Jacob goes the extra mile with supplies. The condo is much bigger than pictures show you. Easy to access the beach, shops , restaurants and grocery close by. Nice pool and tennis courts. Nice neighbors too! I loved the bed ! So comfy! We will go back!! Thanks Jacob for all the extras and a great vacation!!! Leslie and Lea ann

Location is great we loved the pool. Only thing we don't give 5 star is the bathroom they need more attention specially the showers

We have stayed in a number of VRBO properties on Saint Simons Island while we visit family who live there, but this one is likely our new favorite place to stay. We will try to reserve this property the next time we visit family there. It is close to restaurants, grocery stores, drug stores, and the only dollar store on SSI, and it's close to our family's house. Jacob, the owner and property manager, responds to messages quickly and checks in when necessary.

Neat and clean home away from home. Beds were comfortable and we all had plenty of room to spread out. Just great.

My friend and I booked the condo for 6 nights. It was clean, very quiet and in a great location (the Winn Dixie was walkable and the beach was a 5 min drive). We went to the pool a couple days instead of the beach since rain was in the forecast. It was a nice size and not busy at all. The couple restaurants we went to in the Winn-Dixie complex were Ember and the Fox Den Pizza. We loved Ember and went there twice! The second time was on Monday night for drinks and apps and played trivia. We had great pizza from Fox on our first night since we were too tired to go back out. Our only suggestion would be to get new beach chairs. They were old and VERY low to the ground. It would have been nice to have the kind that adjusted so you could lay back and had the drink holder attached (just something of better quality). There was an umbrella which really helped on the days we went to the beach, since it was really hot those days, to get out of the sun. We would def stay here again!

We didn’t need much as only there for two days. But comfortable and full kitchen. Location close to what we needed. Good bakery and restaurants close by. Friendly neighbors who offered any help day or night!

Condo was great...good floor plan. Very quiet surroundings. Should have asked for downstairs accommodations due to our ages. Would highly recommend!!

Nice location, clean rooms. Stairs are difficult to negotiate with luggage and being elderly. However, the rooms were very clean and equipped with everything we needed.

First visit to St. Simon Island ~ Really enjoyed the property! Quiet and a great location. Easy to find, good parking. Did not use the pool (too cold). Inside was very large and perfect fit for our week. Everything as listed and in good condition. Loved the small office space as I did have to work :( some. Only note is that the bathtubs are large and may be difficult for someone with mobility issues to climb into. Would absolutely recommend and rent again. Thank You !

VERY NICE AND CLEAN. EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT.

The condo was very nice and well equipped and ample room. The owner was very responsive when we had some television issues. In fact he replaced the tv the same day even though he was 3 hours away. The condo is very close to a grocery, fast food options and other eating establishments. The only drawback is that the beach and pier area were not easily walkable so you do need to drive to get to them but both are less than 10 minutes. Neighbors were also very nice. A great place to escape from the cold and find sunshine.

This property is close to both the beach and the pier area. Nice gated neighborhood. The owner responds quickly to VRBO messages. Very pleased with our accommodations.

Nice condo. Wonderful neighbors with great information if you are not familiar with St. Simons Island. Wonderful beds and bedding. So many things to do and see and this condo is almost in the center of anywhere you want to go. The owner is very receptive if there is a need. Hope to go back again!

Unit was clean, well furnished and very spacious. The property owner was wonderful to communicate with. Short drive to beaches and shopping. Pool was right across the parking lot, clean and quiet. We very much enjoyed our stay and would rent this property again if/when we return to SSI.

We had a hard time getting into the gate from the start and then had to call the VRBO contact to help figure out how to get in the unit. The access number needs to be simplified.

We had a slight glitch getting in to property with the gate code which was provided was incorrect—the host did respond with a new code. Overall, the property was nice and met our needs. One negative that should be addressed for future guests was a bad smell (?urine) as you walk back to master suite. It would also be nice to have a couple standard size beach chairs available, especially for anyone flying in to the area.

The location of the property is great. Not far from all of the stuff to do but not so close there is constant traffic and congestion. Also a great condo to stay in with the family.

Booked this property for my daughter and 5 of her friends for a quick bachelorette beach trip. The property was well-maintained and felt safe. Condo had plenty of room without feeling overcrowded.

This condo was very nice. It was decorated great. The master bed was very comfortable. There are plenty of pots and pans, and even Fiesta dishes. It is quiet and relaxing. We plan to come back again. We really loved this condo. Great neighbors also.
