It is an amazing place with all of the amenities to feel like home while enjoying everything Hawaii has to offer. We were 2 families and this large home was perfect for us all.

The property was really top notch! It was extremely well kept, incredible location and everything we had hoped for. The extra beach accessories made our beach days a get up and go event rather than trying to find what we needed at a local store. We couldn't be more pleased with our choice of this property

Our family enjoyed the space inside the townhouse, plenty of bathrooms and rooms. Close to the pool and shopping/restaurants across the street. Loved our stay!

The property is beautiful, the grounds & pool are great! The condo itself was roomy & perfect for our 3 family vacation. They were very clear on what was available in the kitchen and bathrooms. The host was also very responsive, and helpful to our contacts with them. The sliding glass door to the lanai, was so very hard to open & close and we couldn’t get 2 of the TV’s to work at all. We contacted the management company, and they sounded very accommodating, but never actually resolved the issues.

My family and I had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. It was appointed beautifully and was located so conveniently to shops and the pool and beach. There were so many helpful things at the house for us to use such as high chair, booster seat, portacrib and so many beach items. The lawn area just behind the house was so fun for my grandkids to run around in and it was such a short walk to the condo's pool. We could not have had a better time. Lastly, The Resortica staff was friendly, helpful, available and very accomodating. I would definitely bring my family here again.

Awesome place! Clean!

My family loved the Condo. We had other family come to visit from the Hilton Resort & they didn’t want to leave. They enjoyed the Condo & its amenities as well. It will perfectly sleep up to 6 adults in bed & 3 (young adults/teens on sofas. It’s closely located across from a shopping center. The Hilton Pool Passes were a great experience but expect to pay close to for parking. Everything was what I expected it to be BUT there was an issue with the patio door. It needs servicing. I’m sure it doesn’t seem like a big deal to have to manipulate the door to get it to lock, however that shouldn’t be an issue. Otherwise, My family & I had a great experience & would definitely recommend it.

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful fully equipped townhouse. It’s located close to the gym and pool, with added bonus of the Hilton pool passes. Parking is free at the Hilton with validation at the valet using the passes. Central location you can walk to Lava Lava Club and even see some turtles! Hosts were great and quick to respond. Mahalo

Although we never did figure out the hilton pool pass. it appeared that hilton has a problem with outside guests using its facilities. There was a pool right by the condo, but we were never told if we were free to use it or not or the procedures to eneter the locked gates.

I can’t say one bad thing about this house! It was very comfortable for my family of 6. Easy access to the pool area. The beach was less than a 5 minute drive away. Nice shops right across the street that we can walk to for food, including a grocery store. The house was very clean and actually has more updated furniture than shown in the pictures. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We had a wonderful stay! Communication was top notch! Owners were wonderful in reaching out beforehand with recommendations and responsive to our questions. Property management answered right away when we forgot to leave the remote control for the unit. All this and a really lovely home with passes to the Hilton Waikaloa pools. Thank you!

Overall, great experience! Love the location, lots of amenities, and plenty of room for the entire family! Only critiques are on cleanliness of the place when we checked in, which is directed towards the management company hired to care for the place, and not the hosts themselves. The upstairs master bathroom floor was not cleaned (long strands of hair from previous occupants all over the floor), place could use a good dusting (cobwebs all over dining room chandelier), coffee pot still had a batch of old coffee in it, went to change sheets and several sets were stained/ruined and should be retired, washing machine smelled badly and would benefit from a cleaning cycle with cleaner. One small improvement that would help kids with families is to install detachable shower heads in all the showers. Helps bathe the little ones, but also useful in cleaning and rinsing down the showers. Hopefully the cleaning comments get relayed to the management company!

The pool pass enhances the value for the family.

