The Kitchen, bedrooms and toilets could have been cleaned more than the way it was. Cobwebs on the ceiling and fans. The air filters could have been changed. We were locked out 9 mins before our checked out time. Great views of the Ocean from the apartment. The oven needs to be updated. For a recommendation: The drainage systems should be checked to make sure it is flowing through before a guest checks in. The sinks and bathtubs were clogged and we had to call maintenance. Overall it was ok staying in Jade East.

Comfortable stay, clean property

The place is great, the location views all good, except the fridge I bought sea food and because the fridge took 24 hours to cool I got soil food, the welcome folder and rental agreement specify it so all was clear just don’t believe that actually it will take 24 hours to have a “cool” temperature inside the fridge

Unit was clean, beautifully decorated and spacious!! The view of the beach was spectacular! We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back to this gorgeous condo!!!

We had a weekend getaway planned in Destin and the location of our stay couldn’t have been any better! Great beach access, restaurant access, etc. If we get to come back to Destin, we know where to stay!

We stayed at Jade East and it was a DISASTER from Day 1. We arrived after 4pm, put our things away, went to use the restroom, and the toilet clogged immediately. A few hours later, 2nd toilet clogged and overflows into the hallway. Sent message to property manager, and he told us maintenance would come by tomorrow to fix. Day 2 arrives, kids are complaining the fan in the 2nd room is broken. It is florida in June. It is HOT. Send another message asking if maintenance is coming by and also let them know the fan is broken. No reply. 11 hours go by. Crickets. Son goes to use the 3rd shower, the bathroom floods. Great. I call VRBO because i am discouraged and disappointed at this point. We paid for a 3 bed/3 bath condo for 4 days/3 nights and it was so upsetting. Day 2 we have 2 showers and 1 toilet for 6 people. Unacceptable. FINALLY on day 3 maintenance calls and shows up and repairs everything. Fast forward to middle of day 3 we are finally enjoying our last day and best beach getaways call me and tell me someone in the nect room has reported us for parking in their spot when our vehicle had not moved in over 24 hours. At this point i was livid and left a very ugly voicemail on their line after they said they were going to tow our vehicles! Needless to say we could not wait to leave.If you want flooded floors, almost no help and threats of cars being towed, book with these guys at Jade East. Do not recommend.

Beautiful and clean condo. Great location. Management company Best Beach Getaway is not very responsive. Voicemails never answered and very little communication on checking in an such without multiple attempts on my part to get their attention. Owner would be better off using vrbo directly. Will not go back do to poor service from the management company

We had a wonderful experience staying at this condo. It was very clean and well equipped. We were given excellent instructions and materials that helped us find food and recreation destinations. The view of the beach was incredible! Our questions/needs were quickly addressed. Everything about this stay was positive!

Well designed unit - tastefully and comfortably furnished with spectacular views. We did report a problem with leaking toilet which was not repaired during our stay.

The view is amazing. With 6 adults, we had plenty of space. All the furniture was in great condition and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Our only issue was that check-in was difficult because none of the instructions told us there was a gate (and gate code) to enter the property. The first day we waited 25 min for someone to respond with the gate code to let us in the complex. Despite several calls and texts over several days, we were also not given the correct pedestrian gate code to the beach until the last day. (We are all over 60 years old and having to jump the gate everyday was challenging.) Overall, we would stay here again. Great location near plenty of shopping and restaurants. It is a beautiful condo and the view is incredible.

What a wonderful condo with beautiful views of the gulf! Am planning another visit in the future with other friends and family and definitely want to stay here again. (Being able to walk to Dunkin' for my morning matcha was a plus)

The views were wonderful. The location was great. The unit was well maintained and tastefully decorated. The property manager was very responsive to two minor things that arose. We would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again in the future.

The condo was perfect!! It was clean the view was breathtaking. Great locator right in the middle of everything perfect spot for a perfect condo. I would definitely stay there again I have no complaints.

Beautiful location, cleanliness could be better, supplies could be much better (toilet tissue, paper towels, bath towels, coffee and filters, salt & pepper, trash bags)

First time VRBO. Place is EXTREMELY nice! Wasn't prepared for lack of toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher soap, garbage bags. We had a party of 8. Overall an excellent stay, would love to come back and be better prepared. Like I said, this is my first. Thank you!

Beauitful view and condo !!!

We've been coming to Destin for years. We aren't the Party type family. We like to sit back and relax and enjoy hearing the waves sitting out on the balcony. We have stayed in multiple units and they have all been very nice and spacious! Straight across from The Big Kahunas Water park and close to absolutely anything you could possibly want to eat or do!!
