Beautiful house with lovely garden, pond and spa. Lots of great ammenities, very cozy and clean. To be noted, beds are very firm and there are two residential properties right beside with views into the garden/spa - not as secluded as we were expecting but still had a lovely time.

Great host, wonderful location and beautiful house. Couldn’t have found a better place for our blue mountains getaway.

We loved every minute here. The house is in a magical setting, best enjoyed from the outdoor spa! The house was clean and stocked with everything we needed, as well as much appreciated extras including the coffee machine and electric blankets on the beds. The location is fantastic, walking distance to the lake and village for good coffee and great food. Dan is an excellent host, generous and responsive. We would love to return.

Absolutely everything you could possibly want in a property for an escape from the everyday. Luxurious and well appointed and just a stones throw from restaurants and attractions… if you can bring yourself to leave.

The property was perfect. Dan communicated the information well and suggested things to do while we were there. The place was clean and the instruction booklet explained everything you needed to know about the property which was so handy. The parking was a little tight as we had a large car but we still fitted fine we are from a rural area so use to larger spaces, so if your from a city probably wouldn't even notice it. Overly it was a great place to getaway

The Waterhouse was the perfect place to getaway from the city and totally relax. Nestled amongst the bush and close to shops, restaurants and transport - you will not want for anything. Curl up with a good book and a coffee and watch the fish in the pond or relax with a glass of champagne in the spa. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would recommend The Waterhouse for anyone who wants to escape the city.

Everything about The Waterhouse exceeded our expectations. All our communications with Dan were answered promptly and he was a wealth of knowledge, texting us as we were driving with things to do and see in the area. This was our first time in the Blue Mountains, lots to see and do in the area but for us the highlight was the house. Morning coffees sitting in the spa pool overlooking the Lilly pond watching the sunrise! So, so special! The birds coming to visit each day, cooking most of our meals in such a well equipped kitchen. The whole property has a “Zen” like feel, we spent 5 glorious days here and didn’t want to leave. A real gem of a place. Thank you Dan!

We had the most wonderful stay enjoying the gorgeous house, spa and garden. There is everything you need at the property for an amazing stay. We had 3 generations there and each one can’t wait to return. Dan was a fantastic host.

Amazing property - even better than the pictures it was truly fantastic, location was great to see all the tourist attractions as well as a massive range of walks. It was close to everything you could need. Place was so clean - probably the cleanest place I’ve stayed in, all the cutlery was spotless and you could tell the place had been properly cleaned rather than just a quick run over. Dan gave us loads of info in a message prior to arrival and the instruction manual left was even better. He had thought of everything - down to a speaker in the livingroom (we always bring our own) and the spa pool was even better than we could have imagined, we were shocked at how hot it actually got. After a long hike it’s exactly what you need. Could not fault a thing - if you’re considering staying I would highly highly recommend and will definitely be returning when I can!

Fabulous home in idyllic surroundings. The host has thought of everything to make this a fab place to stay. The house is beautifully designed, cosy and comfortable and the spa under the roll away deck is stunning… the best spa we have experienced . Highly recommend this property… we cannot wait to get back.

Stunning home, all the extra supplies and features just kept me in awe - a lot of attention is given to make our few nights very special - great location, love the heating, beautiful beds, stunning views, easy communication with the host / can’t wait to stay again.

The highlight is definitely the outdoor spa. Watching the rain and mist roll in through the trees at night while enjoying the warm bubbles was unforgettable. The house is well equipped and beautifully furnished. Clean, comfortable, quiet and a very relaxing atmosphere. We throroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay and really hope to return.

The garden and ponds are beautiful. The house is spacious and the spa is great!! My friends and I had a lovely stay and we were able to contact Dan if we needed help!

The property was terrific with wonderful surrounds. There was ample facilities with 2 very comfortable King sized beds, one upstair and one downstair. Even though it was summer the temperature plummeted and the heated floors were wonderful. The kitchen is fully featured with everything you need to self-cater. The ambiance is fantastic with landscaped gardens surrounding the house. There is a hot tub under deck which we used a night with a glass of wine. It was superb.

This was a truly lovely property to stay in. It is a secluded oasis with a gorgeous garden, beautiful pond and the house is quite stunning. Dan, the owner, is quick to respond to queries and he kindly checks that his guests have arrived and settled in. I strongly recommend this property.
