The loft was roomy, comfortable, clean and many wonderful restaurants and sites were within walking distance. Besides to and from the airport, the onlly time we had to use Lyft was to go to the Grand Ole Opry Show. We'd stay here again!

An excellent solution to visit Nashville with family

We are so happy with our recent trip to Nashville. This loft is close to everything. It was clean, beautiful, and just a really nice place to relax. Would love to stay here again.

Property had everything we needed. Perfect walking distance to Broadway. Easy to get in and out.

I loved the condo and the location was awesome, we walked everywhere.

This is the perfect place for a weekend out in Nashville. Right in the middle of everything and you can walk everywhere. Clean and cozy and trendy with exceptionally comfortable beds. Highly recommend. The microwave and oven didn’t work but to be fair, we didn’t call to get service and just ate out which was fine. I’m sure they would’ve come had we called. Everything else was above and beyond.

Great property and location. You can walk to almost everything. The only issue is very weak Wi-Fi, unable to watch tv as it uses streaming services that constantly dropped. My elderly father wasn’t able to go on all of our excursions and wasn’t able to watch tv which was an issue.

Great location and 5 min walk to Broadway with all the bars and restaurants. Was surprised how spacious and clean. Saved a ton of money rather than staying at the Hilton where the rest of our family stayed. Next door to Marriott Courtyard for easy pick up spot for Ubers and cabs. All in all a great place to stay.

Nice email reminders were received. Building safe and secure. Article of clothing from previous renter under the bed and candy under the TV stand.

Location is good! Loft was nice and clean. The open ceiling is a little awkwardas there's very little privacy in the unit, but all in all it was a great place

We had a wonderful stay the first weekend in March. Printers Alley is so cute and the perfect location to walk everywhere. The apartment was perfect for our group of 4 and would definitely recommend staying!!

Had a great family vacation. Location was convenient to Broadway and Printer's Alley. Plenty of space to relax inside with a family of 6.

This loft is exactly as you see it in the pictures and the master bedroom is perfectly positioned so that it is a quiet retreat from Printers Alley traffic. Ideal location to Broadway, just a couple of blocks away. The loft is very comfortable!

Location was ideal for the Broadway and Ryman activities we enjoyed. We only had coffee in the VRBO, no other cooking. We enjoyed the accommodations the cleanliness and the security measures. It was easy access to Uber for going to The Grand Ole Opry.

We had a great stay at printers alley- Dun property! The best part was the location. Within walking distance of everything on lower Broadway. Would DEFINITELY stay here again!!

The response to a leaky freezer was quickly addressed. It could use a little freshening up, especially the sunken table chairs and a cleaning of the oven. Overall, enjoyed our stay there and a perfect location for hitting the fun spots.

The loft had a great location near bars, restaurants & events. The beds were very comfortable. However…the loft needs some attention. It is in serious need of a paint job. Second bedroom is very small. Internet connection was not good which caused the Roku TV to go out constantly. Sofa & bench in foyer were very dirty. Trash room smell was repulsive. Expected a little better from a loft with a 4.8 rating!

Perfect loft for a friends trip! 3-4(at most) people. Second bathroom a little small, but do-able. 1 issue - very poor internet connection/signal. Effects TV's ROKU service & slow response if you need to work remotely.

This Loft was spacious and a good location for walking to the honky tonks. It is noisy on the weekend evenings because it in on Printers Alley, but there are ear plugs in the loft to use which helped. The picture shows 6 chairs around the table, there was only 3. There were pans in the cupboard that had food crusted to the bottom, the coffee maker had an old filter with coffee ground that had mold growing. The main building entrance-hallway had something on the floor that stunk and wasn't cleaned up for 4 days. Overall, it is a great walking location for things, but there are things that need attention.

Location was great. Parking very close. Using the property hotline was very efficient. We were very pleased with those things. How ever, there were several things that we found issues with. Walls of the unit need to be repainted as there were numerous repaired patches visible, dirty walls, marks on the walls from having objects rubbing on them when they have been moved, holes in the walls where things were mounted but removed, listing photos showing curtains that were no longer there to enable you to block the views of the parking deck as well as the occupants from the next door property, ice maker was frozen solid preventing us from having ice available (property manager did offer us $20 off our charge to go buy our own ice. Being new to Nashville we had no idea where to purchase though), there was a interment drip from the shower from the second bath, crumbs in one of the kitchen drawers, couch fabric needed cleaning as it smelled of dirty bodies and there was dried food on one of the cutting knives and then there was having to take the trash to the basement. I understand that the property management asked not to “ding” on that but it should have been mentioned upfront in the listing. Overall, for a premium dollar, I feel that your money would be better spent at a upscale hotel downtown.

Walking distance to anywhere you’d want to go. Convenient to the airport, Vandy, Nissan Stadium, and of course, broadway. Place was real clean. Pictures were super accurate.

We had such a wonderful girls trip. The loft was large, clean and in a great location. We were able to walk to all of the bars and to many great restaurants as well. We look forward to visiting again in the future.

Very clean property and centrally located. We didn’t rent a car but we were able to walk to everything we wanted to do because of the location. Bonus is the Starbucks right next door! Printer’s Alley was 1/2 block away and Broadway is just down the street. Kitchen was missing a few basics like measuring spoons and a liquid measuring cup but really not that big of deal. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thank you!!

Our experience was amazing. Everything about the loft was just as advertised. It was extremely clean, stocked and safe, which was very important. The location was outstanding. It was close to the action but far enough away to be quiet late at night. We all loved the experience!!! We will certainly be using this location again on our next trip to Nashville.

Place needs a little TLC. Nice good area to stay. Close to everything
