During the reservation process it was easy to ask and secure information, and questions were received promptly. The property was immaculate, well-equipped, enjoyable, and near all we planned to do.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at The Roost. The home was exactly as listed and fully stocked with the necessities as well as several “extras “. One of the main things I look for is comfortable seating for everyone in the family room and this place had it. We did not cook but the kitchen appeared to have everything needed to cook a meal and cookware was in good condition. The backyard was beautiful and we spent much of our down time on the deck. Dundee was a great little town and close to everything we planned this trip. There were several places within walking distance to grab food, wine and beer. Great place!

From the moment we walked in, we felt perfectly at home in this lovely house. We were greeted with a personal Welcome Note, a lovely bottle of wine, and soothing music! The kitchen was so well-stocked with basic pantry items as well as everything we needed to prepare meals. The bedrooms were so comfortable and quiet. The bathrooms were well-stocked with linens and basic toiletries. Our favorite feature was the amazing backyard! Surrounded by tall evergreens, you had the illusion that you were in a private oasis. Along the perimeter was a display of beautiful bushes, florals, grasses, and trees that attracted a multitude of birds, butterflies, and humming birds. We sat out on the deck every night and used the grill one of those nights. It was a wonderful way to both start and end our day. The communication with the property manager was so easy and they were immediately responsive. If you're reading this trying to decide if this is the place for you, look no further. You will not be disappointed!

The location for wine tastings is excellent. Quiet neighborhood. Beautiful landscaping. Great and tasteful furnishings. Super clean. Great towels and plenty of them. Amenities high quality. Welcome wine was a surprise. Communication with management team was great. We are very frequent VRBO users and it would be nice if all owners had such a dedicated management team. We’ll definitely be back.

Very cozy, clean and comfortable. This is a great home away from home! Convenient to restaurants & wineries, it was a perfect place to stay for us.

The rental process was very easy and my communication received quick responses. The contactless check in was very convenient. We had 3 adults and one child in our party and the house was a good size for all. The yard is very nice and fenced in and the home is very conveniently located in Dundee.

Lifestyle Properties is seamless with their ease of service. We definitely recommend the Pinot Car service. Property is well depicted and spacious, and washer/dryer are appreciated. Will keep it on our list for return trips.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Dundee. We were attending a reunion with family in Newberg, just two miles away. The Roost was a perfect place for one of our communal meals. The kitchen was well stocked and the house big enough for all five members of our immediate family. Thank you Roost for a wonderful time.

We loved The Roost! It was the perfect place to spend a long Thanksgiving weekend for our family of 6. The Roost was decorated beautifully in such rich warm tones. It felt like "Thanksgiving" the second we opened the door. The Roost was very clean and very well equipped. We found everything we needed to make an exceptional Thanksgiving meal. The bedrooms were spacious, comfy and very nicely decorated. The backyard was lovely and the adult kids enjoyed a game of flag football. Dundee was a great location as we were able to easily explore the wine country, the coast and downtown Portland.

We stayed in this house while spending 3 days in The Willamette Valley. It was a great central location for us. There are so many great places to stop that were within walking distance. The house was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our group of 5.

We all enjoyed the comfort and warmth of this home! The backyard is beautiful & peaceful. It is very close to wineries, but not within walking distance to town. We would stay her again!

Staff was very courteous and responsive and the accommodations very comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay at the Roost. The property is in a good location to get to Carlton, McMinnville, Newberg, and/or Dundee. The home is comfortable and clean. The one reason I did not give it five stars is because the air conditioning unit is on a timer. When we would get back in the evenings the home was sweltering hot and it took hours to cool it down. The bed in the master bedroom is quite high off of the ground making it uncomfortable to get in and out of. Overall this is a good rental and I would recommend it.

It was a delight to stay at the Roost. It's a charming house and convenient to the other attractions of Dundee.
