa. Not much storage. 2nd bath is small & crowded with washer dryer.

Nuevo Vallarta was absolutely beautiful. Pristine, people were great, Condo was great, restaurants were great. Not a complaint to be had. Can't wait to go again. Thank you.

We have been coming here since 2007 and love it every time. Great location, setting, beach, security, staff, pools, food. We wii be coming for many future years to come.

We have been several times in Playa Royale Nuevo Vallarta Condos. But I must say, this Condo is special...It has a very beautiful view because it is in the corner of the building and it has a VERY BEAUTIFUL and SPECIAL view. The best spot: Tower 1 The photo of the sun set the owner published seems to be unreal, but I have just been there and we enjoyed several sun sets like this this week... We were there with our two little grand children and they really had a good time in the beach and in the swimming pool areas. We payed a week to get the memebership of the Tigger´s Golf Course Club and it was also amazing. We had breakfast buffet and the children spent all morning playing in the children's area which is very well and safe place. At home, you can have the snack service from the swimming pool area. They sell a delicious ceviche and all kind of tacos with guacamole. You do not have to worry much about cooking. The Condo has every thing you could need... and it is very knit!!!!! The owner does not keep old accessories which can be dirty and old. Everything in the kitchen, in the laundry and in the bathrooms are very clean and new. Alice, the owner, is a great person. Very human and very kind. She is always willing to help. We arrived home yesterday after being there 8 days and I want to come back tomorrow!!!

We recently stayed in this condo for 2 weeks. We were travelling with our daughter and 2 grandchildren 9 and 11. They were there for a week and we had the second week to ourselves. Everyone had a great time. Having the patio with the gate was great. We would come up from the beach around 4 and leave the sand and everything wet out there. We felt very safe. The gate to that patio only opens with a key. Everything could be wide open. We hate airconditioning and there was no need to have it on. The condo has a TV in every room so the kids could have their own quite time before having dinner and going to the amazing pool for the rest of the day. There is also great grilling areas. I could watch the kids in the pool while cooking. The only thing I can think the condo needs is a couple of bar stools that can be used inside and out side. The side deck has a outside bar area that has the sun in the morning and shade in the afternoon. The only negative is the hardrock hotel is next to the condo. Events are going on all the time. The events are usually only about 2 to 4 and shut down about 10 ish. Over all a great place to be. The people that work there are amazing also. We are already planing to go back next year. Also both grandchildren said it was better than Disney!

The condo was awesome. The only small negative was that the bedroom didn't get as cool as we like it when we sleep, but we have nothing else negative to say. The condo was very clean and had a lot of room. The views are just breathtaking. The condo is on the 4th floor so the view is not obscured at all. The condo has five sliding glass doors. During the day we would open all the doors and turn off the a/c to enjoy the breeze throughout thr condo. The condo is a corner unit so it has a metal gate you can lock which provides extra security. We would lock the gate and leave the front door open to get the cross wind. At night you can hear the calming sounds of the ocean. The condo had all the cooking utensils that you will need. As an extra bonus, laundry supplies were provided. Having a washer and dryer in the condo was a big plus. We will definitely stay here the next time we come back to this area. The pictures of the condo does not do it justice. You will not be disappointed. We stayed for 12 days, and we didn't want to leave.

First time staying in a condo in Mexico. We loved the location of this condo. Condo was clean, neat and well stocked. Staff in complex were friendly. Owner replied to all questions very quickly. Would recommend.

Very clean and quiet 2 BR unit. Nice ocean view in a very well equiped complex (golf, gym, restaurant, tennis,etc). Always available chairs under palapas.

We took a spring break trip with two adults and three children ages 9-13 and stayed in this unit in Tower I. We had a wonderful time relaxing at the beach and playing in the pools and ocean. The kids met friends and played for hours in the pools. We paid a minimal weekly fee ($17 each?) for access to the beach club and workout facilities at the El Tigre Tennis Club. I think you also get assistance with golf access with that be we aren't golfers. The workout facility is excellent with many nice treadmills, ellipticals, bikes, and extensive resistance machines and free weights, complimentary towels, cold water, mats to stretch all in a beautiful tennis club setting. The kids played Ping-Pong during these mornings and had fun. The workout club was well used by serious looking workout folks but we got machines we wanted every day without waiting. The grounds at Playa Royale are excellent, very clean and the staff was 100% helpful and nice with all front desk staff speaking English. Compared to staying at a nice hotel (my reference is Westin Maui) the grounds are about 85% as nice and it is much less crowded. The beach is wonderful, no rocks, easy waves that are big enough to have fun with but not too big to hurt. The area for swimming is roped off to keep any wayward motorboats away. There were plenty of beach umbrellas (made with palm fronds called Palapas?) to be had and the mix of visitors included some Canadian, American and nice Mexican nationals who were all great to be around. The beach food service was good and very reasonable, we tipped well and had all the attention we wanted. A bit too many beach vendors but not horrible and they went away with just a "no gracias." The unit is great, clean, updated kitchen etc, we cooked breakfast and some lunches there easily. There is easy access to a large Walmart via taxi ($5-10) and a within walking distance smaller grocery store near a Starbucks etc. The unit is air-conditioned and has one of the best locations in the whole complex - closest to the ocean, amazing sunset views. Both of us parents and the kids were comfortable in the beds and at times just relaxed in the unit. There is a trash chute for easily disposal and the elevators were readily available. We would definitely go back and rent this unit again. Owner was perfect to deal with and helpful with questions about taxis etc. The whole area seemed quite safe, security to access hotel was taken seriously but wasn't draconian at all.

My family of 4 (with 2 kids age 7 and 4) enjoyed our stay in this unit very much. The photos of the unit could not do justice to the beauty of the ocean view. The way it was situated meant that the condo was bright and sunny all day long. It did not feel dreary to be indoors during the day if we needed a break from the 14 days of straight sunshine. Master bedroom with an ocean view was so relaxing. Kids were comfy in the 2 beds in the 2nd room. Having in-suite laundry was handy for a 2 week stay. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook all our breakfasts and lunches and the Mega Store closeby away was a great spot to shop for food at a good price. Local restaurants were FANTASTIC and reasonably priced. Playa Royale was so peaceful compared to the hotels. Condo owners were great to deal with..answered all my questions and no problems. I will try to come back to this unit every year! Price, view, quiet and comfy condo beats the hotels hands down !

This was our fifth visit to Playa Royale but the first time we have been in a corner unit. The view from this unit is spectacular. We enjoyed the morning sun and the great sunsets. Most days we saw Dolphins and/or Whales from the balcony. This unit is well maintained and has everything you could possibly need for a pleasant stay. The owner is quick to respond to any questions/issues you may have. We have stayed in other parts of Puerto Vallarta but find Playa Royale superior to any other complex. The grounds are very well maintained, there is plenty of room on the beach and you can walk for miles. We highly recommend this unit. Denis & Marlene

My wife and I have stayed at the beachfront condo twice during the past year and absoutly loved the location, ocean view and how immaculate and well maintained the condo is. We had a previous experience in Playa Royale where the furnishings just were not updated and the unit wonderfully decorated. This 2 bedroom unit is positioned with excellent garden, pool and ocean views. The kitchen is completely furnished with all the utinsels and appliances as our home in the US. The pool and hot tub are just a three minute walk from the front door. We highly recommend this condo for those that appreciate quality in their vacation rental.

My wife and I and our 2yr old Daughter stayed here in mid Jan for 2 weeks what a great condo on a awsome beach. Very very nice all the way round. I would highly recomend this condo to anybody great place for kids.