The rental is located close to the shops, which came in handy multiple days. We were able to walk over and purchase what we needed. The rental has a beautiful view from the downstairs family room. I was a little disappointed in the upstairs balcony's view from the master bedroom, you see the road and hear the cars, but the downstairs view is lovely. The check-in process was straight forward and clear. Communication with the owner was also very responsive and prompt. I did have a few concerns and suggestions. First of all, the master sheets had some sort of oil stain of them. That was pretty gross. The cleaning crew should have seen those when making the bed and written the owner to let him know. The pack and play also had a gigantic stain on the bottom. Luckily, it wasn't on the mat part and we were able to cover it with a sheet. The carpet was also not very clean. It looked like it needed a good vacuuming and cleaning. We did see a few roaches inside the condo. The outside front patio and walkway was covered in spider webs, it looked like no one had been there for several weeks. It would be an easy thing to have whoever is cleaning and getting ready for the next tenants, to swipe down those webs with a broom. We came at night and it was creepy, trying to avoid all of the webs. Cleanliness was definitely an issue for me. Otherwise, everything was well stocked, looked great and was in a convenient location. We loved having the pool right behind us!

We had a fantastic time and the place is perfect! The house easily fit two adult couples and four kids. The pool was awesome and clean - and we loved the location. Would definitely stay here again!

Really enjoyed this property! Super spacious. Clean. Less than a minute walk to a beautiful pool with jacuzzi. Excellent location - can walk to eateries, grocery store, coffee shop in a couple min. Highly recommend!

Great, clean, spacious condo. Excellent location close to shopping, food, beaches. super happy with our stay. Only con is condo quiet hours 10-8. Our kids had a tough time until we got used to time change.

Property is great. Condo is great but in need of some TLC. Stayed in others in same complex that were nicer for considerably less.

The location is top notch! So close to anything and everything we needed. The Hilton pool pass was wonderful too for our kids so we could take advantage of all they had to offer. The house is spacious and wonderful. My kids enjoyed it very much!

This condo was gorgeous! Its located on the ground floor with a back yard of grass and flowers right outside the door. It was very quiet and had everything we needed. We will definitelly return!!!

We loved staying at this property. The proximity to the pool was great for our kiddos. We have a 7 year old and a 2 year old. We also came with my parents and my mother in law. There was plenty of room in the house for us and the beds were really comfortable. The only negative part was the mosquitoes in the back yard and lanai area. We’ve been visiting the area for about 10 years and this property didn’t disappoint! I’ll just remember the bug spray next time!

Property was as described, a lovely big place with lots of space for us. We enjoyed the space, being close to the shops and the pool. Great walks around the area and the Hilton Pass was a bonus for the kids. Thank you again.

Owner was super responsive and helpful when planning out trip. The home itself was impeccable! Super clean, furnished tastefully, and had all the toys and supplies you could need or want on a Hawaiian vacation. Can’t say anything negative, and if I could rate higher than 5 stars this property would get it! Hope to visit again in the future!!

The condo is spacious and comfortable. We loved being so close to the pool, which was never crowded! Everything we needed was provided. The furniture is different than online photos, which should be updated. There is a pull out couch in the loft, not 2 full sized futons. Living room has more sofas, not chairs, which we all loved! We loved being able to walk to the shopping centers for dinner and shopping. I would highly recommend this condo!

We loved our stay here! My parents plus my family (including 2 and 5 year old boys) stayed here end of September and never wanted to leave! Really appreciated the extra beach goods in the garage for all to use. The dishwasher was extremely glitchy and we never heard back from maintenance about the fridge water/ice not working…but other than that, the place is extremely spacious and luxurious. The condo village feels private and quiet. Great to have your own small pool with the addition of the Hilton pass to explore resort light for a day or two. We were a short drive from exquisite beaches: Hapuna, 69, Kukio “keiki,” Mau’umae…every day a new adventure on this gorgeous side of the island. Thank you!

The home was perfect in every sense. Very spacious and very comfortable for the 6 of us. Beautiful property and community. The included Hilton lagoon pass is a GREAT benefit. The management company was very responsive (although we did not have any complaints). 10/10 I will try to stay here again if we are to come back to Kona.

The house was perfect! Steps to a beautiful pool, with some green lawn for the kiddos to run around on. The house had everything we needed and then some. The beds were super comfortable, and there was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space or hang out together. We used the Hilton pool passes that we’re provided and had a great time on the slides and the lagoon. Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay. It was amazing and the host was super responsive throughout the whole booking process and vacation stay. Thank you!
