A small group of friends stayed here for a birthday celebration and we had an amazing time. We had a small hiccup at check in that was quickly fixed with a quick phone call. Property was spotless and the view can’t be captured in photos—it takes your breath away! Location is near by places to walk to for eating, coffee, and to play (we went to Belmont park daily for shopping and rides). Property management checked in multiple times to see how our stay was and to let us know they were a text or phone call away if we needed anything. Absolutely recommend this property!

We enjoyed the property. The views were amazing. I have never stayed so close to the ocean before. Easy in and out process. Easy to take Uber to and from each day.

Beautiful place to stay! House was fully stocked and better than expected. View of the ocean was breathtaking. All rooms where clean and perfect for our stay.

Stayed here for our yearly golf vacation, and it couldn't have been a more beautiful property/location. No bad views and the sound of the ocean is amazing.

We had a wonderful week and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Beautiful ocean views from the third floor with great outdoor balcony space. The property manager was very responsive to our needs. The unit is as advertised. A very small investment in upgrading a few things could make it feel like a stay at the Four Seasons. Still, it was great.

Really enjoyed the property. AMAZING location, property team was super responsive only downside is when we arrived there were dirty dishes in cupboard with clean dishes which caused some ants (manageable) just not preferred, otherwise really enjoyed the property! Thanks so much!

Bluewater rental company made renting this property easy. They checked in frequently to make sure we had everything we needed including restaurants and recommendations for a company to build a fire pit on the beach for my family. The experience was awesome!!

Loved being up on the 3rd floor with all of the great views and people watching, just with a bit of privacy. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Very short walk over to the quieter bayside. Kitchen fully stocked with dishes and plenty of beach towels. Some beach chairs for use would have been appreciated. Lovely stay.

Absolutely Perfect

The property was as it was described. We enjoyed the location and cleanliness. A couple of issues with the dishwasher, stove and kitchen faucet. Nothing that ruined the trip.

The view from this 3rd floor unit is beautiful. The location is in between PB and Mission, so it's a little quieter...which was just perfect! You can take the boardwalk in either direction and get to the action quickly. And, it's a 2 min walk to the bay as well. The only downside was the master bedroom bed is uncomfortable and needs to be replaced. But, property managers were very quick to reply via text if we needed anything. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time in San Diego! The beach house was spacious with plenty of room for our family, which included 5 adults and our 2 yrs old granddaughter. Morning would start with breakfast while we watched for dolphins and sea lions just off the shore. Since we were on the top floor, we had the perfect view of the beach and boardwalk. Our office contact, Stephanie, was super nice and helpful. She checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly. Previous renters broke the blender, and she had it replaced immediately!! We will stay here again!!

Great home with plenty of room for all of us. Location is outstanding. Garage does not fit a full size SUV.

The location was amazing

The location was wonderful - quick and easy walk to PB (restaurants and entertainment) as well as Belmont Park. The condo itself, however, was very worn. The furniture and rugs were very dirty, beds uncomfortable, patio furniture tattered/broken, etc. This certainly didn't ruin our trip by any means, but for the price I would have expected higher quality. I would recommend the rental company stocks some beach towels, football/frisbee/etc., and a few bikes for a more entertaining stay (for those of us flying in and not able to pack all of that). If they did a thorough cleaning and updating of some of the furniture, I would consider staying again.

Wonderful condo for a family vacation and location can’t be beat. Few creature comforts like no throw rugs, no tissues... it is a beach front condo and the floors are cement or tile so you feel every grain of sand on the floors. I could find no vacuum cleaner. All metal in the condo a rusting, kitchen faucet and closet hardware... The place could use a deep cleaning and the master shower needs to have some of the grout deep cleaned. Overall, this is a wonderful property and I would stay there again but would enjoy the stay more if more maintainance and creature comforts were improved.

We absolutely loved this home! This is the second time we have used Bluewater to book our week at the beach and their customer service is top notch and they are honest and trust worthy. I would highly recommend using them and we will continue to use them each year. This house was amazing and is literally right on the beach. The front of the home is all windows and it felt like you we already on the beach with out having to even leave the house. My mom is sun sensitive so this was perfect for her because the view was indescribable. The home is laid our nicely with plenty of space for everyone. The rooms were large and having 3.5 bathrooms was such a luxury. We had 6 adults and never felt like we didn't have privacy or room. The kitchen had everything we needed and the fridge was so large we were able to store everything we needed for the week. If you are looking for top notch service, a beautiful home with a million dollar view then Bluewater and this home are for you! I would recommend paying attention to the garage dimensions. We were able to fit a Toyota 4 Runner in there fine but the second space requires a small car. We were able to park our Toyota Camry on the street without a problem because it did not fit in the garage but that was my oversight as the dimensions are listed clearly.

We have stayed at several Mission Beach rentals over the years and this is by far our favorite. The location is quiet, yet easy to reach restaurants and attractions. Everything about our stay was well-communicated ahead of time; with our arrival made easy by the stocking of necessary items. We actually stayed at this penthouse several years ago and were pleasantly surprised by the many improvements that had been made. Would definitely recommend the penthouse to any families or groups that want a relaxed and comfortable stay.

We have stayed in Mission Beach several times in the past 5 years and this has been our favorite beach rental so far! The modern design, spacious living area, 4 decks with ocean views, and falling asleep to the sound of crashing waves was not a bad way to spend the week. The beach in front of this condo was always uncrowded for us, even on the weekends when looking either way down the beach and there was nothing but people. When staying here you have to stop by the best coffee shop in San Diego, that is a short walk from the house, called Better Buzz! Definitely recommend renting this home!

This place had everything we needed and then some! We originally rented another property and it flooded one week before our arrival date. I am so glad we ended up staying at this property instead. It was literally the BEST vacation ever and the location was absolute perfection!!! The house had every amenity you could need and it was spotless.
