We had a great stay at condo. Location is good and condo was clean. Only suggestion would be to have coffee for guests and extra linens, (pillow cases) for pillows :-)

Our stay was absolutely lovely! The location of this property was perfect for a nice walk to the Christmas lights, in the downtown area. Easy check in, the heaters were amazing after being out in the cold! The adventure park is down the street, which was fun as well!

Clean, warm, quiet and well appointed especially the kitchen. 2 large bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Would have enjoyed the fireplace but couldn't figure out which of the 7 remotes operated it and no instructions. Also need some detailed instructions on how to operate the tv.

Nice two bedroom condo with an easy walk into town. Very quiet location even with Octoberfest happening. Would stay here again.

Very comfortable and welcoming. We were here for a wedding so didn’t do much exploring but definitely would like to return. Well stocked kitchen (with Keurig coffee maker) was much appreciated!

Cute and very clean. However, shower curtain needs to be cleaned or replaced in main bathroom. A cupboard face plate fell off in kitchen, informed landlord. All in all nice place. Will definitely consider using this place again!!

This property was perfect for our visit. Spacious, quiet, out of dowtown, and clean. Now, if Leavenworth would just paint the lines on Highway 2 thru town and put a traffic light on Icicle Creek road... I've been coming to Leavenworth for over 55 years and it is a shame to see how the town has become overwhelmed with tourists.

The condo was clean, plenty of space for my family and the area was quiet. They had just about everything on hand that would be needed. The hosts were responsive and there were no surprises. Couldn’t ask for more!

Another small problem was that the supply of dishwasher detergent was inadequate for our stay.

We were able to getaway to celebrate 50 years of marriage. Wonderful time, enjoyed walking, biking, food and relaxing.

We had plenty and it was nice.

Great location. Easy walk to downtown Leavenworth. Has all the amenities, such as refrigerator, dishwasher, Stove, laundry, etc. , which was nice for our little family.

Good property and cleaned. Had outdated entertainment systems, no TV remote so had to get up to change channels and adjust volume every time until I got lazy and decided to turn it off. No shampoo or body soap, for the price we paid I believe the should at least include these. So make sure you bring some.

So excited we booked when we did. It was a hallmark movie. Including the cozy warm cottage feel. The 20 plus inches of snow was the perfect way to celebrate. Leavenworth was simply breathtaking.

Great experience

Very convenient location to downtown Leavenworth. Walked the Riverwalk trail everyday, watched Salmon swimming upstream. We enjoyed a week and had quiet time on the back porch with the trees turning golden. Fully stocked kitchen to round out of baking and cooking needs. Great place!

The four of us enjoyed our stay in this condo. The location was perfect for hiking in the nearby Enchantments and also the trails to the west off Rt. 2. It was close enough to walk to town for dinner and shopping. The condo was very clean, and the kitchen had everything that we needed to prepare some of our meals. The gas grill was a big bonus for us since we grilled some steaks. It was hot a couple of the days that we stayed in Leavenworth, but the AC In the living room kept the area cool. We used the overhead fans and floor fans for more air flow. We also opened the windows once it cooled down at night. We stayed at the beginning of September. The owner answered any questions that we had immediately. We would definitely stay again.

We spent the weekend in Leavenworth and enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was clean, had a great kitchen, and plenty of room for three people.

We enjoyed our stay in this unit and would recommend it. It was fairly close to downtown (less than a mile). The stay was quiet and had everything we needed for our short weekend.

This is a great property just slightly west of the downtown shops. (It’s super close to the Icicle Inn.) We went to watch the Music Man at the Fish Hatchery and Sound of Music at the other location. The condo was really close to the Fish Hatchery theater and minutes away from the Sound of Music theater. The condo was well stocked with blankets, pillows and bedding. The five of us that stayed there were really comfortable. The condo was clean and finding parking was easy. (The condo has an assigned parking spot, but we had 2 cars there.) It was a great place to stay.

This place is nice & clean. I would definitely stay here again. It is large enough for what we needed (2 married couples). My only issues were the check in process communication with the owner. It was almost 4:30 pm on check in day & I still didn't have the email with the door code, so had to ask for the email to be sent. Also, if you stay on a hot day, just know there is only one small AC unit in the living room area. 2 fans are provided to help circulate the air, but that means no closing your bedroom doors, so no privacy, and it's still not 100% comfortable in the bedrooms at night on those 90+ degree days. If the heat doesn't bother you, then it's no problem. But as I said, this is a nice property and it's not too far from town. This is an upstairs unit if anyone has mobility issues. We didn't, so it was great for us either way.

The unit was clean and spacious enough for our family of three teens and two adults. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Walking distance to town was a huge bonus. This is our third time staying at the Campbell’s properties and we will continue. Thank you for a great stay!

We planned this trip to see the baby reindeer at the Leavenworth Reindeer Farm. We had a wonderful time. The condo was very nice. We would definitely recommend staying there. Thank you!
