I brought my grown kids on a vacation and they loved the house. It pretty much had everything we needed. My guys used the basement space to play PlayStation. We tried to watch movies but there was no remote to watch regular tv. We visited Estes Park and Denver bc of its close proximity’s. I personally loved Erie’s area. Home is in a great neighborhood.

An enjoyable reunion among friends where there was plenty of space to relax/rest and get ready for all of our outings. Near Louisville and Boulder. Sleep/bedroom and bathroom accommodations worked out well for 5 couples. Did not cook/eat in (or stay in the home much), based on our itinerary/activities/events offsite. Would stay here again.

This house is very spacious as it states but is not very well stocked. We were only provided with 6 bath towels, not even enough for the number of guests we had. I was staying there for my son's wedding and the last thing that I wanted to do was laundry. I could not find any kind of dish rags or towels for the kitchen. The trash can was tiny so we were constantly taking out the trash. The pictures showed a projector in the basement which was not there. The kitchen was not very well stocked either. No big bowls or storage containers to put food in. The house is spacious and in a beautiful neighborhood but needs to be stocked better.

11 friends stayed for our Ruby reunion. Place as a whole was well furnished and spacious. Kitchen was well equipped though we didn’t cook much. The neighborhood was quiet, we appreciated the very close by walking/biking trail with the mountains in the far background. Boulder down town was an easy drive. The 2 pullout beds in the living areas as listed was not available. We had to adjust with the futon in the master; we didn’t have enough towels and body wash but the local rep dropped off the same in a few hrs after we contacted them. All in all a pleasant stay.

Six of us spent time at this awesome place in August 2023. The host is very helpful and she ensured that our stay was one to remember.

The house was perfect for my whole family. Plenty of space to be together. House had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay.

Plenty of room for our large group of adults. Enough personal space, bathrooms, etc for everyone. The master tub was great, but it did run through all of the hot water the night we used it.

This was a great space for my extended family to stay in during my daughter's graduation weekend. Commodious and clean.

Great for a large group, plenty of space and privacy when wanted. Few areas to hang out also. The massage chair was great after being super active all weekend.

Great house in a great location! Covered all our needs … from a five-year-old to adults!

This home was a very large and functional space for our family to spread out when we came to Colorado for a wedding. There were four living areas, lots of TVs and two areas to eat. The neighborhood was well maintained and there was a nice walking trail not too far from the home. One of the bathrooms had some items that needed repair, so the 4th full bathroom we had hoped for was not functional (or future guests, it would be helpful to know that prior to discovering it at check-in). But besides that, owner was responsive to requests and we would consider staying here in the future if we had another large family gathering in the area.

My daughter got married in Boulder and we were able to have family and even the bride the night before her wedding all stay in this lovely house. The location was great for the Boulder area and everything was fantastic at the house. We felt “at home” and each guest was able to sleep well before the “blessed day.” We would stay again!!

The house was so comfortable and roomy. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The kitchen is well equipped and stocked with most necessary items needed. The neighborhood is wonderful and a great place to walk. Erie is a perfect location to stay when visiting Boulder, Rocky Mountains, etc. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!!!!

House is in a beautiful neighborhood with lots of walking paths and in close proximity to stores and restaurants. Very clean and stocked with everything you need. Plenty of room! Thanks!!

This property made our stay in the area perfect. There was so much room and the location wasn’t more than 20 minutes to just about every town we were visiting. Can’t wait till next year!!

We flew our team in from around USA to have a quick team meeting and this place was perfect. Fit us all nicely, clean, great view of mountains, and close to airport. Highly recommend! I could even see myself bringing my family here for a getaway.

Plenty of room, great kitchen; trail access to coal creek trail system right outside the door. Very comfortable house.

Everything went as expected. We were able to check in an hour early with no issues. Check out was just as simple.

House was great. Pictures and description very accurate. Plenty of room to chill. Tons of reclining chairs. Massage chair was a great surprise. We all used it every day. We were in town to take son to CU Boulder. Neighborhood was a little further than we realized though the drive there is easy. Just a little longer than we expected as we went back and forth twice a day. Neighborhood has great hiking trails and we found a small waterfall area. That was nice. Van was quick to answer my questions and very responsive. Only advice I’d give is to turn air conditioning on sooner. It was 88 in upstairs when we got there and took almost 2 hours to cool. Would have been nice to not let it get that high. But once cooled all was great. If looking for a quiet area and a big roomy house as a home base than this is a great home.

Erie was the perfect location for our stay. Easy to get anywhere we wanted to go. The house was the perfect size for us and very comfy. Property owners were so easy to communicate with and made our stay amazing.

Kelly was great and responded so fast. The home was amazing the area was amazing. I will always remember this bday celebration.
