The condo itself is clean and nicely appointed with amenities. Beach access is easy and convenient. Check-in process was straightforward. Communication with the owner was proactive, complete and also very straightforward. It was just a relaxing and enjoyable experience overall. We would definitely use this condo again in the future.

Super clean, decorated beautifully - we loved this place!!! Being able to listen to the ocean with the patio doors open was heavenly. We really hope to return next year!

Worked great for our family of 6. Our children are small so the second bedroom with 2 full beds was fine, and direct access to the beach and pools couldn't have been better.

The only thing we would liked better is if the kitchen had been a little better supplied. They need scissors and a much better wine bottle opener. We also ran out of toilet paper, however, we were able to snag an extra roll off of a maid’s cart. The place was very clean, there were plenty of bath towels (definitely bring your own beach towels!), and several soft blankets to curl up with. The lady that I dealt with at Keller Williams (the realty company you deal with rather than the homeowner) was VERY friendly and helpful.

We participated in the Perfect Game Gulf Coast World Series and we’re SO happy to come back to a perfectly decorated condo that had a well stocked kitchen, a covered parking space, and pool and beach access. Our 2nd Phoenix condo stay and I’m deleted the others from my file because this is the one! I also worked while there and got quick help with internet from host - which was SO appreciated.

The condo was very clean and the Phoenix 6 looked freshly updated. Great experience and would stay here again.

We stayed for a week for our sons baseball tournaments and loved our time here. The balcony was our favorite spot in the mornings and evenings. It is high enough to be able to see everything and also drown out the noise from the pool area. Only complaint would be the beds are in need of new sheets…they felt very rough and worn. We would come back for sure!

Excellent cleaning staff and comfortable stay!

The VRBO photos of the property are accurate. I enjoyed having a reserved parking spot. Check in was quick and easy to get a parking pass. The decor was beautiful. Views were perfect on the 14th floor. Communication was spot on. Anyone that complained in reviews about small things did not read their emails 😉 it’s all there! The hosts check on you before, during and after your stay. Owners are greats hosts! Definitely will stay again for spring break next year.

When we checked into the condo we knew we were going to be very happy staying there. It was incredibly clean and felt so cozy and comfortable. It felt like home. I love the fact we had a washer and dryer so we didn’t have to pack as much and could clean our clothes and towels as needed. The view of the ocean was absolutely perfect! We were close to everything and were perfectly happy to just hang out at the condo. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this stay for anyone looking for a comfortable,affordable and beautiful stay at Orange Beach. Melissa contacted us a couple times throughout the week making sure we had everything we needed and were happy with our stay. It made our vacation so nice not having to stress about our living quarters as we have had bad experiences traveling other places and staying in overrated VRBO’s. It was a lovely property. Enjoyed the close proximity to the beach and the pools were large enough to do laps. It was beautifully decorated and I would definitely be back.

The condo was very clean, stocked with plenty of towels, kitchen essentials, and was updated with nice decor!! The location was great and had an amazing beach view! We had a lovely time and would go back again!

February weather is never perfect so we planned with a few good books to read, dinners out and just sitting on the balcony. We have been here twice and will come again.

We absolutely loved our stay… The check-in process was fast & easy… the condo was beautiful, clean, and all the necessary items were available. The view from the balcony was our favorite part! We watched every sunrise ❤️ The private walkway to the beach made it easier to get all our stuff down there. My Mom & I soaked up as much sun as we could and the white Sandy beaches were in great shape! We hope to come back next year!
