VRBO Review We started planning our family vacation well over a year in advance. After finally deciding on Destin we spent another several weeks looking for the perfect place to stay, and did we ever find it! It was set-up perfectly for our family, three bedrooms in the main house with 4 beds and a two bedroom pool house with a loft. Both houses were fully stocked with anything and everything you could possibly need in a home away from home. Amazingly, no matter what we needed, we didn’t look for long. It was there and right where you’d expect it to be. The owners of the home were great! They welcomed us to Destin, texting us when the house was available and allowed us to check-in early. They also invited us to text or call if we ran into any issues. We did text back and forth a few times, but only to ask advice about Destin. Never to report any complaints or issues with the vacation home. There was 11 adults and a toddler the entire week. The houses provided the perfect amount of space; enough to provide the privacy everyone needed and more than enough space for us all to be in the same room or around the pool without being on top of each other. And towels! There were plenty of towels for all of us; bath towels, hand towels and washcloths by the dozens. There really are too many positive things about this VRBO to mention, however this maybe the most important; location! It’s near everything! You can’t go wrong by choosing this rental! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

The Magnolia House was exactly what we needed. We were pleasantly surprised to find the house fully stocked. Our family enjoyed the short walk to the beach in the morning and the backyard pool in the afternoon. The house is spacious and very comfortable. Kim was very attentive and accommodating.

Very nice place, close to the beach. Beds were comfortable. Communication was great. The house was clean and well stocked.

We loved the property. We used both houses. It was more than enough room for 9 people. Great location to the public beach... 9 houses down the street. The owners were easy to communicate with on details. We would highly recommend the property. We will be using it again.

We had a great time staying at Magnolia house. It is beautiful decorated and good size houses. The house is very well stocked with everything you need for cooking meals. You really won’t want for much while there. Kim has thought of everything to make your vacation enjoyable while in Destin. You won’t regret your choice, we certainly didn’t. Gardner’s Texas

This home has everything you need and more, plenty of space to spread out. Great communication with the owner. Very short walk to the beach as well. House has tons of special touches and the owners left a very sweet gift!! Five stars

This place was amazing. We had 2 houses , a pool and bikes to ride in the neighborhood. The walk to the beach was short. Thank you Kim Booth for being a wonderful host. She was easy to contact and troubleshoot everything. Thank you again Kim. Family vacation 2022 is wonderful memory now
