We were there with our grand children so we cooked in quite a bit. The pots & pans were old & worn out. The dishes could use an upgrade also. With that said, the condo, the property as a whole, parking was great. I thought it was totally cheesy that everyone had to wear wristbands for the entire week. I understand the security part but try keeping a wristband on a 7, 4, and 2 year old. That needs to change.

We had a small issue when we arrived that was very well taken care of to our satisfaction by Charlie, the property manager, in a timely manner. Thank you for a lovely time in Orange Beach. The reason that I did not rate all 5s is that the upholstered furniture was dirty when we were there. (It could easily be cleaned.)

The condo was everything we needed. It had a lot of space, great location and nice size balconies. We will be back.

The ease of location, the facilities and view was great! Our rental contact, Charlie, could not have been more helpful. The condo was well equipped with kitchen utensils, a full size washer and dryer in the unit was amazing. It is a wonderful place to stay.

The only thing I would have changed was that the condo did not have comfortable beds or furniture and was not decorated like the others.

The good: Nice view, very spacious rooms, clean, parking is excellent because you can park on the floor that you’re staying and walk right in to your door, indoor pool and hot tub were great~ came in handy because it was so cold outside in March! The bad: Not much bad to say… the only thing is that they didn’t have anything extra. Just the bare minimum. We were very happy to have an iron and hairdryer so no need to pack those. They have some basic kitchen necessities. We never figured out the TV in one of the rooms and wished that we had the Wi-Fi password.

Everyone made use of all the facilities available, tennis courts, workout room, lazy river, and indoor pool and the great beach. My only negative was the problem with the black feet from dirty floors. I am a Florida resident and I must steam my floors every other week to remove the black mold associated with all the humidity from the gulf.

This is our second stay in Phoenix, 405. We love the roominess, comfort, view, convenient location and a kitchen with everything needed to prepare meals. The lazy river is a favorite and there’s always plenty of room on the beautiful beach along with many wonderful restaurants nearby. We plan to return next year!

It is exactly as the pictures portray. It is a wonderful condo for families, especially with kids, as it is very convenient, being on the 4 th floor, to get around. I wished I had known of this property when mine were little! ( However great for all ages). The check in people were so kind. The manager of the property as well. I hope to stay again. This is a well run building.

Then came check-out time. The cleaning lady knocked on our door at 9:45 asking us when we were going to be out of the unit. I told her it will be 10:00-10:15. We were out of the unit at 10:10. In that time I got a text from her boss saying I was rude and I didn’t tell her when I was leaving and she said I slammed the door on her. I don’t appreciate the way I was treated at check-out and I told them that they’ve lost my business and I’m a repeat customer that comes down every Christmas. Shame on you guys at check-out. Completely unprofessional !!!
