While staying at Lazy Daze, the pros far outweighed the cons. The biggest pro was that we were able to bring our two dogs. We have stayed at many dog-friendly homes but, Lazy Daze is the most dog friendly. We have a dog that loves to take off if he gets the chance and the owners definitely thought about that when making it dog-friendly. We didn’t have to worry about him and it definitely allowed us to completely relax. This is our first time to St. George Island and we hope to be back.

Great property and is "as listed". Good location with easy beach access and well appointed. We had one early concerns and issues after check-in but the owners cleared that up within minutes. I would stay here again.

The house was great with plenty of space, bedrooms were large and with all the provided amenities and games you really only need to bring food and drinks. Great view of the ocean from the deck and only a couple minute walk to the beach. We would highly recommend this house and we will be renting it again in the future. Terry E.

The property was very convenient for having a dog. The gates were on the decks, the area fenced in for the dogs, and the crate for the dogs was very convenient. The view from the decks was pretty. The property smelled inside and out. They had a large ash tray on the front deck that I had to cover with two trash bags to even be able to sit on the porch without the horrible smell. Also one downstairs that we moved while we were there to not smell it. There were several cracked floor tiles. One was broken very bad in front of the refrigerator to the point of possibly cutting your foot. The property seemed clean, it was just in need of updating. Both the home and the furniture.

Wonderful stay!. All of the amenities were great. We had some rainy days during our stay, but enjoyed the pool table, hot tub, board games etc... Beautiful view on the porch. Definitely would recommend this property for a St. George vacation.

Great house and location. Hammock was cool. Enjoyed the huge open windows we brought our dogs and they had a wonderful time sitting in the windows watching everyone go by. Kitchen is fully stocked.

I’ve visited the island since 1991. We usually stay at The Villas, 300 Ocean Mile and occasionally a house. This was the first time we brought out fur babies, and Lazy Daze was perfect! The home is spacious, beautiful view of the beach, awesome pool, and we loved the games and rode bikes several times. And if course the fenced in area for the pups was ideal! We will definitely choose Lazy Daze again!

Lazy Days is a great location and house. There are many things to help keep the kids busy and relaxing for adults. Have the fenced in yard is nice as well for any pet owners. Owners were quick to respond and helpful.

Cleanest home we have stayed in so far. Home was fully furnished as in the listing and kitchen was stocked with the necessary items . Will definitely rent from Tom and Lucinda again 😀

The location of Lazy Dazys was perfect! And the amenities - the pool, hot tub and game room were great! Everyone in our group loved the property and stayed busy the entire time we were there. Will be booking this property next year! Thank you Tom and Lucinda!

Great location. Loved relaxing on the deck. It was a little cool for to get in the pool. However, we enjoyed sitting around it. Short walk to the beautiful beach. House was equipped with everything we needed.

Inside is a little older than appeared in pictures. Having more consistency flooring throughout would make it look much nicer. Overall we were very satisfied with the location and property and would definitely look at other properties owned by the same couple. Owners were very nice and very thorough. It made for a great family vacation with adult kids and a grand baby. Being dog friendly for our dogs was very nice!

This house is simply wonderful. Our party of 6 (my husband and myself, our kids 8 and 9, and my husband's parents) all agree that this house was the perfect place to spend our week on SGI. It's just across a not-at-all busy road from the beach, and a quick bike ride into town. Tons of stuff on site to keep the kids engaged on rainy/windy days, but the biggest hit of all were the blue convertible chairs in the dining/sunroom; they couldn't wait to hang out on those chairs in the evening! The kitchen is very well appointed, and we were able to make some really great dinners from fresh local fish and shrimp. The beds in all three bedrooms were very comfortable, and everything was wonderfully clean at arrival.

We had a perfect spring break stay at Lazy Daze. The property has everything we needed. We cooked in most days because of Covid concerns and were able to make wonderful meals with all of the kitchen items available. The deck space has a gorgeous view of the ocean and is a great spot for outdoor dining in the sunshine or reading and relaxing to the sounds of the ocean. The pool deck is perfect. And the space under the house with the hot tub, hammock and game tables also got some use when we needed a break from the sun. The beds were comfortable and the house is in good condition. If I were to change anything I would maybe update the doors as they are kind of banged up, but that is completely cosmetic, did not impact our stay one little bit and I really only even mention it because some people want to know about those things but they made no difference to us. The owners checked on us and we just had a really wonderful week. We will definitely stay here again!

We stayed at lazy days for a week with our grown children, infant granddaughter and 2 dogs. The views are really great even though across the street from beach. House was well equipped. Pool was definitely a nice addition.

We had a wonderful summer getaway at Lazy Daze! The views from the deck were amazing. When we weren't at the beach we were able to enjoy the pool. At night we had plenty to do with access to the pool, hot tub, pool table and foos ball table just downstairs. Lazy Daze is definitely a spot you'll want to visit again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time on SGI. It’s beautiful! Our home was perfect for us. It is open concept, roomy, lots of natural light, with bright and beachy decor. The bedrooms are good size with comfy beds. There is so much to do at the house like the pool, hot tub, pool table, fooseball table, grill, board games, arcade games, and the list goes on. We had fun biking around the island and just walking across the street to the beach. Tom and Lucinda have everything you need in the house for a relaxing home away from home.

Tom and Lucinda have thought of everything possible. You never have to leave the house (unless you just want to). Super responsive! This was our second stay this year, and we stayed in this property both times.

We just returned from a week's stay at Lazy Daze. What a lovely spot! The house was beautiful and very comfortable, and in a great location. We loved the view of the ocean, and really enjoyed the wonderful swimming pool! Tom and Lucinda are super owners, with great communication and a quick response to questions. We'll look forward to going back for a future stay!

The kitchen was well stocked with glasses, bowls, pots and pans etc. The house, property and pool were very clean. Communication with the owners was easy and timely. St George Island is just a perfect beach community. I love it. You'll be please with this home.

Great folks to rent from. The house was great and a wonderful location. Super communication from the owners, I highly recommended renting any of their properties.

Tom & Lucinda provided the perfect pet-friendly vacation home. The whole place was well-equipped and having every deck/porch gated was a godsend for my dogs who are a little too quick to head out the door. My pool game improved and the views could not be beat. Thanks again for providing such a great place to relax.

We have never been to St. George Island before this trip and we will for sure go back. The house was fantastic. It was clean. It was well equipped and perfect for a family vacation. The island was clean and had lots to offer for people of all ages. The most memorable moments were walking to top of lighthouse during the full moon after going on a sunset cruise and seeing dolphins ! We will definitely be return guests.

The house is well equipped with anything you would need, convenient to the beach, beautiful beach view from the deck, and great REC area with pool table, foosball, and hot tub! It had something for everyone.

Tom & Lucinda were terrific hosts. We were very happy with how well equipped the kitchen was since we have to cook most of our meals due to family member food allergies. The house must have been recently remodeled and is in great shape. Pool was clean and temperature perfect when there in October. Unfortunately we had to evacuate early from hurricane Michele and again owners kept us informed and what was expected of us to stay safe. Hope to return again in the near future.
