Huge house with incredible ocean views. The house manager, Manuel, is amazing and took great care of our trip.

If you’re looking for something just south of Rosarito, put this on your list! Wonderful property for a big group. We were traveling with a group of 8 adults and had plenty of room. Heat was out on one side but the gave us space heaters that did the trick. Furniture is a little run down but still very comfortable. There are no TVs which isn’t a deal breaker, but definitely something I overlooked. The hot tub was not working which was a bummer. Great food close by. Overall, we’d totally come back! Thank you!

Have been to couple other properties recently. But this beats those. Every bed room has balcony and view of ocean from every room Access to beach(pebbles, be mindful of tide calendar) Accessable outdoor space interms of many lounges, pool, jacuzzi No TV, i meant anywhere, that was a huge plus for us Very close proximity to lot of local restaurants. We would love to return

none of these the mentioned amenities were working and we were told nothing could be done. we booked this property for the advertised amenities, but when we arrived we told the hot tub was not working and the fireplace had not been working. it was a cold weekend, heat was not working at all! property manager on site, manny was very attentive but could not help with issues. do not book this property!!!

This house made the top 10 best places in Baja for us! The ease of checking in, the spacious rooms and bathrooms, the verandas, the views from every room and the backyard overlooking the beach/ocean/sunset...spectacular! And a huge thanks to Manuel, our on-site property manager that made everything seamless during our stay.

My family had an amazing weekend celebrating my mother's 70th birthday. The home was able to accommodate 16 guests comfortably. Everyone enjoyed the pool. The kitchen was large enough for us to cook meals. There is a propane barbecue for use and a fire pit outside. We enjoyed our stay.

Manny was great!!! Always avaible asking if we needed anything.

The house is great, we enjoyed the views and the game room. The hot tub never did get hot. Manuel was great and extremely helpful. We will hopefully be staying again.

I’ve stayed in many properties before but this has been my top favorite one!!! The house and the view is amazing! Manuel was there to greet us and was super helpful throughout our whole stay. I can’t wait to book again !

the photos on vrbo do not do this home justice. It was absolutely beautiful and my friends and I had an incredible time walking to the beach, swimming, and enjoying the view. The only downfall was the burners on the stove that didn’t cook anything so we ended up having to throw a lot of food away. Other than that it was an incredible experience.

I have stayed here four times now with big groups and we will not stay in another house in Rosarito because this place is just so amazing. The caretaker Manuel helps make a great experience and everything is as advertised. Highly recommend

I stayed here with 15 of my friends and we had an absolute blast! The weather wasn't great so the games downstairs and hot tub were a huge plus. Manuel is the property manager and he is amazing! Super helpful with anything we needed fixed and lives on the property. He even helped us plan a trip to the Valle by helping us find a driver. All of the rooms have an ocean view and there was more than enough space for our group. You can walk down to the beach on a trail near the pool which was great for when we went surfing or took a walk on the beach. We will definitely be back!

We loved our time here. Manuel was great and the property is a truly amazing place. Upkeep over the years is a bit lacking for USA standards but for the price, this was probably the single best value/price rental we have ever had.

Sounds and views of ocean. Like having your own private beach. Will try to book again. Some light fixtures didn't work, but minor compared to our experience.

Ovearall we had a good experience, but the house looks better in the pictures, we saw some furniture that wasn't there. The house it self is dated and needs improvements, the beach access was a little difficult down by the beach, Manuel the guy in charge of the property was really nice.

Excellent property in every sense of the way. Extremely clean, comfortable, spacious, and equiped. No TV which let my group of 15 relax and communicate. Beach was very close by and very private. Location was also great and easy to find/access.

My mom and I booked this place to celebrate my dad's 65th birthday and it was the perfect house! I have a large immediate family of 18 people and we all fit perfectly. It was clean, spacious, and in a great place to just lounge by the pool or in the nearby town. I will say that the house is COLD so please bring your own space heaters. They have their own but they're propane fueled which is dangerous to use inside the house. I could not recommend this house more!

This house was nice and roomy. Had plenty of space for our family and kids. The only reason I am giving it 4 stars is because it was freezing since there is no heat. We were provided with 2 room heaters but we had all 6 rooms occupied so it was not enough. The house is made from concrete so it is slightly colder than normal. The parking sucks. You have to drive down a narrow driveway to park. If you have a fiat or something similar you will be just fine. We all had large vehicles so it was difficult. Manual was very friendly and helpful he assisted with any questions we had and went to the store for us. I would give him 5 stars for his hospitality. Ping pong table was broken. The kids were slightly bored since there is also no TV. There is a small assortment of games, a few coloring books and pens/pencils. So if you have kids come prepared for them. It was too cold to swim or they would have been in the pool. The place could use some updating as it is very outdated. The beds were comfy and plenty of room in each one. There is plenty of dishes to use and pots/pans. Two fridges one on first level and another on the 2nd level. There is lots of stairs, be cautious if you have elders or kids. The view is gorgeous!!!!

We stayed here mid-December for a surprise weekend get away for my husband's 30th birthday. My husband goes to Baja quiet frequently but I am not too familiar with the area so planning a surprise was a little stressful until I found this house! The owner put me in contact with Manny the on site manager and from then on everything fell into place! He set up a chef to come cook for us one night, he put me in contact with an amazing driver to take us wine tasting in Guadalupe Valley. They made all the reservations and gave us recommendations on wineries/restaurants etc. (some of the best food I have ever had!) The house is absolutely stunning, views in every room! There is a game room and a fire pit and a table big enough for everyone to enjoy a meal! The house is in a perfect quiet location BUT, walking distance to a few delicious restaurants and bars. My husband was so shocked by this surprise weekend away in his favorite place and it would not have been possible if I hadn't found this perfect house that came with such amazing help. We will definitely be back and I can not say enough amazing things about this experience!

We already had high expectations for our stay and this place exceeded them in every way! Our group had 18 people for the weekend and the house comfortably slept us all. All the rooms were very clean and had an incredible ocean view. The caretaker, Manuel, was also wonderful! He was extremely responsive, nice and even helped organize a cook to come make dinner for everyone! We will absolutely be staying here on our next trip and highly recommend for anyone with a large group.

The house is beautiful!! The view was extremely amazing. Just a few things I did not liked, The heater from the swimming pool and Jacuzzi was not working. The drain from the showers were not working properly, the kitchen was a little dirty, the inside living room furniture was really dusty and old.
