My family and friends (8) all stayed together at Casa Blanca. the ENTIRE staff is awesome! HUGE props to Ivonne, she is wonderful. She ensured our stay was managed to perfection. She consistently checked in with us. She did far above, and beyond the housing accommodations. She helped book and manage inland excursions, airport transportation, snorkeling to Cozumel, private dinners at the home. Let's talk cleanliness..... This place was spotless on arrival, it remained spotless from the relentless pursuit of Myrna. She cleaned our place for a minimum of 5 hours per day. The home itself is outfitted very well. Modern sound, TV, WIFI, Pool, Outdoor sound, AC, etc. You really cannot ask for better accommodations. The beach is very close, if you happen to see seaweed on the beach, a short walk to the right (facing ocean) will get you to a better area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and if we are back in playa, we will not hesitate to stay again at Casa Blanca!

Very well equipped house with helpful staff make your stay care free. Kitchen and grill were great for cooking at home. Only wish the beach right by the house was bigger and less weedy.

We had 3 generations for our get-away and had an incredible stay at Casa Blanca. From organizing our kitchen with supplies we requested, to planning field trips and home cooked meals for us, we were supported. The Two Maria’s cooked our first and last night meals, a delicious treat of authentic Mexican food. The staff was competent, kind, and enjoyable. Yvonne had wonderful suggestions for our visit to Chichen Itza, swimming in a cenote and snorkeling around Cozumel Island. She planned our trips with every detail in place. My family, from 9 years old to 73, had an outstanding time.

Loved the house and the location of this property. Communication with the property owner was great and the house manager, Ivonne, was there to greet us despite our delayed arrival. This house is easy walking distance to downtown as well as to taxis if you want to go anywhere. Highly recommend this property!

Don't hesitate to book this house. Location is perfect with a beach which feels like your own, a pool to die for and people who go out of their way to make your stay perfect. Our family of 8 stayed for 6 nights and were so happy with Casa Blanca. From booking to arrival everything was simple. Curt was quick to reach out with the basics and Ivonne handled all the details from transportation to tours. Myrna was the housekeeper ninja who made sure you always had a clean space and dry towels. Fili tended to the outside space. We had the Maria's cook for our arrival dinner and two full days during the week. Their food was fantastic and they made sure everyone was full. It hasn't been since February of 2020 that our family has ventured out on a tropical vacation. Covid kept us all home and we couldn’t wait to get to Casa Blanca. With 12 humans in tow (2 being two year old boys) we descended onto Casa Blanca like a whirlwind. We filled every nook and cranny and settled in for 10 days of family fun! We couldn’t have picked a better house and location! The staff is terrific! Fili was here daily doing anything we needed. From taking care of the grounds and pool to running in for groceries (mainly alcohol). His smiling face was always a welcome sight when he rounded the corner. Then we have Myrna who kept us as neat and tidy as a person could with twelve people living in a house. I’m sure she won’t miss the two year olds being obsessed with patio and glass doors! I can not say enough about Perla and Theresa. They truly made our vacation magical and stress free feeding us throughout the day. Their cooking was excellent, even for our picky eater, and were willing to make anything to keep us happy. We tasted some fantastic Mexican cuisine and some wonderful variations of our family favorites. I would highly recommend these two ladies! Ivonne, the house manager definitely didn’t disappoint. The beach house was a perfect getaway for my family and I. The location was breathtaking, just 50 steps from the beach. with a beautiful view of the ocean. The beach is all sand with no rocks and we spent everyday in the ocean. The interior of the house was well-appointed and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The house was clean and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The house manager, Ivonne, was amazing and always available both before, during, and after our stay. My entire family loves her and we will always stay in touch. The daily house keeper, Myrna, was like a ninja! She was always there but rarely seen. The pool/ maintenance man, Fili, was there every day to keep the property in order and was happy to run into town for anything we might need. We spent most of our time outside, enjoying the beach, pool, and the nearby restaurants and shops. I highly recommend this beach house for anyone looking for a relaxing vacation by the sea. You will not be disappointed!

