Forget the condo…let’s talk about the host…
Tim was AMAZING! After having to cancel an earlier reservation at a different complex due to renovations and no contact from the hosts, Tim was a breath of fresh air. He replied to any messages sent through the app almost immediately. He never seemed annoyed and was very informative when I would reach out. Prior to checking in, he contacted me, let me know about the check in process, the best way to get there, and wished us safe travels. During the visit, he checked in a few times to make sure everything was okay and that we had everything we needed. He even gave me his cell phone number when we got to Orange Beach so contact was easier.
Okay…we can talk about the condo…
It was perfect! The location was great and the size of the entire complex was small which was so nice. You didn’t feel crowded or like you had to fight for spots in the parking lot, pool, or beach. The actual condo, itself, was everything we needed. When you walked in, you immediately smelled freshness/cleanliness. The bedrooms each had a TV, dresser, and good sized closet. The bathrooms came with lots of towels and toiletries. The kitchen had plenty of dishes, cups/mugs, utensils, and more. The laundry room was so nice to have, too! The balcony/view was our favorite spot to hang. Puzzles and books were an added bonus.
10/10 would recommend. If we visit Orange Beach again, we’ll be getting a hold of Tim.

This beautiful condo was the most perfect place for our family vacation. So tastefully decorated, and it had everything we needed. Tim checked in with us several times to be sure we had everything we needed. The gorgeous pool is right below the condo and walking distance from the beach. Do yourself a favor and choose this spot for a perfect family vacation. We can't wait to return! Thank you Tim. It was the best ever vacation.

The condo is in a wonderful location. We found everything we needed at the condo. Really love the beach closet. So handy and a nice touch! The owner is extremely responsive and helpful. The only complaint and it’s no fault to the owner. The elevator is slow, hot and questionable for someone terrified of tight spaces. Overall, great condo for my family!

We had our second fabulous stay here. Tim is helpful and attentive. The condo had everything we needed and we felt so at home. We could see dolphins everyday from the balcony, the beach access was so nice and close, the fishing was good, and we would come back again and again.

Before arriving, Tim was great with communicating. Immediately upon arrival we were blown away by the amenities. Like other reviewers mentioned, the kitchen was *fully* stocked. There was even kids' plates and utensils, a booster seat. The washroom had enough detergent (we wash clothes constantly with three little boys aged 1-4). There were a few beach chairs, even some beach toys. The condo had very nice furniture and bedding and was decorated nicely. A gorgeous view of the gulf. The location is great, just across the rode from multiple grocery stores/markets. The pool was very nice as well. Definitely would give my strongest recommendation. My mother has stayed at several area condos and really liked this one as well. I plan on returning, hopefully every year. It would be hard to improve on this condo experience.

Our stay overall was great. Location was really nice. Liked the smaller building size as it made it easy to go back and forth from beach to unit. The unit was stocked more than units we have stayed in other places. We did have some issues with the elevator going out of commission and the elevator looked like it could use cleaning more often. Owner of unit was very responsive to let association know when elevator needed to be serviced. Overall it was a great stay!

We’ve stayed in multiple condos in Gulf Shores, OBA, and Destin. As a large family/group, the room arrangement and seating were perfect-Plenty of seating at the dining table for eating and playing late night games. The condo was stocked with many toiletries and needed items that I’ve never experienced. Most of all, the owner was friendly and great to work with. This vacation was definitely one to remember.

First, the listing said "fully stocked kitchen". Truly, this is the first condo listing that wasn't exaggerating. There were plenty of saucepans, skillets, Pyrex dishes, utensils and kitchen tools, etc. There were even plenty of spices in the cabinet! It's the little things: pump hand soap at every sink, Dawn dish soap at the kitchen sink, plenty of body soaps for the tub/showers, paper towels and toilet paper - enough for our stay. The owner is very attentive and responds quickly if you have a question. The location is very conventient to everything, and it was nice having a dedicated parking area. The ONLY complaint is that the elevators are slow. Super slow. And we were only one of 3 condos with people in it in the entire complex (it was during the very off-season). I liked the fact that it's only a 6-story complex - not a huge high rise - and this unit is on the 6th floor with fantastic views. An added bonus: there is no key to keep up with - only the code YOU set when you give your preferred number to the owner before your arrival. Great condo, great location. Will be back.

Perfect location and close to beach, loved how the condo was decorated. Kitchen has everything you need and beds were really comfortable. Enjoyed watching dolphins from beach one day and from the balcony another day. Great trip!

This is our second year staying at this condo, and we are already planning next years trip back to this same one. It’s just the perfect location, views, amenities, communications and customer service with the owner…it’s everything we could need and want for a vacation condo. . The kitchen is a cookers kitchen with everything you would need, sharp knives, full kitchen, new appliances etc. There is a nice brand new giant smart TV. The ease of check in and check out make La the trip that much easier. There is no need for us to ever need to shop around or look for different condos to try. This place is the absolute best place to stay on Orange beach!

New favorite beach condo!
This property was amazing!! Tim was great to work with and very responsive! Even checking in with us halfway through the trip to make sure we were still doing good and if we needed anything. Pictures are accurate and the location of the condo is perfect! Walking distance to Publix and Walmart!! Condo is very well stocked with everything you could need! The kitchen is stocked with quality utensils, cookware, and appliances and you actually feel like you are in your home!! We are already looking forward to planning our next trip!

Family Vacation 2022
We came to Orange Beach for the 2nd time as a family of 5. The pictures and description of the property were exactly as described in the listing. Everything from booking to checking in and out was easy and simple. Tim communicated with us throughout the week to make sure everything was smooth. The short walk to to the beach, small condo complex and location to shopping and restaurants was ideal. Spending time on the balcony and being able to see dolphins every morning was a bonus. We would recommend this property to anyone.

When they say 1 roll of toilet paper - they mean one. Be sure to bring your own if you get in and more than one person has to go. None in the master bathroom. Bring your own hangers also.

Everything about this place is awesome! It’s exactly as advertised. Spacious, clean, bright, soothing decor, comfy beds and furniture, great appliances, well stocked, easy walk to beach, shopping and restaurants. Would highly recommend. Hope to stay here again!
