Only down fall it was not handicap accessible it all

This stay was great for our family! We had 4 adults and 3 teenagers and 1 child. Plenty of room to sleep, get around. Private beach is a short walk down. Fishing, grilling, swimming, and allowed us to put our kayaks away! We had a blast!

The condo had plenty of room for 7 adults and 3 teenagers. Owners provided everything needed as stated in their description of the property. It was clean. The pool on far end of complex was freezing and was a bit of a walk so the group went to pool at the front. Lots of little kids so our teenagers and young adults weren’t crazy about that. The only thing not working was the dishwasher. It was missing wheels on front right side so the tray rested on the spinning blades. Sounds like owner had just replaced the week before so must have fell off again with last tenants. I don’t mind doing dishes just didn’t want to on vacation and for our big group. Not sure if we would stay here again or not…I really like a nice 😊 pool area to relax.

The condo was very clean and true to the listing. The loft was perfect for the older kids to have their own little space. We would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed our stay at the lake at this condo. I’d like to leave a few suggestions for the kitchen. Needed: Dish towels and dish rags Starter supply of foil and plastic wrap Pizza cutter More wash cloths Condo was ok in cleanliness, but bathroom rugs were dirty. Upstairs loft carpeting needed to be vacuumed.

Personally I didn’t care for spiral stairs. Had a 5 & 8 years old - no accidents - lucky us. Unit has lots of games to play which was good since it rained a few days.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We have a large blended family (8 in total) and accommodated all of us perfectly. We look forward to staying there again in the future!

Second time renting the treehouse. Works great for us all. You need to bring nothing with this unit. Very nice.

Condo was very clean and had pretty much everything we needed. Lots of space and comfortable beds for all of us to sleep in. The loft area worked perfectly for all the kids. We did have to wait 45 minutes after check in time to get in, as condo was not cleaned yet. The AC struggled to keep us comfortable the first couple days, but it was 100° those days.

Condo was very nice. It really fit our needs for 5 adults and 3 children. The games and puzzles were a nice touch 😊

We loved everything about this property. Pictures don't do the condo justice. It was perfect for 3 adults and 3 "kids" (ages 16, 17 and 20). The girls took the loft, which was a great space with a half bath. The kitchen is very well equipped, which we took advantage of. There were plenty of games (Battleship turned out to be the most popular). Little details (liquid hand soap in bathrooms and kitchen and lots of TP) mean a lot - often we need to provide these items ourselves. The large table was perfect for meals and working puzzles in the mornings. I loved the deck, and much of my "home" time was spent there reading and watching the boats and the water. Our favorite pool was the big pool, also watching the boats and the water. Absolute perfection. There was lots of wildlife - deer, turtles, geese and ducks, all with their young this time of year. Birdwatching is also great. The location was close to the things we wanted to do: Ha Ha Tonka State Park, Bridal Cave and Stark Cavern, mini golf. Lots of restaurants, frozen custard, and shopping options are also nearby. We would absolutely recommend this property!!

Very nice. Was concerned about AC and fridge but they were fine. Otherwise incredible in every way.

It was perfect for our few days away

This condo was great. It was clean and we loved the layout of the condo. The bedding was also incredibly soft. Loved that there were so many king beds. We had a great time here!

We loved our stay in Osage Beach! The views from our deck was awesome! The condo was big enough for our group everyone had their own space and was happy. Would definitely go back!

Everything was just as advertised. There was plenty of room for the whole family. I liked that we could stay 4 nights so we didn't have to deal with weekend traffic.

Our only issue is having difficulty finding the location based on instructions. Perhaps include the building number

Property was as described, and owners were very responsive to our inquires prior to and following the reservation. Enjoyed the proximity to beach, pool, and boat slip. A great stay for my immediate family, along with sister abd her young family.

This condo was the perfect location to the beach and the pool. We had 7 adults and 4 children all under 6 years old. The loft was perfect for one family and kids while Oma and Opa were in the master and other families shared downstairs bedrooms. Kitchen and linens and necessities were well stocked. The long table was perfect for game-playing nights. Some more cleaning was needed under couches and beds where we found some previous snacks left. Overall this place was great and I would recommend it and stay there again!!

Everything was clean and pretty. View was wonderful. Had wonderful drawer space in bedrooms. Did a lot of rearranging of cabinets in kitchen to find room to store food as there was no pantry. Master bedroom has no usable closet. The fridge is.. needs to be replaced. Door shelves bars fall off. I kept a cooler all week to cool waters and drinks off because fridge couldn't. Luckily the ice maker worked well enough.

We enjoyed our stay. Having the loft with 2 beds, a futon and tv space, plus the vaulted ceilings in the condo made it feel very spacious. Pleasantly surprised by the extra bathroom in the loft area. Great layout for kids and adults to have their own space!!

No issues, plenty of room for 12.

This property was everything! Clean comfortable and well stocked! The guys were able to fish and the ladies relaxed! Great Job!

Lots of room and games and fun stuff!

Rented this property for 10+ family members for 3 nights. 3 bedroom with loft area & deck. Well equipped. Our only want was a few more towels but was able to use washer/dryer.

The condo was spacious and clean with a beautiful lake view! Check in process was easy. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, which was so appreciated after spending hours on the lake. We enjoyed relaxing on the deck with a bottle of wine, watching the sunset. Beautiful views! Highly recommend this condo!

The property was absolutely amazing, we had plenty of room for 10 of us. Clean and fully stocked!! Totally loved all the decor, We will definitely be back again!!!!

So our crew is a little larger than most and this was a perfect fit! The beach and pool were great for the kids and the deck was perfect for relaxing. The owners were very quick to answer any questions!

When we arrived, the condo had not been cleaned from the previous renters. The cleaning people couldn’t get there until 8 pm and then would come back the next morning to finish, so we ended up cleaning everything and washed bedding for 4 beds. After spending 3-4 hours cleaning the condo and getting beds ready, we thoroughly enjoyed the rest of the 12 days.

Very nice location, enjoyed the small beach area and pool and condo was beautiful.
