Wonderful experience staying in Jack’s place in Grand Bay. The location is amazing, and the unit is spacious, well maintained, and overall beautiful. We had ample space for myself, wife, and small children to have a wonderful time staying here during our trip to St. John. Communication was great with property manager, who were very helpful as well. Would definitely stay at this property again when we come back!

Property was clean, all the amenities you would need. New full size washer, all the kitchen gadgets you would need, view of cruz bay. Nice for cup of coffee in morning and glass of wine at night. Beach chairs and coolers for your trip to beach...and perfect location to downtown.

This was a great unit, very well taken care of and a great location. It was clean and has everything you need, including towels, beach towels, dishes, beach gear and multiple beach coolers. It was quiet at night and we slept great. I faintly heard a single rooster crowing on one morning but nothing bothersome. Zero road noise. There is a solid rock wall literally right behind the unit so I think that blocks all the noise. The washer and dryer were very handy to have, and they also provide Gain laundry detergent and dryer sheets. This was so handy and convenient. The smart tv in the den has standard cable stations and also Netflix, Disney +, etc. The sofabed was spacious and comfortable enough for my teen. It was creaky and loud when he moved but he says he slept fine. The king bed in the bedroom was fantastic and very comfortable with nice clean linens. Parking in town can be a hassle, so it was nice to be able to easily and quickly walk to town from this unit. A little mini mart is a 2 minute walk up the street, and you don’t have to worry about any hills while walking to town. The pool and hot tub are nice and refreshing, barely anyone in them so you’ll likely have them to yourself. The views from the unit are nice, and even better from the pool deck. The sunset views of Cruz Bay were gorgeous to gaze at every day. We bought $2 gallons of drinking water from Love City Ice in the lumberyard parking lot, and they’ll refill your empty jugs for $1. The parking garage under the unit has an ice machine for the days you pack the beach coolers. The lady at the front desk was such a pleasure to see every day, and Rachelle was great and available to assist with any questions and requests. The assigned parking spot in the garage was a challenge for our 4-door Jeep rental. It is a very tight parking garage and the angles of the garage made it very difficult to park the Jeep without scraping it up. The parking space itself is roomy, but getting into it was rough because it is between two columns, and there are alot of columns across from it as well. So you have to avoid hitting all these columns with your car while you try and angle into the parking space. Rachelle can find you another space if one of her units is available. Smaller cars and even 2-door jeeps will have no problem getting into the parking space. We had a wonderful stay in this unit and will absolutely be staying in Grande Bay again on our next trip to St John.

Proximity to town and restaurants is excellent and the beaches are just a short drive away. It was a little difficult to find where the office is when you first arrive and where you park. Perhaps a property map would help.

We had the most lovely time in St. John, and Jack's condo was the perfect place for us to stay. Great location, comfortable bed and easy check in process. Thanks Jack for everything. I will be recommending this VRBO to everyone I know traveling to St. John in the future!

This unit was perfect for our use. Great to get up and look out at the water. Location is excellent for local establishments within Cruz Bay. Only negative was some roosters were located in the back that woke us up a little too early.

We love the convenience of staying at Grande Bay and this property was one of the nicer equipped units we’ve been in. The bed and furniture were very comfortable and the outside patio was larger than other one BR units we’ve stayed in. The Tommy Bahama chairs got alot of use and are nuts like the ones we use at home. Would definitely stay here again.

The condominium is wonderful and very comfortable. Great bed, good shower with plenty of hot water, good kitchen and we loved the location. It was easy in and easy out. I would certainly recommend it!

Grande Bay is an excellent place to base your vacation in St John. It is in walking distance to all the restaurants and shops in Cruz Bay. The unit was lovely with everything you need in kitchen and bath. It was also well fitted with coolers, beach chairs and plenty of towels. The concierge was very helpful and answered all our questions. Thank you Jack for the hospitality.

The location of Grande Bay could not be better......we loved being able to walk from the ferry dock and to all the restaurants. Since we are a family of four adults, we chose to rent both the studio and one bedroom condo and we were very comfortable. The condo had everything we needed from beach stuff to kitchen stuff. Would definitely recommend!!!

We were late on booking and were able to get a one bedroom for a family of 4. It was a Thanksgiving holiday so our fault. However, we were able to make it work and had a great stay as usual. The only thing I would say is that the unit attaches to a studio and you could hear the other guests pretty well through they are joining door. Other than that everything was great.

We loved the location and was perfect for restaurants and night life. Pool and hot tub were great. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. We had a great relaxing vacation!!

Our host John was easy to work with and responded immediately to my emails. His rental was clean and we love that everything is in walking distance.

We were looking for a great last minute getaway. We had never visited USVI and we really wanted to play it safe. Location is within walking distance of the ferry, coffee shops, and restaurants. There are also several places to grocery shop. The Grande is a super property and we really enjoyed our stay
