The property was beautiful with tons of room. We had one hiccup when we checked in, but it was handled immediately. We were able to relax and hangout. I would definitely stay here again.

Was very disappointed in the cleanliness. Walls are marked up and damaged, furniture is stained, lighting is poor, curtains/blinds are missing, lamps that don't even plug in, picture on TV dark and difficult to see, master bed very uncomfortable. I was stuck with a pillow that felt like a 2x4. It could not even bend. There was an outdoor rug, stained, being used for the living area. A bathroom rug, in badly need of washing, being used in the kitchen. The actual bathroom rugs are matted and stained. We only had 3 wash cloths total for the entire condo. Basically we had to wash every day on our vacation. No liquid soap to clean dishes, and the hand soap in the bathroom was practically empty. The decor was horribly clashing. We had African parrots with dolphins and a picture of Greece (which I would swear I've seen in an hotel). The colors were all over the place. The master bedroom had a sheet and the comforter. No blanket. The pots and pans were scratched. The spatula was melted. There was a pot with blacked burnt stains on the bottom. The dishwasher had dishes in it when we arrived. While we were there, we brought up the reviews because we were shocked that we picked a place since we always check reviews first. For some insane reason, people were giving 4 star reviews for this place, but then listing all the faults at the bottom. Why someone would rate a place with 4 starts when there are so many issues is mindboggling. If I could give this place zero

Went to this property in Navarre at Beach Colony with my Mom. What a beautiful place to stay for our vacation. From a perfect view to an amazing nights sleep. You can hear the ocean just by cracking the patio door. Everything you need to get settled is provided in the condo. And if you needed anything the owner is sooooo sweet and very attentive. Will never stay anywhere else on our next vacation ☺️ Perfect trip all the way 💯

My family loved it! It was our beach vacation as family! It was fantastic! It took my son 3 days to make friends with the sand and the ocean, it was his first time! We made a lot of memories! Thanks for letting us stay at your home! Will be back again! The Roberts!

Condo itself and building were both so well located and convenient. Unit and building were well maintained with so many amenities. Unit was even larger than you’d think with huge rooms. Plenty of space to spread out and feel at home while on vacation. Highly recommended and will definitely stay again.

I love Beach Colony this unit had a great view of the Gulf Coast. The place was clean and the main bed was comfortable. The 2nd bedroom needed block out blinds. It was like daylight at night because the outside lights came through the curtains. The extra chairs in the living room were really dirty but other than that the condo was nice and had everything you need for a nice beach vacation.

We travel a good bit. This was by far the best place that we have stayed. Clean, perfect view, perfect location. It had everything one would need.

The property was perfect. Enjoyed the mornings on the balcony, coffee in hand and the view of the beautiful ocean. The condo was comfortable and had everything you need to make it a home away from home. The host was very friendly and responsive. We will definitely be back.

Sue's condo was a great place for our family to meet and spend quality time together. The unit was well-equipped for our needs, and we were surprised to find a cart of beach floats, nets, and other items in the laundry room. Sue was quick to respond to our questions. The reserved parking with the unit was very convenient. Beach Colony is an excellent complex for a week at the beach. We plan to visit this unit again in the future.

I would definitely recommend this unit. It was clean, spacious and perfectly located.

I’ve stayed in Navarre beach many times and this was my favorite so far. You can’t not beat the view from this room. You have an amazing ocean view from the living room, master bedroom, and master bathroom! I was also impressed by how spacious the condo was. Super close to everything as well. Highly recommend!

Great property on a fabulous beach!

This condo was setup beautifully inside and the view of the beach was perfect! The pool is huge and a two chair with umbrella setup at the beach was included. I highly recommend staying here!

Nice apartment

The condo is quite nice and with easy access to the beach. We had all the items we needed. I, however, do have one suggestion and that is to install better light filtering shades in the bedroom with two beds.

Condo was exactly as described, very clean, nice decor. Easy access to the beach, wish pool was heated and/or a hot tub. Love the area, awesome sunsets!! We definitely recommend and will be back.

Our stay at the Beach Colony was great! The condo was clean upon arrival and had all the necessities needed for a nice stay. The kitchen could use a new, nicer set of pots/pans but we made it work with what was available. Sue was very responsive with her messages throughout the time leading up to our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Unit was as expected and has everything you would expect. Property is absolutely beautiful. We have been staying at Beach Colony for years and plan to continue. Would definitely book again.

There were a couple of hiccups to start my stay, none of which were the owners fault. But Ms. Sue was very quick and helpful to get the issues resolved. The parking is super convenient, and the location of the condo to the beach and the pier can't be beat. The only thing I might ask for is updated balcony furniture. It's a little uncomfortable. However, that would not make me not want to stay here again. I hope to come back next year.

My family comes to Navarre Beach every year, and we always rent a condo. This property was amazing - location on the beach is spot on, clean, easy check-in, just everything. Owner is the perfect host and is happy to assist in every way. Will definitely be back here!!
