The house was comfortable, well appointed and clean. The location is ideal for wine tasting and eating in the valley. The welcome gift was appreciated.

We stayed in Dundee for a family wedding. This house was a perfect location and setting for my family to relax and explore the area in the days around the wedding. The house is clean and well stocked. Walkable to an adorable market. Would stay again!

Don’t get me wrong, this is a lovely home. It is a pretty spot in Dundee close to wineries. We went for a softball tournament with my family and a friend. The house is very well equipped and comfortable. We had a lovely time until our last night stay when the fire alarm started going off. It started out only going off once or twice-then the frequency increased. Alarm woke everyone up in the middle of the night and I had to climb on a ladder to silence. Then started alarming at 6 in the morning increasing in frequency until it was going off every 15 minutes. And we are not talking a normal smoke detector-it was on every floor and was ear piercing alarms and a robot voice saying, “Evacuate, evacuate!” I called and texted and finally got a response saying they would send someone over. We rushed to pack up all our stuff as the alarms were blaring-totally missed out on breakfast before our daughter’s softball tournament, and showers and everything in the morning because we were desperate to get out of there away from the constant alarm. Eventually a handyman did show up and was friendly but we were already packed up at that time. I requested an adjustment on our bill due to this disturbance and have never heard back from anyone. The communication was good until there was a problem, but since then…radio silence. So yes, this house is beautiful (although expensive) but if something goes wrong on their end they do not stand by their listing. Terrible customer service. Buyer beware I guess.

It was great and we loved it!

We spent a wonderful weekend at The Greenhouse!! It was the perfect space for our 3 families to commute while we were in town for a softball tournament. The large front yard even gave us space to practice our pitches when the first day of the tournament was rained out! The home is so lovely and beautifully appointed with ample spaces for all. The communication from the property manager was efficient, detailed and timely, and we can't wait to visit the area again for a reunion!
