We had such a lovely holiday at the Cragnotti’s cottage. There was everything we needed to enjoy a great stay including barbecue in sunset sun on the patio and <5 min walk to some of the most magical beaches we’ve ever seen! Laguna Beach is nothing short of stunning and having visited all the beaches in the area we can now say that the best ones were also the nearest to the property! We will definitely come back again and warmly recommend this property to any travellers seeking to explore this amazing area!

This was our favorite family vacation yet! The house has everything you need to enjoy your time. Some of the best beaches are a walk away. Communication was easy with the owners.

Small but very well furnished with a great view

This small cottage was convenienly located for our visit to Laguna Beach for a niece's wedding at The Ranch and my sister's house in New Port Coast. While at the cottage we enjoyed walks on the beach, convenience of walking distance grocery, restaurants, and shops and a cozy, well-supplied home base.

My husband and I had a great stay at this adorable, well maintained cozy cottage with a big ocean view. There is no better location for many reasons…love North Laguna!

Our young family of four had a great stay at The Laguna Beach charmer cottage. It felt like our own piece of paradise for the week. The cottage is perfectly located within close walking distance to several beaches in North Laguna and close to multiple trolley stops which provide free service into town and to South Laguna. The cottage has expansive ocean views from the living room, deck and bedroom. The cottage has been nicely updated while keeping its original charm. The cottage is well stocked with everything you could need for a beach vacation including beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, toys and boogie boards. We’re already dreaming about when we can come back!

This place had all the charm and amenities we needed during our stay. We even found ourselves not wanting to stay out but to stay in our cozy cottage for meals, and games. The beaches are all so close, we hopped a ferry to Catalina for a day. Truly a perfect spot.

This place is everything it's advertised to be and more! The views are spectacular with surprising privacy and beautiful foliage that tucks you into the hillside. High ceilings, fans, A/C, and all the comforts of home await those lucky enough to stay here. We were so close to so many outstanding beaches that were just a short walk away. Great restaurants, shopping, and daily walks abound. Would love to return!

Gerri's cottage was the perfect place for a week-long getaway. The cottage was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. The location was excellent near the beach in a beautiful neighborhood. There is a gorgeous ocean view from the bedroom and main living area as well as the back patio, which is ideal for meals and just relaxing. Gerri was responsive and helpful with any questions I had during my stay. I will definitely come back with my family if we return to the area!

Property was as described. Great location, 1 block to the beach. Well stocked with kitchen supplies and ancillary items. The owners were very nice and communication with us was great. Only thing I will caution you on is the neighborhood is right next to coastal highway. If noise bothers disturbs you, then you may want to locate further away from the main drag. We loved the house and the views, and the noise didn’t bother us.

My daughter and I had the best time taking in Laguna Beach and reconnecting with friends. The cottage is walking distance to my favorite park (Heisler) as well as some gems of beaches. So easy to get downtown via trolley or walking. I hope to be able to return one day soon.

Place was very clean and well maintained. Hosts were exceptionally welcoming, friendly, and easy to communicate with. They were staying in the house next door which was convenient although no issues occurred during our stay. They gave us space to relax and enjoy. Beautiful views of the ocean. Under a minute to the coastline walkway. I Recommend!

This rental is so cozy and welcoming. We felt right at home at this well stocked rental. The convenience of the location made it easy to grocery shop, access great restaurants and enjoy beautiful Heisler Park and coastline. Our host was very thoughtful to ensure our comfort.

Our HAPPY PLACE❣️ We could not keep our happy feet on the floor. Charming cottage. Just darling! Amenities were plentiful! Owners took care of it all!! As they say, location, location, location. This sweet cottage was within walking distance to Heisler Park, downtown Laguna, the beach, grocery store, BLK coffee, Reunion restaurant, Las Brisas (first meal) trolley. You name it! Short gorgeous drive (20 min) on PCH to Beachcombers, Fashion Island, Pelican Grill, Balboa Island, etc. May I add short drive to John Way Airport? (20 min) No traffic. Easy peesy!!!! Living the dream at this fabulous cottage🥰

Close to everything, both beach and village. The cottage was very clean with lots of charm. The view from the front deck and bedroom was beautiful. We’d like to go back.

My husband and I recently returned from a 6 night stay at this lovely, one bedroom cottage in Laguna Beach. We can honestly say it is now one of our favorite places! Built in the 1920's and decorated in soothing blues and whites (my favorite color combo!), this roomy cottage had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and the linens like home. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and cooking needs, and we had access to a laundry room...which we used! Everything was spotlessly clean and thoughtfully organized. There were beach chairs and towels for our use, and each morning we sat on our private deck and enjoyed the cool ocean breeze. One of the reasons we chose to vacation in Laguna Beach was to escape the brutal, summer heat of the Southern US where we live. However, we love and require air conditioning year round and we chose this cottage because it was one of the few in the area that provided AC. While we didn't have to use it much during our stay, a few afternoons were quite warm and humid and we were thankful to have cool air. Parking near the cottage is on the street. It can be tough finding a spot, especially on the weekends, but we always managed and found the parking to be a non-issue. If you are worried that the cottage backs up to Hwy 101...don't be. Traffic eases up at night, and we were not once disturbed by traffic noise. The best thing about this cottage is the location! A short stroll to a grocery store, two tasty restaurants, Reunion (American) and Asada (Mexican), and multiple accesses to the beach. A little longer walk, less than a mile, gets you to breakfast and lunch hotspots, beach side parks, and the center of town with shops and cafes. We walked everywhere! If you do poop out (it happens), you can always catch the FREE trolley that picks-up and drops-off steps from the cottage. Thank you, Gerri, for a fabulous stay! We will definitely return!

We had an excellent stay! The property is amazing. Awesome ocean views from the patio and bedroom. I felt like I was in the mediterannean. So clean and decorated so nicely. It was quiet, the other units were not occupied during our stay. It had everything we could possibly need, dishes, coffee maker, air conditioning, on site laundry, beach set ups, etc. The location is good because it is a short walk to the grocery store as well as some nice restaurant options. Plus it is a short walk to the free trolley so you won't need a car very much unless you want to explore other beaches or coves. The owners are friendly and helpful if you need anything. We were sad to leave!

We enjoyed Gerri and Art's little piece of heaven in southern California. Wow!

This property was exactly what we were looking for; ocean views, short walks to multiple beaches, restaurants and shopping. The property was extremely well appointed and hosts were incredibly accommodating and engaged. We'll be back!!

This location is PERFECT. Walking distance to incredible beaches including Shaws cove, divers cove, fisherman’s cove and Heisler park with a paved path following the ocean to downtown Laguna beach. The cabin is quaint and cozy with all the amenities you need and a view of the ocean from every room. Super friendly owners. We were really comfortable and loved our stay!

We had the best time! The cottage was perfect. Clean, tasteful, charming, and right near the ocean. So many great beaches to walk to from there. And we loved sitting on the deck and gazing at the ocean while eating our dinners or drinking a glass of wine. Wonderful experience.

As already communicated to owners we absolutely loved it here. Everything was perfect and whenever we got in touch with the owners before, during, and following our stay the response was always immediate and extremely helpful. The only regret we have is we forgot to leave our comments in the Guest Property book in the property!
