This property was perfect for us. Info I’d want to know:: Short walk to: Center of town with restaurants Beach Grocery store Shopping Playground For kids they have: Pack and play High chair Kids out door and beach toys A toddler Adirondack chair A baby floaty for the pool For adults: Tons of out door furniture - like tons all very comfortable. Multiple keys to the property 2 refrigerators w. 2 ice makers Nice fully stocked kitchen pots pans utensils — although I will say not many “basics” like at some Vrbos. They did had olive oil and salt and pepper and Saran Wrap and that was about it! So plan on buys condiments and things like that if needed. There was a grill but we didn’t use it. Adult floaties and noodles for pool The pool: I’m obsessed with this pool It has a shallow end that is legit a foot deep. Perfect for our toddler and for us to put the chairs in and sit with our feet in the water. Also has a ledge that leads from the steps to the shallow end so that was great for our toddler too. Ample amount of floats for both kids and adults. Good temperature Pool cleaner came the second day we were there. Which was nice! We used the laundry quite a bit and it worked perfectly fine. They had detergent there. No dryer sheets. Hopefully this review helps some other moms. I rented toys because I didn’t want to bring them on the plane but I wish I would have known how truly kid friendly this property was. We loved our stay. Only hiccup was we were hoping for an earlier check in than 4pm ( which is their standard) because our flight landed at 12. ( booked flight before house) and we didn’t get let in until 3:15. But it was what it was and I could tell they tried their best to accommodate. I think the owners live right across the street. So I felt like if I needed anything they’d be right there.

This house was perfect for our getaway. It was super located walking distance to the beach, places to eat, drink an relax. Even walking distance to the grocery store. The house is spacious, the pool perfect with a shallow area for my baby! It was great! I recommend this house!

We had an excellent experience renting this home. Plenty of room and comfort for 3 generations of family (teens through grandparents). The owners were also very attentive and quick to respond to the few questions we had.

Carole and Victor were so nice to deal with. Super clean house and very prompt response if we needed anything. We can’t wait to go back!

Very pleased with our stay at this property. House is fully equipped with conveniences. Kitchen very accommodating to those that like to cook. Layout of house, interior and exterior comfortable and pleasing. Hosts are pleasant and available if needed. The beach nearby is clean. Many shopping and restaurant options to chose from. I highly recommend this property, we will be returning soon :-)

Great house and great host

Our stay was fabulous. This home was absolutely perfect condition with all stainless steal appliances looking as new, fantastic washer and dryer , home was immaculate condition and highly recommended it. We can’t say enough about the owners and their beautiful property and pool. Weber gas grill and perfect outside area for dining. We found zero problems and give this home a 10 star plus vacation home. Would highly recommend it to anyone. Thank you to owners making our vacation one of the best vacation home we’ve ever stayed in. Plus also so reasonable price.

This property is simply amazing. The hosts are super friendly & the house is beautiful. The neighborhood is so peaceful & the beach was very close. There is also a publix very close to the house which is very convenient. If there is any problem, the host will help right away. Will be staying here next time for sure!

This house was everything my family needed, and more, for a last minute vacation. There were 6 of us total, 2 adults and 4 kids, and I have not one complaint. The house is beautiful, and was immaculate when we checked in. The private pool was the highlight for our family. My kids stayed in the water from sun up to sun down. Having a pool with younger kids is always a little worrisome, so the fact that the house had alarms on all of the doors made me so happy! I never had to worry about one of the kids trying to sneak outside when we weren't looking. We went to the beach 2x as we are more pool people than beachers, but if you go, everything you need to take with you is in the garage! Umbrellas, chairs, toys, etc. It is an easy drive or walk to the beach and various restaurants & shops. The house was stocked with plenty of bath and pool towels for everyone. We loved grilling out and eating at the large table outside. It was hot, but the outdoor fan and cover kept us completely cool and comfortable. Apparently the guests before us broke a door knob on the bathroom, but the owners were right on it, getting it fixed immediately. Carole was very quick in responding to any questions that I had prior to booking, and was easy to communicate with during the stay. We loved this house and we look forward to coming back again soon!

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home.. Perfect for two couples. We relaxed in the family room, cooked in the upscale kitchen and lounged around the lovely pool in the private backyard. The neighborhood is quiet and charming. It was a short walk to the beach and the center of Lauderdale by the Sea. The owners were very responsive and welcoming. We had dinner at one of the restaurants they recommended - Greek Islands Taverna. Everything we had there was authentic and delicious. We highly recommend it. We would definitely come back again.

