Great quiet place. Beautiful beach that was not crowded, parking great, will definitely be back.

We had a very lovely experience. Comfortable beds, couches and outdoor furntiture. The staff was attentive when the drip coffee machine went out and had us a new one in hours. Communication was timely and had all important information. Thank you for a great stay, very happy! Best, Kristen Lundbeck

The view was spectacular. Our party of 7 had a great week. The condo was clean, well equipped with lots of space it was so nice staying right on the beach. We will definitely be back.

We love Villa Coyaba, been renting there as a snowbird for ten years. The complex is well kept, location is great. Beach is beautiful. We keep coming back for this unit!

We were at Villa Coyaba the first week of March and while the weather did not cooperate for our girls vacay, we couldn't have been happier with our condo. The 4 bedrooms were perfect for four ladies. The beds were comfy and clean. The master bath is awesome! The kitchen is well stocked and even has a built-in ice maker in the cabinets! They were working on the building facade while we were there so there was some noise outside during the day. The pool was heated but still a bit chilly. Underground parking is super! We recommend 790 restaurant next door for an awesome happy hour, dinner and sunset view! Also enjoyed The Back Porch and Pompano Joe's . I hope to make it back to Villa Coyaba soon.

This was a wonderful unit. The master bedroom bed was awesome. I do think the living room furniture could use a little clean up. But overall it was a great unit. We loved our stay and hope to return next year. Maybe for even longer.

Very nice condo with excellent views. Easy access to pool and fitness center. Cover garage under the condos made it perfect unloading the car in the rain..The place was fantastic. I would recommend and come to stay back again

Our 4pm check-in was on time. Condo was very clean. Only 2 issue were the WI-FI was very slow and the stove top burners knobs hard to figure out the heat settings. The ocean view from the condo is amazing. Definitely will be coming back to this unit in the near future.

We love staying at Villa Coyaba. The accommodations are top notch, and the beach access is superb. We had wonderful service for beach chairs and umbrellas every day we couldn't ask for anything more. What a great place to stay and enjoy the beach. Close to grocery stores, restaurants, and more! We can't wait to go back. Not to mention Louisa, Nick and Mark make your stay easy and enjoyable.

This condo is perfect for the beach goer and pool goer. We loved being close but not too close to the Destin harbor (15 minute drive with little traffic). It is family friendly place. Even though spring break is very crowded, we always were able to get a pool side chair.....the maintenance staff was also very quick to tend to a minor problem With our stove top!

We had a great experience. Beach isn’t over crowded, pool is large, plenty of space in the unit. We had a few minor hiccups with appliances, but the host and property manager were very communicative and quick to address them. We’ll be back!

Beautiful, clean condo. Great for families!

This location is beautiful. The condo is comfortable for a family of 4 with plenty of seating at the breakfast bar, dining room table, living room and balcony. The furnishings are beautiful down to the artwork. The view from the balcony is why you take a beach vacation. The pool was heated and wonderful since we stayed in late October. Customer service was great with easy communication and quickly resolved issues. My only advice would be to figure out the internet issue. We all had to use the Fitness Center network which was not secured. The wifi network recommended on all of our paperwork didn't work. None of the condo 205 networks. That was a little frustrating. Other than that, great vacation! I highly recommend!

All went well from making the reservations through check-out. No problems during our stay. Lots of room for our extended family of 8. Nice, clean & comfortable!

We loved this condo right on the beach and pool views as well! Plenty of space for all 7 of us. We had a great time and the location was wonderful. The kitchen was fully stocked with all utensils/pots and pans needed. Extra freezer for ice as a great addition! Beds and furniture were comfy. Would have loved to have some blankets for the chilly nights. We had 4 teenagers with us so they weren’t happy that the Wi-Fi wasn’t great. We didn’t mind however! We had a fabulous time and loved Destin!

Very nice condo, pool, beach.

The floors had not been cleaned when we arrived, the 11 months legs and hands were black by the time we unpacked everything so I had to buy a mop so that I could clean the floor. The carpet is nasty and needs to be removed! IThe biggest problem was that we had 3 cars and the condo comes with 2 parking spots. There is only a few extra parking spaces that are almost impossible to get. We had to park a car across the street for a $1.00 an hour for the first 2 1/2 days but it doesn't allow over night parking between 4:00am-7:00am so we had to move it every night into an open handicap spot and hope we didn't get a ticket! By the second day we were so stressed about the parking situation I was ready to pack up and go home. We had to constantly check the garage for an open spot and we were able to get one on the 3rd day. We would stay there agian if they would remove all the carpets and Destin would build a parking garage for overnight parking.

My family and I had an amazing time at this condo. It is centrally located to all amenities, and has an amazing pool, if you are not a beach goer. Highly recommend this location and will use them again in the future.

We love staying at this condo. It has plenty of room for all of us. The amenities are great, love the pool, easy beach access, walking distance to several restaurants, and plenty of deck furniture for all of us to enjoy morning coffee or evening sunsets. If we needed anything it was a simple phone call and it was taken care of. This was our second vacation at this condo. I'm sure we will be back again.

This was a great trip for our family, we all had fun on the beach and enjoying the pool!

The condo did not disappoint! Great View!

We’ve stayed at Villa Coyaba many times, but never in a condo like this. The walls were dirty and scuffed, toilet brushes just sitting on the floor, not in containers, mold on the registers and the shower liners, shabby bed linens. The day we arrived we were told that the patio furniture was being refinished and they would bring it when it was done. We were there 3 weeks and all we had was a stack of filthy cushions and a few odd and end nicked up chairs/table. Also on the day we arrived, the communications box was torn apart and wires dangling. They came on Monday and put it back but the internet service was awful. Our family that came planned to work from there biut were unable to and left 3 days early. We had someone there 3 times. The Cox cable person told us that the owner needed to get a different router. We were part of a family reunion at Villa Coyaba. Our family rented 3 condos there in February . We designated unit 208 as our meeting place.It was beautiful, clean, well equipped and had no WiFi problems like the other two. .. plus the balcony was nicely furnished. The view was beautiful and the kitchen was well equipped, but this is not a luxury condo.
