Plenty of space for our group of 12. It was tidy at first glance but upon closer looks it needed more attention. Dirty dishes were in the cupboards. As if the previous guests just shoved back into cupboards to get it done before they left. Vacuuming and dusting were also lacking. Table must have been recently restained and was sticky. AC unit filters dirty to the point air flow was restricted. Windows were also dirty, more like frosted glass.Some items I expected to be stocked like garbage bags and salt and pepper were not there. I get that the cleaners only have from 10 am to 4 pm to clean before next guest and not every item needs doing every time but a check list could help speed this along and keep things from getting missed too often. We also struggled to get the deck doors to lock... alignment issue?? Called and left message with management, no response.The rooms appeared clean and assume the bedding was cleaned before our stay but with the way the rest of things were missed it makes me wonder if they were washed between guests. 2 bathrooms were cleaned and stocked with plenty of towels in each. Hot tub was also nice to use and it had towels in closet next to door for quick grab. I would recommend to friend for the location and easy to get to and cost, but would also NOT recommend due to cleanliness, especially the dirty dishes in cupboards.

The whole group was very pleased with the cabin. Clean,comfortable and convenient. We had everything we needed. Beautiful location we would definitely stay there again!

There were lots of options for sleeping arrangements given the various ages of children in our group (2-10 years). The kitchen was very well stocked. Having a washer and drier was very helpful and the hot tub was also very nice. We had some issues with temperature regulation when it was warm outside; fortunately, some storms rolled in and we were able to keep things cool with open windows.

This location was perfect for our girls' getaway weekend. The house is beautiful and had everything we needed. In addition to the house, we also enjoyed the deck and hot tub. Although we didn't ski this weekend, we did WALK to Terry Peak to watch the pond skimming fun! Would definitely stay here again.

We had trouble figuring the heat out. Some of the thermostats were confusing and may need some explanation in the guide book. This was honestly our only complaint. Pretty clean but windows and woodwork/headboards could use a good clean. We had 10 in our group (6 teens and 4 adults) and we thought it was pretty tight (bedrooms ample, living room/kitchen small for 10). Porch very slippery (fell more than once) even after scooping and salting ourselves. Bring extra tp and paper towels. We usually stay at the chalets but our dates weren't open. This was a good alternative choice at a lower price.

This cabin had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked with all the utensils and pans we needed, as well as many small appliances. The kids enjoyed the loft and the big basement room! The cabin was super close to terry peak, but due to winter road conditions we chose to drive instead of walk with all our ski gear.

Everyone had a fantastic time. The cabin was very comfortable and had lovely surroundings. Only feedback is that they may want to get washcloths as some folks use those and there are none.

Our family of 5 really enjoyed this home away from home in close proximity to the Terry Peak ski resort. We had planned on another family joining us, but they weren't able to. We had plenty of room and everything we needed for our 3 night stay. We cooked breakfast and supper at the cabin each day. Hot tub just out the front door was great after a chilly day on the mountain. Warming features in bathrooms were appreciated.

Great option for (2) families visiting the Black Hills for Fall Break. Weather was spectacular and we managed to find many of the destinations around the area. Amenities were perfect for what we were looking for. Cooked breakfasts, packed lunches for excursions, and grilled out on the deck at night. Kids loved the loft, and parents loved the comfy beds and hot showers. Rode bikes to Deadwood one morning for breakfast on the Mickelson trail, all downhill. Managed to ride back up, but just once was enough. Would be great for ski season.

We stayed here for our honeymoon, and it was nothing short of amazing! Plenty of space, super clean, nice location, and the hot tub was a wonderful perk! Hopefully we’ll be back in the future with our family!! Thank you for allowing us to stay here!

The overall condition of the property was good, common areas were smaller than expected, not enough seating for relaxing or for a meal for our group. Window cranks were broken on 2 Windows, screens missing, towels were scarce and a definite lack of cleaning under and behind furniture. Managed to have a great time in spite of these things but would like to know they are taken care of before we consider another stay.

The property was great for two families-- our kids loved the loft and seeing deer from the deck! The only issue we had was that we were left with no extra rolls toilet paper. I know this was probably a housekeeping issue as the property manager said he would have someone drop some off within a few hours-- but my husband had already gone to get some. Other than that the beds were comfortable and had fans in every room--a definite plus for us!

Overall we were so very impressed with the property and all of the amenities! Our only complaint was running out of toilet paper and garbage bags...we were prepared for backup.

Had a great 3 night stay at this cabin. Enjoyed the proximity to Terry Peak. There was one extra queen bed which was a bonus for us. Some utilities of cabin were a bit beat up, but didn't take away from the fun. Wish they would tun the heat up before check in as it was quite cold the first night. Loft is super cool for kids and some privacy was available for 3 families. Would stay again in the future.

We really enjoyed staying at the cabin. It was perfect for our family-we could quickly run to the ski lodge to pickup younger skiers or deliver lunches. The layout of the cabin worked well for us.
