I cannot even begin to tell you how much we enjoyed our family vacation! My daughter lives in Denver and decided to run the Rocky Mountain Half Marathon. This was the PERFECT location! Neighborhood was peaceful and family friendly. The house was so clean, accommodating and functional for everyone to have their own private space. Whether you were on the porch or back patio the space was enjoyable and open for entertaining. Having a full bedroom with full bath downstairs made it accessible for my parents while everyone had their own space with a master/full bathroom with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs. The basement made for a delightful space for the teenagers to have their own space and hang out on their own. Raina was so pleasant and checked on us during our stay. Her home is beautiful and we would recommend to anyone that would like to be in a central location of Denver, Boulder and an hour drive to the Rocky Mountains. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! ***** Stars for sure. Will travel again and hope their home is available for our future visits.

This is by far one of the best VRBO’s we have stayed at. Raina is a cheerful and helpful host. We have not met, yet her care and concern for her guests is evident via texting. We stayed there to participate in our grandson’s wedding. The grandkids loved access to the pool; having all the bathrooms was such an added blessing with so many to get ready for the wedding. The home feels like you are staying with family!

The house was spacious and accommodated everyone. Plenty of cozy seating indoors and dining areas outside. Raina was a wonderful host. She checked in several times to make sure we had everything we needed.

Would recommend this property to any large group. Super friendly host.

Beautiful house, loved visiting Colorado.

Comfortable home with up-to-date amenities in a nice suburban area. A walking path to a large undeveloped area two blocks from the home. Plenty of room for a large group of people.

Perfect spot to stay with multiple families. The owner, Raina was great-easy to contact and made sure everything we needed was provided. We will be back!

We were so impressed with the beautiful home. There were so many areas for group conversations and playing games. All of the rooms and bathrooms were very clean and modern. We were a little nervous about the basement but the beds were comfortable and the ping-pong table was in great condition. We played on that a lot. No complaints for our group of 12!!!
