We had a wonderful stay in Boyne City. House is across from the public beach and a short walk from town. It had everything we needed!

This property and the management are AMAZING!! The home is lovely, well cared for, well appointed bedrooms, bathrooms and TONS of space. Right across the street from a gorgeous Marina (Harborage) and Lake Charlevoix sunsets from the wrap around porch. Jaquline was quick to respond even when asking to arrive early (wish granted) and we had a small snafoo with the A/C, she went above and beyond including delivering a care package for us for our inconvenience and in the end WE turned a switch shutting the A/C, it was our fault all along. Bottom line, excellent home, fantastic service at the home, the Harbor and everywhere we went around town. Great stay, we will return for certain, Thank you so so much!!

The property was clean and well-stocked. Lots of room for a larger group. The porch over-looking the lake was a great place to hang out in the evening or enjoy morning coffee. Great location to walk into town. Would highly recommend.

Very comfortable and well stocked. Close to town. Boyne Thunder weekend so very busy. Might choose a different time next year.

This house was in the perfect location for our family to be able to walk to and from town, the beach, the farmers market, dinner, lunch, etc. it’s a beautiful home that had a large outdoor area for my kids to play. The only downside was the cable tv did not include kid channels which made for early mornings loud without cartoons. Other than that, we had no complaints!

We had an Amazing time in Boyne City, the house is beautiful, spacious, spotless & close to town. Had everything we needed. Jacquline was wonderful to work with & couldn't have been more accommodating, we truly appreciated it. This was a last minute booking & I have no idea how this property was still available. We will definitely rent again.

Older property with nice updates. Quiet neighborhood walking distance to Boyne City and public beach. Short car ride to a good grocery store. I gave it a 3-star on cleanliness because of crumbs on kitchen floor and some lack in detail to things in the kitchen. We would stay there again.

Great house, 2 block walk to downtown Boyne city. The views from the front porch were amazing. The property was very clean. There were an abundance of towels.

Our family of ten enjoyed several days at this home. Beds are comfortable and house is very clean. Wonderful view of the week as well as great location for walks to town and along the beach!

Layout of great room and kitchen was terrific. Clean. Great location. Walkable to downtown boyne city and a short 15 minute drive to charlevoix and Petoskey. Would stay here again.

This was the fourth year traveling to the area. Although we had originally planned a trip to Disney instead this year, Covid had other plans. We can't believe this house was still available to be booked earlier in the summer with our change of plans! It is difficult to find a property so close to the water and this was perfect. With three young kids, it was easy to walk across the street for the beach whenever we felt like it. I almost don't want to mention the sunset views because I want this to be available for us next year! The porch as a perfect view for the sunset, which we enjoyed nightly, Our group included three adults and three young children (8 and under) and there was plenty of room, with the bedrooms being a good size. Three full size bathrooms were also super helpful! The open concept was great, especially to keep our eyes out on the water whenever inside! The house was stocked with cookware, plates, glasses, etc. With the clean house and the location you can't find many of these great finds in Boyne!

Jacquline's home was perfect for our family (6 adults, 2 children). The kitchen was good size and easy to use and the dining room table with the supplemental folding chairs seated us all for meals. The porch is the best with the marina and lake directly across the street and with a sightline to the beach. We had one day of rain and it was amazing to watch the storm roll in from the porch. Bedroom spaces were good and gave us privacy and the upstairs space was perfect for the parents with small children. We were thankful for the air-conditioning and the grill.All in all a great week in Boyne City, despite COVID-19.

This property was exactly what my family needed. The closeness to the beach and beautiful sunsets were a great plus.

The only downsides to this property are that there are no bedside tables in bedrooms nor end tables in living room and the dryer door doesn’t work properly. Other than these minor issues, this a great property that is walking distance to downtown. The owner was easy to work with.

Great place well clean love it. But a few things should be added. no towel hooks, no dresser, no table next to bed, no bags to put your luggage on. Need rack in bathroom with towels on it, and can have doors to put things in the bathroom.. Lock box to high up and mirror in dining area and tv to high up.

Just what we needed, open concept of kitchen, dining room and TV room so we could all be together when we wanted. Loved sitting on the porch.

Loved it! The house was clean and spacious. Plenty of room for the eight of us. The location was convenient, an easy walk to town that even the little people (ages 4 and 6) could manage. We walked to town for ice cream, for the Farmer’s market, for dinner and for Stroll the Streets Friday evening. The lake/beach access and playground across the street were visited often. The few questions I had preparing for our trip and the one minor concern I had during our stay were answered promptly. Our hosts clearly wanted us to enjoy our stay. We would definitely consider a return visit!

Loved the small town with plenty of shops and food choices. It was convenient to our side trips to other parts of northern MI (i.e. Petoskey, Charlevoiux, Mackinac Island, Harbor Springs). We rented a pontoon boat for 2 days and enjoyed our time on the water (i.e. swimming, tubing and fishing). The house was conveniently located across the street to a beach area, small playground and fishing pier. Our group of 10 (6 adults and 4 kids) was easily accommodated in the house and no issues were encountered. We could walk a couple of blocks and have ice cream with the kids and dine at a variety of options. The memories will be lasting for the quality time spent with our kids and grandchildren. This is definitely a spot worth repeating.

Thank you for the use of your house. It was a great location with easy walking to downtown, beach and marina. There was more room then we expected and is bigger than the photos. Kitchen was completely stocked and had extras like cleaning supplies, storage containers and laundry detergent. The porch is amazing and is where we spent most the time.

I stayed at this house for a family trip, 3 generations together. The house was wonderfully appointed, clean, and functional. You are right across the street from the beach, a playground, and fishing pier. Downtown is just a few blocks away. Kids and adults had a fantastic time, I'd highly recommend this house for your family gathering!

House is very clean and updated. We loved staying there and had a wonderful time!

The house was perfect for our needs. Lot's of room, clean and user friendly. We did cook and would suggest the addition of a cutting board to protect the counters. Great location to town and the water.
