This was our 2nd stay and it was even better than the first, which was amazing. The property was clean & comfortable, spacious enough for 5 adults to have privacy & space. If we’d been traveling with our corgi, he would have loved the completely fenced front yard, as well as the fenced back yard. Two options!! Wow! Maybe next time, as we just didn’t have room in the car in this trip. Nicely equipped kitchen had everything we needed to be functional. The washer & dryer was nice to have available and the bathrooms were well-stocked with the essentials. The property is so convenient to everything we did while in Florence - the perfect home base during our stay. We will always check availability for this place first when traveling to the area!

It was located close to where I needed to be. Restaurants and groceries were close. Boat parking was perfect!

This home was a perfect place for my family to stay on our visit to Florence. We were in town for an athletic event that our UNA daughter was in. The house was perfect and close to everything we needed. Thank yon for a great stay!

Neighborhood is quiet and safe. Great location that is a short drive from everything in Florence, Muscle Shoals, and Tuscumbia. I will definitely consider staying here again next time I am in the area.

Great location, great property, and an awesome host!

Neighborhood was quiet. House was a good size. Has a washer and dryer which was awesome. The HVAC worked well! The house was a bit dusty upon arrival. The overhead hall vent was so dusty! I dusted it myself! Several of the lamps in the family room and 1 in the master bedroom are for decoration only. We found this out after contacting the owner. Some of the dishes in the cabinets were dirty. (There's no dishwasher) It is an older home so there aren't a lot outlets. Plenty of parking available. We stayed a week.

House is clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. Nice fenced in area for pet. Neighbors seemed friendly while walking dog. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Close to downtown Florence, easy to find, comfortable beds and nice kitchen. We had zero issues during our stay!

We enjoyed a quick stay while attending some UNA events. Cozy place, quiet neighborhood, near shopping and restaurants, and a big fenced in yard. Perfect for our dog.

We were up to visit my daughter at UNA. House was very clean,3 bedrooms 1.5 baths. We made dinner and had everything we needed in the kitchen. Location was about 8/9 mins from the college. Neighborhood was quite. Thanks for a great stay.

We came into Florence for our sons graduation from UNA. After visiting numerous times over the past two years we decided to forgo the typical hotel rooms we have grown accustomed to, and we are so glad we did. The location was central to everything and everywhere we needed to go. The property is in a quiet neighborhood with absolutely no thru traffic which made for a peaceful stay, and made for relaxing mornings drinking coffee on the front porch. The house was perfect for our visit and had everything you could possibly need. Will be booking again for future visits this upcoming football season. The Morgan House truly turned out to be our hidden gem in Florence.

In our opinion the fence could down in the front for better accessibility. Could use better AC outlets for plugging in our Boats. Other than that it was great. Thanks

Great place to stay!

The property was really clean, and in a great location. Everything you need for your stay is already in the house. When I did contact the host, she was very responsive. There is a lot to do in and around Florence and this property is central to everything around. With the front and back yard fenced, it is really nice for pets. If I was traveling through the area, this would be the place I would want to stay.

As past reviews stated this place was very clean. Almost like someone just left cleaning it before we arrived. Loved that! Front and back yards were fully fenced in so that was great for our 2 dogs. We will definitely book again when we come back to Florence.

Our experience…great. No issues. We travelled to the area to visit the birthplace of Helen Keller and take in some of the other sights in the area. This property was super centrally located to everything. In addition, there was shopping minutes away as well. Owners were easy to work with and we appreciate that they allow pets on the property. I can understand why some might not, but it does allow guests a great deal of flexibility. Thanks for having us!!

Cute little older home that was super clean and had great internet. Perfect location. Everything we did was within 10 miles of the home. Nice quiet neighborhood!

We rented this unit for 2 nights. We were in town to move my daughter into UNA. The house was very clean inside. The sidewalk out front is very slippery and there isn't a railing on steps leading up to the porch so we had to be very careful, especially after rain. The kitchen was nice and had everything we needed even though we didn't cook there. The bathroom sink doesn't drain well, i.e. when brushing teeth, the water sits in the sink so if you have a weak stomach, avoid using that one. There are cameras outside which made us feel more secure but the outside lighting around the driveway and porch at night is not good. It was pretty dark and we had a car full of my daughter's things the first night so that was a little unnerving.

Was a great house in a great location!

The property was a home built in the 60s. It has been updated and nicely decorated and furnished. It was better than the pictures, especially the bathroom. I could brag all day on how well balanced the decorating in the bathroom is. The bathroom tiles are original to the home. Someone showed great skill in balancing the colors of the tiles with the rest of the room, the solids and patterns, and the touches of sparkle. Well done. Very well done.All mechanical and plumbing worked well. We did not cook or eat there, but we easily could have with the dishes, salt, pepper and oil provided. The refrigerator was nice and much appreciated.The only negative was someone forgot to tell the folks weed eating and mowing to reschedule. Our only quiet, liesurely morning and there they were right in the middle of it. But scheduling is an easy fix. I won't hold that against anyone. Also, the key pad to let ourselves in and out was so nice. We didn't have to meet anyone at a certain time to check in or out. We were able to come and go at our leisure. We were a couple hours later arriving than expected, so the self check in was very appreciated. Thank you! Note to self: use gps cautiously. She will send on many little side roads and cost you time.The directions and requests (house rules) were clear and nicely displayed. The beds were comfortable and the sheets smelled great. Oh, and the home was immaculately clean.

The experience was great!!! Very quiet and clean neighborhood, house was clean, amenities provided overall great experience and will stay there again in the fall if available, only thing I wished was little more water pressure lol !!! See y'all soon!!!