We enjoyed a lovely stay at this immaculate home in Lauderdale-By-The-Sea. We were traveling with our two toddlers and my in-laws. The space couldn’t have been better for a family stay. Plenty of room for everyone. Two of the three bedrooms walkout to the back outdoor entertaining area - which is amazing and very private). The pool was perfect for the littles to sit in. (One side of the poll is about 6” deep.) The home is clean (spotless!) and clear of clutter. Well-stocked with everything from towels, to ziplocks, to plastic cups for sipping poolside, to beach chairs to borrow. There was even a small shelf of sunscreen and bug spray - maybe from previous visitors? The neighborhood is well-kept, quiet and a short stroll to Commercial (10 minute walk at a strolling pace). Or head directly to the beach, again a short walk. There’s a bike rental place .3 miles away. We loved having a coupe bikes for cruising and or running to get more diapers! Instacart is amazing but if you like to do your own shopping Publix is very close. Communication with the owners was easy and prompt. Thank you Carole and Victor for the perfect getaway! We hope to return next year!

A short walk to the beach and nightlife. Lovely home with great outdoor space with small pool and big grill! Perfect for our group of six ( plus 2 guests for Thanksgiving dinner). A well supplied kitchen and comfortable beds added to our experience. We can’t think of anything our hosts forgot! Thank you!

We rented this house for a girls getaway. The house is lovely, spacious and clean. It has all The amenities you could need and a beautiful private patio accessible from the house and 2 of the bedrooms. We had everything we needed and on the one instance we needed to contact Carole she responded right away. The location was perfect. About a mile away fro. Lauderdale by the sea. We walked up often to shop, eat, get coffee etc. would definitely rent this beautiful home again!

This is a beautiful home for a get away. It is central to everything you need. We will try to stay here again on our next trip to Lauderdale for sure.

Vi hade en underbar vistelse i denna villa där inget saknas. Huset är i väldigt bra skick, bra utrymmen och väl utrustat. Poolen och uteplatsen helt perfekt. Bra grill som fungerade perfekt . Lugnt och tyst område med möjlighet till långa promenader nära havet och restauranger.

We having nothing but GREAT things to say about this rental!! The house and pool are phenomenal! Everything is so clean and newly renovated – it was very luxurious, particularly the dual shower heads in the master bath! (Kudos to the cleaning crew for maintaining everything so well!) The pool and backyard are private thanks to a thick, tall hedge, and the neighborhood was sooooo quiet! We avoid shared pools, where kids splash and yell, so this was PERFECT!! We did nothing but relax, relax, relax! The pool is heated, but we were lucky enough to have 85-degree days with lots of sun for our stay, so it wasn’t necessary. But it’s a really nice feature for when we might wish to visit at another time of year! We also noticed that the neighbors were all very friendly, which is important for feeling welcome, comfortable, and safe. My nephew lives in the area and offered us the use of his vehicle, but we truly didn’t need it. There are so many restaurants, ice cream shops, boutiques, etc on Commercial Street, easily within walking distance. We used Uber to go to a few restaurants that were further away, and it was inexpensive and convenient. We enjoyed browsing Lauderdale-by-the-Sea when we needed to walk off some of the calories from the incredible meals we ate! Also worth noting, there is a Publix grocery store about ½ mile away and easily walkable as well. A cart is provided at this home along with several beach chairs, since the beach is so close (but honestly the quiet back yard kept us from even bothering with the beach and sand!), so we used the cart to bring groceries and bottled water back to the house on several occasions. It was a nice touch and much appreciated! Finally, we wanted to say that Victor and Carole are wonderful!! Carole communicated very promptly and professionally throughout the process, and they stopped in to meet us and give us “the inside scoop” on some of the local establishments. They are friendly and genuine – it was great to meet them and chat! They never “bothered” us, but they made sure we knew to contact them immediately if we needed anything. We appreciated that – and we also appreciated not being rushed out on the last day as well! Thank you so much for making this vacation so relaxing and fantastic! We would definitely recommend this rental. We tend to return to this area frequently, so we can avoid the research next time and come right back to this home. It was honestly better than the photos!

We stayed in this home for a week and it was perfect. The location is great-a few minutes to the beach and a really nice neighborhood. We are in this area frequently and this is one of the nicer neighborhoods. The backyard is really private and relaxing. The house is well laid out with 3 large bedrooms and really comfortable beds. Victor and Carole were amazing. They were responsive to our every need and made sure we had everything taken care of They are truly lovely people who will go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need.

We rented the house for a family vacation with our adult children to celebrate my Big birthday. There were 6 of us and I must say it was amazing! The house has everything you need. Everything is luxurious, well appointed and practical. All floors are marble, decorated with taste and sophistication. The kitchen, which is fully equiped is renovated with 2 fridges. We did a lot of BBQs. Two of the bedrooms have beautiful French doors opening onto the pool area. The bathrooms are also renovated. The neighbourhood is pleasant with the little village walking distance with a big choice of restaurants and ice cream parlours. One of the things we enjoyed the most was the fact that the garden is surrounded by very high ficus hedges and coconut trees which make it very private and secluded like in a resort. The pool is beautiful and my husband and myself enjoyed it every day, while our children took a short walk to the beach. The beach there has no high rises, so there is sun all afternoon and it's not crowded. We felt we were in an upscale condo without the inconvenience of having to go up and down in the elevator and having to fight for a chair at the pool! Everything was easy and enjoyable. We loved it so much, we would like to rent it again together some time next year.
