Absolutely perfect house for the celebration.

99.9% perfect! More than we expected..awesome!!

Gorgeous home with plenty of space for our large family (17 total). Quiet neighborhood and an easy, short walk to the beach. Wonderful stay and definitely enjoyed by everyone! We would definitely stay here again.

Home was the perfect size for our family of 16. The elevator was a blessing for older family members. The location to beach, shops , and restaurants was ideal! I highly recommend this property.

Grandparents, parents, and kids of all ages drove from three different states for a beautiful week in St Simons. We couldn't have designed a more perfect house for us. The kitchen was the center of nightly card playing after the little ones went to bed. The bunk room gave our teens privacy. The connected bedrooms were ideal for parents of toddlers. Two sets of washer/dryers helped with all of the beach towels. The pool wasn't too deep for the little people to enjoy safely. Besides the layout and room arrangement of this house, the linens, beds, and furnishings made for a very cozy and comfortable vacation. We slept better than at home! The owner and housekeeper were just a text away if we needed anything. When there was a minor maintenance issue, the maintenance guy was there within hours and checked on us regularly. We have stayed on 11th in East Beach in the past so we were familiar with the proximity to the beach. The house is just a short walk through a charming path to the water. We would love to come back for another memory filled beach vacation in this most perfect house.

All my cliidren come from different states we were so excited to see the house it’s beautiful and just wonderful we Love the beach and the pool is beautiful we all had a great week as a matter of fact my grandson and granddaughter all went to stay for a week more we would be happy to go again next year

What an amazing home. There were 10 of us celebrating 50 years of friendship. This was the perfect place. There was plenty of bedroom space and lots of space for us to gather as a group and enjoy visiting. At the end of the trip, we were wishing we'd had more time to stay and enjoy the lovely pool. We would highly recommend this home with plenty of space and wonderful location to St Simons and Jekyll Island.

The house was beautiful, the location was great. We had excellent weather. It was a great place to get away, relax, and refresh. Susan was excellent to communicate with and Emily was very friendly and overall we'd love to come again.

Rain didn’t dampen our spirits nor lessen our enjoyment of our stay in this lovely house.

The house was perfect for our family of 19. Eight adults and 11 grandchildren. Perfect location for a short walk to beach or short ride to pier area. Thank you for your hospitality.

This property is located on a quiet street. Easy walking path to the beach. The cleaning could have been a bit more thorough. The house has spacious accommodations. We really enjoyed our stay!

This is a very unique property. Great for 5-6 couples. its layout is quite conducive to everyone having their own space as well a space for gathering as a group to enjoy conversation and meals.

We had 7 couples so 7 brs (and multiple bathrooms) was a necessity. House lived up to our expectations and worked well for our group, including several sitting locations for the group to just hang out. Weather was beautiful and house was easy biking distance from town and even closer to the beach. Would recommend the property for group stays.

We loved our stay at this beautiful and spacious home. There were multiple living and conversation areas. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen well appointed. We used the large volume ice maker a lot. The beach was a short walk and delightful.

We had a lovely time and the home had a ton of character which was fun. The kitchen was our gathering spot and plenty of room for our family & extended family. Beds were comfortable and home was clean. We would stay here again as it's location was perfect and the outdoor areas were perfect for gathering, especially the pool.

What a great property. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and a really well equipped kitchen. The walk to the beach and only took a few minutes. The kids really loved having the pool to use when they didn’t want to do the beach or later in the day. Emily was very helpful and quick to reply to any questions I had. Would definitely recommend this property.

House exceeded expectations. Plenty of space to hang out for 2 or 10. Well equipped kitchen. Bedrooms and bathrooms all very comfortable. A lovely home with everything we needed. The perfect spot for our group of friends who have been traveling together for 30 years!
