We were in San Diego for a week for a wedding. The room met our needs. Location was great for what we needed. We had to come and go a lot.

The breakfast could have had a little more variety, but that was because we were there for so long. The carpet seemed to be quite dirty, but over all the room was clean.

The noise from the freeway is terrible! I wasnt able to speak to my wife that was a meter away, I had to shout to her! We couldnt sleep at night, it was so loud. There is very little space in the breakfast room, we had to wait over 10min to sit at the table to eat our breakfast, because it was so crowded. One of the reasons is the fact, that they close breakfast at 9am, so people dont have time to eat it and combine at the same time in small room. Additionally, lady at the front desk (night window) didnt know how to charge the room from one card, and the deposit from another, so I had to pay both from the same card (which I prefered not to).

The Queen room for disabled guests was adequate. It didn't come with a footstool/stepstool as we requested (and didn't receive a response for). But we bought our own anyway. Bath was nice. We were located at the front of the complex which is convenient for getting in and out. And the guest services staff were quick to answer any questions we had. The staff did help us out with reaching things during the breakfast period.

The room was right next to the laundry/cleaning section so it was constantly noisy with laundry washing/drying machines going on. The cleaning cart constantly going past our room. The rooms are NOT SOUND PROOF at all so if you're sensitive to noise, do not request this particular room. The shower adjustment for little people was too high for a disabled accessible room. The wifi wasn't the greatest. The breakfast room is small and doesn't give many options. It's located right next to a gas station so you get all types of people just randomly wandering around the premises. We had people knocking on our door at 3am and other silly times throughout the night.

Can get noisy because we are so close to the freeway. First room we got was dirty especially the tub, but they changed us to a different room which was 5 time cleaner.
