This is a fun and relaxing place. The outdoor spaces and covered patio makes for a lot of fun. It was raining during one day of our 3 day stay, so being on the patio with heaters made it pleasant. The property could use a little updating, but the pictures accurately depict the house.

This was such a fun place!!! Our family had a delightful time with the pool with its grotto, jacuzzi, waterfall and slide. My little nephew was obsessed with the arcade game in the game room. The location was close to downtown and easy to get too, and located in a quiet neighborhood. Communicating with the property manager was super easy. We just had a fabulous great time, I was so happy to see my family happy and together. We definitely recommend this place and hope to come again in the future!

It was the middle of January and rainy weather; but that didn't stop us from enjoying this wonderful property! In fact, we used the pool, the waterslide, jacuzzi and the patio. The rain actually made our time there more exotic and fun. The pool was warm. There were plenty of pool toys for all ages. They even had new toys, tubes, pump etc.. in the house in case the tubes and blow up toys leaked, had issues. I think the patio was the best part! There was 2 heaters installed up above, heat elements so made it very comfortable in the morning drinking coffee, over looking what felt and looked like Hawaii. Definitely recommend staying here.

This rental was so much fun for everyone especially the pool and spa. Carol graciously let us in early on Christmas day and helped us operate all the amenities. She is a 5 star host. We loved the neighborhood and made some wonderful memories. Thanks for sharing this home.

This is a very cool property. The casita and suite with separate entrance are very nice features. The games room is amazing, as is the pool area. We are definitely thinking of coming back here next year.

I can't speak highly enough of this property, which was one of my favorite VRBO rentals ever (and I've rented and traveled a lot). It reminds me of staying in a hotel resort and that relaxing do I have to leave feeling you get on a good trip. The owners also have a 7 bedroom property that I am eager to stay at next. We had an extended family reunion, and this house was just perfect for a multi-generational get together. There is literally something to do for all ages: from shallow pool areas and sandy spot for the littles, to pool slide and putt putt and video games for the middle-aged kids, to pool, pinball, basketball, and ping pong for the older kids... The adults enjoyed the hot tub, sauna, and the fact that there were comfortable spaces to sit in the shade (critical even during Thanksgiving) while socializing and watching the kids. The kitchen is small, but has everything you would need to cook; there were tons of small frigs which we really appreciated; the bedrooms were nice with full bathrooms attached (all but one). The pool is just amazing, and while it's expensive to heat, it was warm enough to swim in over Thanksgiving. There are even heaters outside to keep you warm in the cool evenings. The space is just incredibly well designed with things to do everywhere and tons of spaces to explore or hang out. We were so happy with our stay and the owner, Carol, was a pleasure to work with. Location of the house is great. I am already thinking about when we can come back!

10/10 would recommend and would absolutely stay here again next time we’re in Palm Springs. Great place for groups. The outdoor area is bliss on a hot day in the desert and the game room was perfect.

We very much enjoyed our stay, the pool and game room was fantastic and the house was comfortable. The only reason for the 4 stars is that a couple of ceiling fans didn’t work in the house, the small kitchen appliances could use updating along with parts of the house. All in all I would highly recommend this property.

Stay was very relaxing and comfortable. Enjoyed the pool immensely. Lots of private space as well Host was easy to work with definitely would stay again.

This is a very nice property to enjoy with your kids and teens: water slide, water fall, pool and river pool, impressive game room (pool, table tennis, draft, arcade machine and much more..) If you are looking to just relax and sit down around the pool , and have a drink by the pool bar..then this is the perfect gateaway. Be aware: If you are with an elder Member of your family with knee problems, this pool might not be for you. It is beautiful but does not have conventional steps like others..

We had a great stay. Weather was unusually cold so when we were home it was great to have the game room. The home also offers lots of private places for people. Really nice overhead heaters outside, so we were also able to enjoy. And the hot tub behind the spa is awesome! Owners were very responsive and pleasant.

The outdoor amenities, particularly the pool, are super and the kids loved them. Also the indoor recreation room with the ping pong table and other games was a great place for the kids in the evening. The only disappointment was the sofa bed in the rec room. We were told two children could sleep there but it was only comfortable for one. Fortunately, my daughter had a sleeping bag with her:)

The property was amazing-- we loved the salt water pool and the spa grotto was also very fun- (a little hard to get into) compared to most spa's- but worth the added effort once you are in!! Everything about the house was true to what was advertised- we had a great stay and look forward to returning....

House was great to accommodate our group. Host provided great service, very communicative and easy to work with. The pool & yard were everything we expected ~ a great time was had by all.

This property was awesome, great for relaxing, the game room had everything you need to hang out. The only issue would be the inability to play outdoor music, however that isn't the issue with the owner or property, thats a Palm Springs thing. Overall great stay and would totally stay there again.

Great experience Checking in time should be early

The pool and water features are amazing. The house is older and it seems like the AC wasn’t extended properly when the new additions were added. The game room is cool, but unbearable hot. It was triple digits for our time in Palm Springs and the AC cannot be turned lower than 78 degrees. It was not quite comfortable in any room other than the master bedroom. Overall, we would not go back during the summer months.

We had a great stay and spent the majority of time in the pool! The owner was so responsive and helpful. There was a few maintenance things that are needed but nothing that took away from our stay!

The management team is amazing and on top of any questions, property is an incredible value for a family who wants both great group spaces and private spaces. Pool area is a high point with the water slide, pool toys, little beach area, grotto and so forth. The Rec room is also amazing with pinball, arcade machine, pool table, shuffleboard and more. There is more than enough to keep a family occupied. It’s well located, quick drive to the central area, walkable for supplies in a pinch. Kitchen is well stocked and sufficient. We’ve stayed multiple times, will stay again. There are definitely nit picks you can have with any property, this one is no different. Nothing rose to the level of reporting it, anything I’ve reported previously as an issue was promptly dealt with or dealt with proactively (last time there was a large windstorm, owners arranged pool cleaning and such before we needed to call). So I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property.

The house itself could go from fine to 5-stars with a few modifications, such as: keurig or nespresso (they only have an old school coffee pot but do not even provide coffee); basic standard food items like cooking oil or spray; an air conditioning unit in the second house bedroom (the air doesn't reach that room); and providing conditioner. The other issue is that the doors to the backyard have too complicated a lock for mere mortals and we couldn't get it to work most of the time, which made me nervous as I had two kids who aren't water safe and wanted to keep them from wandering out towards the pool at certain times. Could be fixed by installing a top sliding lock.