Never a day without sunshine! We were a party of 6, my husband and our 2 kids with their 2 friends. Perfect amount of space and could have more friends and still been as comfortable. The house had everything you would need, from an amazing speaker system to any kitchen gadget needed. Ivonne was amazing arranging rides to and from airport and excursions. First vacation where I did not have to be the person who thinks and arranges everything! And quick to respond! Fili super nice and Mirna keeps the house super clean! Not on the beach but super close that it wasn't an issue carting beach items back and forth. A gated community which keeps you super safe as my husband is from Mexico and was worried about our kids safety. Highly recommend this home as it became that to us , not a house in 1 weeks time:)

We celebrated our daughters birthday at Casa Bianca and had a blast. The house has everything you could ask for and the location is perfect. Very close to town and a half block from the beach. Ivonne could not have been more accommodating, making it a special experience. I highly recommend Casa Blanca!

My wife and I stayed there for 8 days for our honeymoon, and we couldn't have been more happy with how everything worked out. House is immaculately clean - merna the maid was a delight and amazing. The private chefs ( Maria's) made some of the best good we had while we were there and Feli is amazing as well! He ran and got us ice and whatever drinks we needed so we didn't have to leave the beach/house/ or pool, and he kept the grounds impeccably clean. Ivonne deserves her own paragraph on how amazing she was. Literally anything you can think of from food to activities to just relaxing, she knows all the best places and can arrange everything you need. She made our trip that much better. We had a luxurious resort room picked out and canceled when we found this, and I suggest to anyone om the fence to book this as soon as possible. There were 4 main bedrooms, all with their own bathrooms, huge pool and hot tub, sun deck, literally 1 min walk from the beach. There are too many amazing things to list about this house and the staff, but we will be re-visiting the next chance we get.

The house fit our party perfectly and was very clean and comfortable. So close to the beach you could hear the waves at night. Easy walking distance to 5th ave. and many yummy restaurants. We would love to come back asap.

What can I say except that this is an amazing property!!! The location is so perfect in many ways. From the "marias" who are the best cooks ever to Phil who was not only very sweet but very accomodating to myrna who kept everything so spotless it was almost like checking into a hotel every day!!!! The host Yvonne was so friendly and welcoming and made the experience top notch!!!!! We can only hope that we can stay at this property many times in the future because it was perfect!!!! I am amazed at how well this home is ran! First of all the house manager Ivonne is a superstar! Once we arrived, she was waiting for us in the driveway with a big welcome smile! She's bilingual which is a plus if your not fluent in Spanish. Once inside she had everything I had requested on point. We were celebrating our son's 30th Bday & she had the perfect balloons along w/a delicious cake request. We had a chef make us the most mouth watering-authentic Mexican food! She does not disappoint, totally worth it! You will regret not using her services! Secondly, the rooms are spacious, each with their own bathroom, very clean & functional. Beds are comfortable, fresh sheets/towel'. Every morning you wake up feeling grateful because a lot of effort goes into keeping their guests happy. There's plenty of closet space, lighting is perfect for makeup. I can not complain about the rooms, all of them are private, well-kept & beautiful. The pool is just right! The sun heats it perfectly. Filli (the pool guy) keeps it pristine! He's such a nice guy, there was a day where we all had a little too much tequila & he was nice enough to bring us food & hydration! If that doesn't say top service then I don't know what does. We loved chatting with him & sharing laughs! The maid service was exceptional. Mirna, such a sweet lady always made sure we had clean EVERYTHING! We never wore our shoes inside and yet she kept the floors sparkling. She does not miss a beat. The home was always looking gorgeous. We spent a lot of time @ the beach which is literally 50 steps away & it's absolutely beautiful! No storms, no seaweed, just see-through water & sun tan lines. No overwhelming peddlers on this side of the beach. Like mentioned above, Ivonne the house manager was in constant contact w/me making sure everything was running smoothly, helped us when needed, answering questions & she's just a marvelous attentive professional. Thank you to all who have made our stay relaxing & worry free. This home & service will not disappoint! We can't wait to go back with more friends & family! We will never forget these memories! The home was everything advertised. House was clean, beautifully decorated, literally steps away from the beach. The staff were all great and a joy to communicate with. When I’m back in playa de Carmen. I would love to spend a few more days.

Lovely, serene, and clean. Feel at home when away from home, with staff to meet all your needs. From our 86-year-old family member, to our four month old baby, and kids and adults in between, every single person had a great time. There are not many properties that can boast this level of service and comfort, with fun and happiness at your fingertips.

The House is gorgeous, excellent condition, beautifully furnished, immaculate in every corner. House in a perfect location, 50 steps to the beach (even better than being right on the beach I think), and you can see the beach & ocean from pool, driveway, and 2 upstairs bedrooms. It’s just a short 10-minute walk to town, which has everything you need. It’s in a very secure, private and inviting gated community in Playa Del Carmen. Ivonne - the house manager was fabulous, she is such a kind and friendly woman. She was there to greet us upon arrival, answered All our questions immediately before/ during/ after our stay, was there anytime we needed her. She set up transportation to and from Airport and adventures, COVID tests at the house for Us, and even came to say good bye and waive to us as we sadly left… Mirna - the House maid was there every single day, (expect Sundays), to clean the entire house for us, do the dishes, do our laundry, and even changed the bed sheets every other day on All beds! She is so sweet and we loved having her there with us (she’s included with the house so nice!). Fele - the maintenance and pool manager was also so wonderful, kind, and nice. He always had a smile on his face. He helped us with our luggage, cleaned the pool and property every single day, and even got a ladder out one day to cut down coconuts for my little nephew. So nice!! The House overall will absolutely not disappoint, it’s gorgeous!! 4 beautiful master bedrooms, each with their own private bathroom, plus an additional bathroom off the pool/ dining room area. 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms. Our family had a great week for spring break.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Casa Blanca! The house was perfect for our mother/daughter group with plenty of space for our group of six. The set up of the bedrooms offers a lotof privacy. We had a delicious dinner cooked for us our first night there - what a treat after a long day of travel! Ivonne the house manager is the BEST. She checked on us frequently, was incredibly responsive, had wonderful dinner recommendations. She took care of pre-grocery shopping, excursions, and even gave our teenagers a ride home after running into her at breakfast one morning. Mirna the housekeeper was lovely and kept the house spotless. Fili was a delight! Always a smile on his face, got us ice at a moments notice and picked up lunch for us when we were too lazy to leave the pool. The location is very walkable to town and when we wanted to get a cab they were plentiful by the hotel. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thank you for an amazing vacation!

This house is very spacious, modern, and lovely! Steps away from the beach and we enjoyed the pool every day. The house manager, Ivonne, was very helpful with check in and property-related needs. She was also a great resource for questions about Playa del Carmen, arranging grocery delivery, covid tests, etc.! Neighborhood is nice and walkable to the ferry port and main drag of activity.

I just returned from a week at Casa Blanca and could not be happier with my stay! If you are thinking of staying here, just do it! Ivonne (the house manager) was so kind, responsive, & helpful during our visit. She gave us loads of good suggestions and helped coordinate all of our adventures. The house chefs "The Two Marias" definitely made some of the best food we had in Playa, highly recommend their catering. Words can’t adequately described our week at Casa Blanca. The house was amazing. The beach, the weather, the relaxed pace enabled my wife and I, and our son and his family to truly relax and enjoy a change of pace. The staff was phenomenal!! Mirna kept the house sparkling, Fili managed the pool area and landscaping, and Ivonne, our incredible concierge, took care of anything we needed: all transportation: to/from airport and snorkeling adventures, grocery shopping-whether preordered or our own authentic shopping experience, and scheduling COVID testing prior to our departure. Her energy and enthusiasm can't be praised enough. She also offered suggestions for a variety of activities and excellent suggestions for dinners in the nearby downtown area. The 4BR/4.5B layout was exceptional. Plenty of room to spread out for our party of six, including two teens. Our granddaughter painted a sunrise beach scene while floating on a moose in the pool . Beach equipment was plentiful, and it truly was only 50 steps to the wide beach shown in the photos. Whether enjoying a cerveza, tossing a football, riding a boogie board on some great surf, or merely strolling on the beach, Casa Blanca was a perfect location. Just like a previous review, we had two ladies prepare our sumptuous dinners three evenings (which were so plentiful that breakfasts and snacks were possible the next mornings). An incredible place - not likely to be outdone by any house-anywhere.
